地壳对海洋潮汐的响应

应用三维动态有限元方法研究了中国北部地区的地壳对邻近的渤海与黄海海平面变化的响应。虽然此应力场过于微弱不足以引发地震，但发现应力集中的位置及应力场变化较大的位置恰好与某些现代地震的震中一致。这一结果表明研究地壳对广泛分布的载荷的响应对研究区域地震构造是有帮助的。     

液核地球自转速率变化的带谐潮效应Ⅱ--数值计算与比较

地球自转速率的潮汐变化可由无量纲参数k/cm)(k和cm分别为壳幔的有效Love数和有效极转动惯量)来表征。对于一个具有弹性地幔、平衡海潮和核幔不耦合的地球k/cm=0.944,且与潮波频率无关。海潮的非平衡扰动使k/cm为复数,且与频率有关。大气对自转速率有效勒夫数的贡献约为Δkat=0.0075。同时地幔滞弹性对勒夫数也产生扰动。利用本文得到的理论公式和最新的潮汐数据计算了地球自转速率的潮汐变化,及其有关地球物理机制的影响。     

居民收入与通信网络市场经济效益研究--以河北省通信网络为实例

利用Logisitic曲线模型和扩展支撑模型对居民可支配收入预测和单项消费预测，以河北省居民的收入及其消费支出为实例，研究了城镇居民和农民的可支配收入分配和单项边际消费倾向，合理建立了预测模型，并理论计算了1999～2003年的通信消费方面的边际消费倾向、预测了2004～2008年通信消费情况。最后，根据预测结果对通信网络建设提出了一些有价值的建议。     

板翅式换热器综合性能优化的设计方法

应用给定换热器结构材料而使换热量最大的两侧换热表面的最佳匹配准则和使可用能损失率最小的最佳运行参数准则。利用两个准则间的关系 ,采用迭代的方式完成换热器的优化设计 ,使换热器的设计达到材料省、换热效果好及运行费用低的目的 ,且能在设计阶段实现。     

Effect of spatial variation characteristics on contouring of design storm depth

The ordinary kriging method, a geostatistical interpolation technique, was applied for developing contour maps of design storm depth in northern Taiwan using intensity–duration–frequency (IDF) data. Results of variogram modelling on design storm depths indicate that the design storms can be categorized into two distinct storm types: (i) storms of short duration and high spatial variation and (ii) storms of long duration and less spatial variation. For storms of the first category, the influence range of rainfall depth decreases when the recurrence interval increases, owing to the increasing degree of their spatial independence. However, for storms of the second category, the influence range of rainfall depth does not change significantly and has an average of approximately 72 km. For very extreme events, such as events of short duration and long recurrence interval, we do not recommend usage of the established design storm contours, because most of the interstation distances exceed the influence ranges. Our study concludes that the influence range of the design storm depth is dependent on the design duration and recurrence interval and is a key factor in developing design storm contours. 任务轨道设计

本文首先说明太空任务与轨道设计的关系 ,接着介绍轨道的基本性质。从地球重力势的观点看各种常用的绕地轨道 ,包括地球和太阳同步轨道及Molniya轨道。从扰动的观点看常用的星际轨道 ,包括LISA、ASTROD、SOHO轨道。最后对星际轨道设计 ,说明二点边界值问题的数值解法、飞掠星体的应用、最佳化的考虑 ,并用以设计 2 0 1 5年发射的ASTROD初步任务轨道。     

地倾斜台站数字化、模拟观测数据频率特性研究

分析了四川、云南的部分地倾斜数字化观测与模拟观测资料的特性，从频率范围，周期10天以上的FFT谱特性，固体潮波振幅，相位特征值等方面，论述了地倾斜数字化资料较模拟记录资料的信息组成变化，并对资料的分析与应用进行了初步探讨。     

Strong Tides in 1964 and 1982

1StrongtideandastronomicalconditionsPartial solar eclipse occurred 4 times in 1964, 1982 and 2000 respectively. Time interval is about 3 Saros periods (one Saros period is 18 years and 10.33～11.33 days). Total lunar eclipse occurred 2 times in 1964 and 2000 respectively and 3 times in 1982. However, there was no lunar eclipse in 1966, 1984 and 2002. It seems that they had similar astro-nomical conditions and the best was in 1982. The studies about the effect of tide on the global climate…     

Gamma暴余辉的相对论流体动力学演化和光变曲线

本文首先对Gamma暴的观测特性和物理过程作了简要的介绍 ,而后 ,对火球模型的相对论流体动力学机制和同步加速辐射机制作了论述。主要工作是 :具体研究火球所抛出壳层的相对论流体动力学演化 ,应用同步加速辐射机制 ,通过由共动坐标系到实验室坐标系的相对论变换 ,得到Gamma暴余辉的光变曲线。对于火球壳层的不同的动力学演化规律 ,各向同性或各向异性的壳层抛出形式 ,以及不同的外部介质环境 ,所得到的光变曲线都各不相同。通过对这些不同的光变曲线的比较 ,明确了Gamma暴余辉的整体的物理演化图象以及各种物理过程在Gamma暴余辉演化过程中所起的作用 ,并从余辉演化的方面进一步理解了Gamma暴的物理本质
