海浪周期关系的研究

本文利用现场观测数据、实验室风浪槽观测数据和由文氏谱及JONSWAP谱生成的模拟数据,研究了有效周期与谱平均周期、谱峰周期与谱平均周期以及有效周期与谱峰周期的关系,通过数据拟合给出了相应的关系式.研究发现,有效周期与由谱的负阶矩计算的平均周期之间的关系更加稳定,并且有效周期与负2阶矩计算的平均周期几乎相等,均代表了海浪主导波对海浪平均周期的贡献.     

复合酶法制备鯷鱼活性寡肽的研究

探讨了用复合酶法制备鱼是鱼活性寡肽及其氨基酸组成和相对分子质量分布情况。应用正交试验法研究了酶量、酶解温度、酶解时间对鱼是鱼蛋白质水解度和酶解液苦味的影响。结果表明,最佳酶解作用条件是:酶量为100u/mL;酶解温度为50℃;酶解时间为4h。此时的酶解液苦味较低,水解度可达62.81%。应用氨基酸分析仪和凝胶排阻高效液相色谱分析了该寡肽的氨基酸组成和相对分子质量的分布范围,其十肽以下的小肽占67.77%,氨基酸组成平衡,必需氨基酸含量丰富。鱼是鱼活性寡肽有望成为保健食品、医药等领域的新型高品质原料。     

直墙前破波波浪力──对修正过的Gota方法的探讨

对被重新修正后的Goat在墙波压力计算方法进行了分析，主要是对其无因次波浪力随基床肩宽和相对波高的变化进行分析，结果发现，Goat法计算的无因次波浪力随基床肩宽的变化，有一最不利肩宽，此不利肩宽与相对波高无关；在同一水深条件下，Goat法计算的无因次波浪力随相对波高的增大而增大。此两点与试验数据不符。     

水波在软淤泥底床上的衰减

本文研究了二层流体系统中波浪的衰减。上层为理想流体，下层为粘弹性Ｖｏｉｇｔ体。导出了色散关系，计算了波浪衰减系数。对于粘性或弹性很大或很小的情况，导出了各种水深情况下近似的显式的衰减系数表示式。与精确的数值结果比较，近似程度很好。可供工程设计参考、使用。     

波群作用于垂直桩柱的峰力统计性质

研究具有窄谱和Ｗｅｉｂｕｌｌ波高分布的波群对非线性桩柱系统作用力的统计性质。求得了桩桩的波浪峰力的各种特征值及其比值。指出这些数值不仅是阻力一惯性力参数ｂＨ的函数，也随着波群因子而变化。本文模式更具广泛性。文中给出了一系列计算图表，可从理论计算波群作用于桩柱的波浪峰力。     

等高线自动绘制中断层处理的新方法

提出了一种断层处理新方法——分块法与断层恢复法合成算法，这种方法兼有分块法与断层恢复法的优点同时又克服了其不足，较好地解决了含逆断层时煤层底板等高线自动绘制及任意边界的构网问题，使绘出的等值线图误差较小，更加符合实际。     

水样及生物体内微量锌、锰、硒的极谱催化波同时测定

本文提出了在酒石酸盐-乙二胺-高氯酸-亚硫酸钠-高碘酸钾-EDTA体系中同时测定微量锌、锰、硒的极谱催化波，波峰敏锐，波形稳定。Zn2 浓度在0．4～40μg／dm3，Mn2 浓度在1．6～80μg／dm3，Se（Ⅳ）浓度在0．02～3．0μg／dm3范围内浓度与峰电流呈线性关系。取天然水样平行12份测定，变异系数在10％以内。     

Application of the first internal transcribed spacer(ITS-1) of ribosomal DNA as a molecular marker to population analysis in farrer''s scallop Chlamys farreri

Sequence variation of the first internal transcribed spacer of ribosomal DNA （ ITS - 1 ） was examined and its application to the study of genetic variation was explored in four populations of farter＇ s scallop Chlamys farreri. ITS - 1 fragments, with a length of about 300 bp,of 78 individuals collected from Dalian, Qingdao, Yantai in China and Korea respectively were amplified via PCR, cloned and sequenced. Intra-genomic variation was examined by sequencing several clones of single individuals. Alignment and polymorphism analysis detected 44 haplotypes and 50 polymorphic sites which consist of 30 substitutions and 20 indels, indicating a high level of polymorphisms. Sequence analysis also showed a very low level of intra-individual variation. All these features validated the feasibility of application of ITS - 1 fragment to population analysis. Polymorphism analysis showed that the Korea sample has the richest genetic variation, followed by Yantai and Qingdao samples. AMOVA （analysis of molecular variance） showed that the majority （96.26%） of genetic variation was distributed within populations and 3.74% resulted from among populations, but with P 〈 0.05 （ = 0.042）, indicating that the populations in this study have significant divergence. This output was basically concordant with the result arising from RAPD data and different from that from mitochondrial 16S rDNA sequence data. Discussion on this inconsistency was made accordingly.     

Determination of the Critical Value of Deflection for Embedded Cylindrical Structures

An embedded cylinder is a large-diameter cylinder embedded in a soil foundation. The state of failure of such an embedded cylindrical structure shows large deflection instead of slide and overturn of the traditional gravity type of structure placed on a rubble base or foundation base. The critical value of deflection of the embedded cylindrical structure, which is the maximum allowable deflection for stability calculation of the cylinder, is a vital control value. Through investigation on deflection and soil pressures on an embedded cylinder by model experiments, the variations of the angle of rotation θ of a cylinder with effective anti-overturning ratio η and moment MH of thrust are discussed. On the basis of experimental study, the critical value of deflection of the cylindrical structure is proposed in the paper. Meanwhile, the formulas for calculating deflection of cylinders are derived.
