新数据格式下正点数据异常时的维护方法

根据中国气象局2012年地面气象观测业务改革调整的内容,自2012年4月1日起,地面气象观测资料实时传输方式中取消了天气预报,改用新格式的地面气象要素文件即新长Z文件。由于新长Z文件在形成的过程中,经常会出现正点地面观测数据缺测,数据异常等情况,要求观测员在出现此情况时应在规定的时间内对相关数据做质量控制,因此简要介绍新长Z文件和新长Z文件形成时若正点地面观测数据出现异常时的如何正确合理的维护方法,以保证观测员在遇到类似问题是及时、有效、正确的上传自动站正点新长Z文件数据。

Winding sense of galaxies around the local supercluster

We present an analysis of the winding sense(S and Z-shapes) of 1 621 field galaxies that have radial velocity between 3 000 km s-1 and 5 000 km s-1.The preferred alignments of S-and Z-shaped galaxies are studied using chi-square,autocorrelation and Fourier series tests.We classify all the galaxies into 32 subsamples and notice a good agreement between the position angle(PA) distribution of the S-and Zshaped galaxies.The homogeneous distribution of the S-and Z-shaped galaxies is more noticeable for the late-...

First photometric study of the eclipsing binary PS Persei

We explore a 5D Brans-Dicke scalar cosmology by conjecturing that the four-dimensional Hubble parameter varies as H = εφs,ε∈ R and s is some unknown power index and that the extra-dimensions compactify as the visible dimensions expand as b(t) ≈ ax(t) ,x ∈ R-. Photometric analysis of V30 of open cluster NGC 7789

The physical origin of optical flares following GRB 110205A and the nature of the outflow
