第10届地幔对流模拟和岩石圈动力学国际讨论会于2007年9月2日至9月7日在法国Cayy-le-Rouet市举行,来自13个国家的近百名科学家参加了这次讨论会.     

《闲置土地处置办法》修订政府“犯错”也要挨板子

2012年7月1日，修订后的《闲置土地处置办法》（以下简称《办法》）正式开始施行。该《办法》与1999年颁布实施的《闲置土地处置办法》（国土资源部第5号令）相比，其认定闲置土地的标准更清晰，操作性更强；对闲置土地处置程序更加完善。除了规定重罚企业囤地炒地行为，同时也明确政府囤地也须追责。     

Application of FY-2C Cloud Drift Winds in a Mesoscale Numerical Model

Statistical tests and error analysis of cloud drift winds(CDWs) from the FY-2C satellite were made by using radiosonde observations.According to the error characteristics of the CDW,a bias correction using the thermal wind theory was applied in the data quality control.The CDW data were then assimilated into the GRAPES-meso model via the GRAPES-3DVar.A torrential rain event that occurred in northwestern China during 1-2 July 2005 was simulated.The results indicate that the CDW data were mainly distribute...     

Correlation Between Total Lightning Activity and Precipitation Particle Characteristics Observed from 34 Thunderstorms

A total of 34 thunderstorms around Shanghai and Wuhan of China are analyzed in order to determine the relationship between total lightning activity and precipitation particle characteristics.Precipitation particle concentration data are obtained from the 2A12 product of TRMM/TMI(Tropical Rainfall Measuring Mission/TRMM Microwave Image) and lightning activity data are from the TRMM/LIS(Lightning Imaging Sensor) and SAFIR3000(Surveillance et Alerte Founder par Interferometric Radioelectirque).On a spatial ...     

探边测计算储量方法的数值研究与实际考虑

利用探边测试计算储量有压降法、压力恢复法和麦斯盖特法。实际应用中发现，三种方法计算的储量差别很大。为此，使用油藏数值模拟方法对3种计算方法进行检验。结果证明：压降法计算的储量较为精确，压力恢复法和麦蓁盖特法计算的储量误差较大，只能当作参考。     

自然金粒级形态模拟

粒级、形态含量分布模拟的基本原理就是首先按对数正态分布产生出自然金的短边和长边,再将二者的乘积分别按短边和二者的比值进行统计归类。用计算机对自然金的粒级形态进行模拟可显著提高粒级、形态计算的精确度,使之更符合客观情况,同时也可节省工时。     

深层地震资料采集的若干问题

本文着重叙述检波器组合效应、最大炮检距的选择、深反射层的共反射点离散效应等项技术和问题。另外讨论了比较理想的深层资料采集方法。
