Expression of putative zinc-finger protein lcn61 gene in lymphocystis disease virus China （LCDV-cn） genome

An open reading frame (lcn61) of lymphocystis disease virus China (LCDV-cn), probably responsible for encoding putative zinc-finger proteins was amplified and inserted into pET24a (+) vector. Then it expressed in E. coli BL21 (DE3), and His-tag fusion protein of high yield was obtained. It was found that the fusion protein existed in E. coli mainly as inclusion bodies. The bioinformatics analysis indicates that LCN61 is C2H2 type zinc-finger protein containing four C2H2 zinc-finger motifs. This work provides a theory for functional research of lcn61 gene. The effect of current and wave on whitecap coverage via relative speed： the Atlantic Ocean case

Whitecapping plays an important role in many air-sea exchange and upper ocean processes. Traditionally, whitecap coverage is parameterized as a function of wind speed only. At present, the relative speed of ocean current to wind is considered to be important in the air-sea exchange parameterization which is the function of wind speed only. In this paper, the effects of ocean surface velocity (current velocity and wave induced velocity) and the wave parameters on whitecap coverage through relative speeds are investigated, by applying a 2-parameter whitecap coverage model to the Atlantic Ocean. It is found that the impacts of both current and wave on whitecap coverage are considerable in the most part of the Atlantic Ocean. It is interesting that the effect of wave is more significant than that of current.     

Study on drilling mechanism and optimization of percussion-extruding DTH hammer bit

The authors tested the percussion-extruding Down-the-hole （DTH）hammer bit with five different structures and mainly analyzed the drilling mechanism between conical bit and stepped bit. In addition, aiming at ＂the pile effect＂ in combination with the advantage＇ of stepped bit, we design a new cam spinning bit and test it outdoors. The result shows that using cam spinning bit can solve the problem of ＂the pile effect＂, which can also obtain higher drilling efficiency than using conical bit in high confining pressure strata. It is characterized by novel structure and high drilling speed as well as good guiding, and it is significant for improving efficiency in percussion-extruding drilling technique.     

风场反演中距离圈上速度退模糊方法研究

在深入分析速度模糊的特点后,根据在距离圈上不模糊点到模糊点的不连续性,以及对模糊跳变处风速差和最大不模糊速度间关系的判定,从零方位开始在距离圈上逐点进行速度模糊的判定,并引入模糊标记的形式以确定退模糊处理的区间.然后通过实例分析,证明了方法的可用性和正确性.最后利用经过该方法处理的低仰角基本速度资料成功反演了雷达风场.     

中国商业地产发展现状与趋势分析

200O-2007年是我国商业地产行业保持持续快速增长的几年.家统计局统计,2007年全年商业营业用房投资达2775.6亿元,增长率为17.9%,基本维持了2006年增幅17.3%的水平,可以认为市场已进入稳定发展时期.办公楼投资额从2000年的一1 2.1%增长速度,到2003年超过33%的增长速度,直到2007年的11.7%发展速度,可以初步论断办公楼投资市场从2000年开始的高速发展阶段转变成目前的平稳发展阶段.

系统偏差常数弧段估计策略对多系统静态精密单点定位的影响

为探讨系统偏差最优估计策略,利用IGS提供的GPS、BDS、GLONASS和Galileo 四系统的观测数据以及GFZ提供的精密卫星钟差和精密轨道产品,将系统偏差（ISB）按照高斯白噪声、20 min、30 min、1 h、2 h分段常数进行单天静态解,分别获得E、N、U方向上的坐标偏差,分析不同系统偏差求解策略下多系统融合PPP的收敛时间和定位精度。结果表明,在多系统融合静态PPP中,从观测模型强度与定位结果稳定性和可靠性角度综合考虑,对ISB采用20 min分段常数估计策略是最优的,静态PPP收敛时间在30 min左右,收敛后的定位精度E方向优于2 cm、N方向优于1 cm、U方向优于5 cm。     

台风“麦莎”移动过程中水汽输送特征

利用NCEP1°×1°的再分析资料,用大尺度水汽通量流函数和速度势以及水汽收支对台风“麦莎”在移动过程中水汽输送流函数和速度势进行了分析。结果表明：台风“麦沙”在北上过程中,主要有2支水汽通道,一支是从太平洋开始向西经赤道到达印度洋,在索马里转向,经过孟家加拉湾呈西南气流向西北方向输送;另一支来自副高南侧偏东气流。计算分析还表明,用无辐散风流场来定台风中心要比用总的流场更精确。     

相接双星SW Lac的视向速度观测及其活动性的研究

本文发表了WUMa型相接双星SW Lac的1984年视向速度观测,它给出的新的分光质比q_(sp)=m_2/m_1=1.255±0.011。通过光变曲线观测和视向速度曲线观测的联合分析,得出改进了的双星绝对参量:M_1=0.78M_⊙,M_2=0.96M_⊙,R=0.91R_⊙和R_2=1.00R_⊙,在此基础上,对SW Lac双星的周期变化,可能的质量交流和损失,以及黑子活动等作了详细分析讨论。     

基于CMONOC建立和评估中国大陆地壳运动速度场模型

针对现有速度场模型采用数据少、现势性不强的问题,详细论述了速度场模型建立的数据获取与处理方法,利用中国大陆地壳运动监测网络中260个连续运行基准站2011~2015年的连续观测数据,采用GAMIT/GLOBK与GMT软件,获得高精度的定位及速度成果,并基于上述速度成果采用克里金插值法构建了中国大陆地壳运动速度场1°×1°格网模型。最后利用IERS公布的中国区域7个IGS站实测速度以及全国范围内均匀分布的陆态网络区域站实测速度,对模型内插结果进行检核,验证了模型的现势性、精确性和可靠性。
