麻醉剂MS-222和低温对鲶鱼电感觉中枢的影响

MS-222（Tricaine Methanesulfonate,Sandoz)是鱼类生理学研究中最常见和最有效的麻醉剂。用0.1-0.2克/升的水溶液，可使大部分鱼处于深度麻醉状态，以完成各种手术。有些研究者在记录鱼类电感觉的实验中，把适量的MS-222加入水池中，以保持鱼的安静。但这种药物对鱼类的电感觉有什么影响是值得探讨的。     

牙鲆鱼苗长途运输技术的试验研究

本实验对10个批次，总数为19047尾的不同规格和产地的牙鲆鱼苗长途运输效果进行了研究。结果表明，规格为9-12cm的鱼苗，在水温6－12℃，运输时间为35－50h，采用空运和低温活水车运输，运输死亡率为664尾，死亡率为3.39%，低温活水车短途运输是可行的，尽管长途车运方式成本较低，但由于应激强度较大，对鱼苗的生长性能影响较为严重，驯养10d累计死亡率最高达18.1%，这种模式不可取。低温（6℃）、小规格（9cm)的空运较适合牙鲆鱼苗长途运输。此外，本文还就运输应激反应、预防措施和药物防治进行详细的讨论。     

乳糖诱导重组别藻蓝蛋白基因在大肠杆菌中的表达

以重组别藻蓝蛋白表达工程菌JM109（DE3）／pET28-APC作为研究对象，对于JM109（DE3）菌株在乳糖诱导下表达重组蛋白的规律进行了研究。比较分析了不同生长阶段进行诱导，最佳乳糖浓度、诱导持续时间和诱导温度等参数对重组蛋白表达的影响。实验结果表明，采用JM109（DE3）为宿主菌，经过条件优化，乳糖诱导重组蛋白的表达量可以达到IPTG诱导的水平；较低的诱导培养温度能有效提高可溶性重组蛋白的表达。最后在摇瓶发酵结果的基础上，实现了乳糖诱导工程菌的5L全自动发酵罐培养。研究结果为在大肠杆菌大规模发酵中，运用廉价、无毒的乳糖作为诱导剂提供了一定的借鉴。     

The algorithms of chlorophyll-a concentration for CMODIS

The algorithms of extracting chlorophyll-a(Chl-a) concentration have been established for Chinese moderate resolution imaging spectrometer(CMODIS) mounted on Shenzhou-3 spaceship launched on 25 March 2002.The CMODIS is an ocean color sensor with 30 visible channels and 4 infrared channels,much different from other ocean color satellites and needs new algorithms to process data.Three models of Chl-a concentration were established based on Chl-a data retrieved from sea-viewing wide field-of-view sensor(SeaWiFS),with the average relative errors of 26.6%,24%.0% and 33.5%,respectively.This practical and economic approach can be used for developing the algorithms of Chinese ocean color and temperature sensor(COCTS) on the satellite Haiyang-1 to derive the Chl-a concentration concentration distribution.The applicability of the algorithms was analyzed using some in situ measurements.Suspended sediment is the main factor influencing the accuracy of the spectral ratio algorithms of Chl-a concentration.The algorithms are suitable to using in the regions where suspended sediment concentrations(SSC) are less than 5 g/m3 under the condition of relative error of Chl-a concentration retrieval within 35%.High concentration of suspended sediment leads to the overestimate remote sensing retrieval of concentration of Chl-a,while low-middle SSCs lead to the low Chl-a concentration values using the spectral ratio algorithms.Since the accuracy of Chl-a concentration by the spectral ratio algorithms is limited to waters of Case 2,it is necessary to develop semi-analytical models to improve the performance of satellite ocean color remote sensing in turbid coastal waters.     

地浸采铀浸出液氧化沉淀法除铁研究

在氧化沉淀法去除铁的过程中,氧化反应分别在自然曝气、充气和除钙的条件下进行,对照结果进行分析,得出最佳的除铁配方,同时还着重对氧化反应速率及其影响因素（pH,Eh等）进行了探索性研究,为以后试验提供了一定的依据。     

福建安溪铅山铅锌矿床地质特征及成因探讨

铅山铅锌矿位于清流—安溪北西向断裂带与平潭—漳平东西向断裂带的复合部,闽中多金属矿化集中区南端的洛阳—剑斗东西向多金属成矿带中段,矿体贮存于北东向断裂破碎带中,为岩浆期后中低温热液矿床,控矿的北东向断裂带是多期次构造活动的产物,主成矿期为燕山早期,铅山周围尚有较大的找矿远景。     

<Superscript>40</Superscript>Ar-<Superscript>39</Superscript>Ar dating of lamprophyre dykes in the Baimazhai nickel deposit,Yunnan Province,China, and its geological significance

The Baimazhai nickel deposit, Yunnan Province, China, is located in the southern part of the Sanjiang （Tri-river） alkali-rich intrusive rock belt （Sanjiang ARIR）. In this paper was conducted ^40Ar-^39Ar dating of two phlogopites in lamprophyres which are, as dikes, widely distributed in the orefield, and two plateau ages were acquired, i.e., 32.46±0.62 Ma and 32.01±0.60 Ma, respectively （averaging 32.23±0.60 Ma）. The ages are obviously younger than those of the ore-hosted complex and mineralization of the Baimazhai nickel deposit. In combination with the characteristics, it is indicated that lamprophyres in the orefield and those in the Sanjiang ARIR are similar in tectonic setting, mineral assemblage and geochemistry. It is considered that lamprophyres in the orefield are the important component of the Sanjiang ARIR, and the lamprophyres and ore-hosted complex in the orefield represent the products of two times of different magmatic activity from different mantle sources. On the other hand, the age of lamprophyres in the orefield is older than that of the strike-slip shearing of the Ailaoshan-Honghe fault belt, suggesting that the strike-slip shearing of the Ailaoshan-Honghe fault belt is not the factor leading to magmatic activity of lamprophyres in the orefield, while it is more possible that magmatic activity of the Sanjiang ARIR promoted strike-slip shearing of the fault belt.     

富宁阳文冲-广南菜子垣热液淋滤卡林型金矿区

金矿区构造活动具有多期性：加里东期及海西期在矿区形成的薄弱角度不整合面、近南北向平行的滑脱断层,是含矿热液的运移、沉淀的通道和空间。金矿床应属地下热液淋滤卡林型金矿床。     

锶掺杂的正铌酸镧超细粉体的合成与性能

采用溶胶低温燃烧法和高温固相反应法制备了锶掺杂的正铌酸镧（La0.95Sr0.05NbO4）超细陶瓷粉体。应用XRD、SEM和激光粒度分析仪等对陶瓷粉体的物相、粒度和粒度分布进行了表征,同时考察了两种方法制备的粉体的烧结性能。结果表明：采用溶胶低温燃烧法制备的La0.95Sr0.05NbO4（LSNb）为粒径〈100 nm、粒度分布范围窄的超细粉体;高温固相反应法制备的粒径为0.5-1.0μm、呈球形的LSNb超细陶瓷粉体。溶胶低温燃烧法制备的粉体在1 250℃烧结10 h形成致密的陶瓷片;高温固相反应法制备的粉体在1 400℃以上烧结10 h致密。两种LSNb致密膜均具有一定的透氢作用,900℃氢渗速率分别为1.96&#215;10^-3mL&#183;cm^-2&#183;min^-1和1.67&#215;10^-3mL&#183;cm^-2&#183;min^-1。

刚刚进入2008年,一场历史罕见的持续低温雨雪冰冻天气给我国南方大部分省份造成了重大灾害,新丰（吉安）公司也未能躲过这场灾难。 2月2日清晨,公司员工一起床发现外面白茫茫的一片,一夜之间地面积雪已近10厘米厚,山上的许多松树被大雪压断,上班的路被封住了,路灯电线被折断的松树压断了,公交车也停开了,更为严重的是江边水泵10KV高压线路也被压断了,造成水泵停机,如果短时间内不抢修过来,就会造成全厂因缺水停产的后果。
