Practical Research of IKONOS-2 Geopositioning and Its Accuracy in Tibet of China

This paper presents the studies of the refining of IKONOS-2 RPC, the transform of the datum, the mode of the control point distribution and the method of IKONOS stereo triangulation, so that IKONOS imagery can be used to collect the precise geospatial data and produce the large scale map. The transform between the IKONOS-2 image space and the national coordinate system based on the RPC have been developed, and the results of block adjustment with various control schemes in a practical project near Himalayas have been examined and analysed. The encouraging results of high positioning accuracy have been obtained.     

Relationship of Uncertainty and Line Segment for Between Polygon Segment Spatial Data in GIS

The mathematic theory for uncertainty model of line segment are summed up to achieve a general conception, and the line error hand model of εσ is a basic uncertainty model that can depict the line accuracy and quality efficiently while the model of εm and error entropy can be regarded as the supplement of it. The error band model will reflect and describe the influence of line uncertainty on polygon uncertainty. Therefore, the statistical characteristic of the line error is studied deeply by analyzing the probability that the line error falls into a certain range. Moreover, the theory accordance is achieved in the selecting the error buffer for line feature and the error indicator. The relationship of the accuracy of area for a polygon with the error loop for a polygon boundary is deduced and computed.     

Land-Parcel Land-Use History as a Key to Site Selection for Documenting Soil Contamination Risk： a Case Study from Australian Suburbia

In that orcharding in early-to-mid twentieth century southeastern Australia involved use of certain heavy metal and As compounds in regular pest-control spray procedures, some interest attaches to the possibility that these landparcels are underlain by soils with above-background Cu, Pb and As levels. Interpreta- tion of Land-cover changes allowed land parcels previously occupied by orchards to be identified in the 1950s through time-series air-photos. A comparison of soil analysis results referring to soil samples from control sites, and from land parcels formerly occupied by orchardists, shows that contamination （above-background） levels of cations in the pesticides can be found in the top 6 cm of former orchard soils. It is clear that digital spatial data handling and culturally-informed air photo interpretation has a place in soil contamination studies, land-use planning （with particular reference to re-development） and in administration of public health.     

关于利用卫星遥感监测成果开展第五次土地执法检查的通知

北京、河北、上海、江苏、浙江、安徽、山东、河南、湖北、广东、宁夏等省、自治区、直辖市国土资源厅穴国土资源局、房屋土地资源管理局雪:经研究,部决定利用卫星遥感监测成果在北京等11个省、自治区、直辖市的部分市穴县、区雪开展第五次土地执法检查工作。现将有关事项通知如下:一、检查的目的及原则此次利用卫星遥感监测成果开展土地执法检查,是为了贯彻落实《国务院关于深化改革严格土地管理的决定》穴国发〔2004〕28号雪,进一步巩固土地市场治理整顿的成果,发现和查处各类土地违法行为,促进地方各级人民政府及其国土资源行政主管部门…     

基于LBS的嵌入式GIS研究--以北京市综合交通信息平台设计为例

GIS是LBS的位置定位、导航及地图表达的基础技术支撑。针对LBS的固定服务端与移动终端的信息交互需求，提出了平台GIS与移动GIS的概念；针对移动GIS，提出了嵌入式、软件插件组合技术，确定了无线下载的事件表结构；将此用于北京市交通综合信息平台设计，实现了LBS的数据与业务分离、实时信息的自动交互、移动终端的位置确定与表达。     

西南资源环境信息共享与服务平台原型设计

地理信息共享与GIS互操作是社会化GIS时代地理信息技术发展的必然趋势。本文在简述地理信息共享及GIS互操作理论的基础上，分析了基于Web服务的信息生命周期和OGC提出的OpenGIS服务架构，最后提出了西南资源环境信息共享与服务平台的初步架构。

评述了国际地层委员会最新公布的2 0 0 4年版“国际地层表”的寒武系部分,包括它的底界全球层型和点位的确定和存在的问题、寒武系当前的再划分情况、芙蓉统和排碧阶及其底界全球层型剖面和点位、寒武系的时代跨度。介绍了全球寒武系年代地层的研究方向和正在表决中的全球寒武系最新划分方案。讨论了与我国寒武系年代地层的划分和建立地方性、区域性年代地层系统的相关问题     

MAPGIS组件技术在平硐空间数据管理中的应用

利用MAPGIS组件技术,实现了将隧道施工中采集的多源种类数据信息直接生成MAPGIS支持的平硐图形文件,并且能将平硐的图形信息和隧道采集数据进行连接与同时管理的功能。这充分发挥了GIS管理空间数据和属性数据的优势,合理管理平硐基础空间信息资料,也解决了由手工矢量化和数字化采集等常规方式获取平硐图形信息工作量较大的缺点,以及平硐图形信息(空间数据)与采集的数据信息(属性数据)不能在一般非GIS系统中实现对应连接管理的问题。
