Parabolic Wave Propagation Modelling in Orthogonal Coordinate Systems

This paper presents a numerical model study of the propagation of water waves using the parabolic approximation of the mild-slope equation in the orthogonal coordinate system. Two types of coordinate systems are studied: (a) a general form of orthogonal coordinate system and (b) the conformal system, a special form of orthogonal coordinate system. Two typical examples, namely, expanded breakwaters and a circular channel, are studied to validate the model. First, the examples are studied by use of the general orthogonal coordinates. Then the same examples are computed by use of the confonnal system. The computational results show that the confonnal coordinate system generally gives better predictions than the general orthogonal system. A numerical technique for generating the conformal grid is combined with the numerical model to improve the practicability of the model. The comparison between the result from the numerical grid system and that from the analytical grid system shows that reliable computational results can be obtained by use of the numerical confonnal grid system.     

Three-dimensional numerical simulation of obfique wave action on vertical walls

A three-dimensional numerical model based on the potential theory was developed to study the oblique wave action on vertical walls. A source term inside the domain was used to generate incident waves and outgoing waves were dissipated by sponge layers and transmitted by radiation boundaries. The finite difference method was used to solve the governing equations and boundary conditions in the regular transformed domain in σ-coordinate. Satisfactory agreements between the numerical predictions and experimental results of wave force were obtained. It is concluded that the maximum wave force acting on the vertical walls is induced by the obliquely incident waves rather than the normally incident waves.     

具有匹配不确定的奇异摄动系统的鲁棒控制

对于同时具有结构匹配不确定和系统不确定量的奇异摄动系统，利用Lyapunov稳定性理论进行了鲁棒性研究。给出了1个理想奇异摄动系统的稳定鲁棒控制也是不确定奇异摄动系统稳定控制的稳定条件和鲁棒界，讨论了鲁棒界及其随参数变化的变化范围。本文是王宪杰，高存臣已有结果的推广。     

浮体间距对多浮体系统水动力系数的影响

根据三维线性势流理论，采用格林函数法，对多浮体系统的水动力系数进行了数值分析。数值算例中给出了在固定波频下水动力系数与浮体间相对位置关系曲线。水动力系数的变化幅度随着浮体间距离增大而变小。随着浮体间距的变化，水动力系数极值的出现具有明显的规律，相邻的极大值(或极小值)的间距为半个波长或一个波长。     

从寻租理论看海洋环境

在海洋开发和利用中,海洋开发主体对海洋环境产生了负的外部性,靠市场的力量是不能解决外部性内部化的,必须依靠政府进行海洋环境管理。但在政府进行海洋环境管理的过程中又会产生寻租行为,导致海洋环境管理的低效率。笔者认为,可以通过制度创新来抑制在政府进行海洋环境管理中所产生的寻租行为。一、政府必须进行海洋环境管理的原因:外部性导致了市场失灵海洋环境具有公共资源的性质,而开发者在开发和利用公共资源时会产生负的外部性,造成海洋环境等资源的过度使用。所谓外部性(externalities),也称为外部效应,是指一个人或一个企业的活动…     

海底天然气水合物的地震资料处理与分析

介绍了利用多道反射地震资料，采用反射振幅随炮检距变化AVO（Ampltude versus Offset)技术和其他地震正、反演方法，通过研究地震剖面上的拟海底反射层（BSR）分布、地震弹性参数特征，来探讨BSR上、下方含天然气水合物沉积层和含游离气沉积层的内部结构和某些主要物理性质，如沉积物的空隙率、天然气水合物的饱和度等，由此来评估海底天然气水合物的资源前景并研究其成矿机制。     

21世纪的海洋矿产资源

本文简述了在对地球过程的认识和联合国《海洋法》框架发展前提下的海洋非燃料矿产。在板块构造理论出现以前，洋盆被看成是被动的容体，接纳陆地风化物质形成重金属、宝石砂矿和一些化学沉淀矿床(磷矿)。板块构造认识到大洋板块边界是块状硫化物的物质来源，与陆缘物质一起形成锰结核、富钴铁锰结壳及相应的化能合成生态系统。就海洋矿产总体而言，海水淡化产生的淡水是最重要的资源，因为它是生命必须的物质，在陆地其消耗超过了补充。     

基于AHP法和灰色模式识别理论的海底管道系统路由定量风险评估

根据海底管道路由潜在风险的特点及风险类型,提出了一种将层次分析法（AHP法）和灰色模式识别理论相结合的海底管道系统路由定量风险评估方法,该方法利用AHP确定风险评价指标体系,运用灰色模式识别理论,建立识别结果标准,并结合实际工程进行计算,计算结果表明该方法是可行的.
