东阳市自然资源“一体化”综合业务办公模式探索

2018年3月,自然资源部成立。2019年东阳市自然资源和规划局内部“三定方案”落地,实现东阳市自然资源管理机构由“分”到“统”的转变。这次机构改革不是对机构的简单合并或调整,而是更高层级下的职能重构和业务重组,需要更深层次的思想理念转变。自然资源管理部门,需要突破之前部门各自为政的困局,建立“一个整体”的概念,把工作放到自然资源的大局中通盘考虑,培养系统化的思维模式。同时需要进一步精简下放有关行政审批事项、强化监管力度,为保护和合理开发利用自然资源提供科学指引,更好发挥政府作用,强化自然资源管理规则、标准、制度的约束性作用。     

ECOLOGICAL SERIES OF SOIL ANIMALS IN DARLIDAI MOUNTAIN

The ecological series of soil animals under the broad-leaved and pine mixed forest in Darlidai Mountainwas studied. Seven sample plots were selected according to different altitude gradients, which belong to different vegeta-tion types. By investigating and analyzing soil animals in every sample plot it is found that there are 45 groups and 1956individuals, which axe involved in 3 phylums, 7 classes, 16 orders, respectively. The altitude is a key factor which af-fects ecological series of soil animals. Both the groups and individuals of soil animals increase with altitude increasingunder certain conditions, which contrastes with ordinary cases, resulting from special micro-climate in studied area. Thegroups and individuls of soil animals are the most under the broad-leaved and pine forest on the top of the mountain, andthe least under Picea-Abies forest in the foot of the mountain.     

Heat-shock protein 70 expression in shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis during thermal and immune-challenged stress

Using western immunoblotting, we obtained heat-shock protein 70 (HSP70) induction data and distribution in different tissues from shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis during thermal and immune-challenged stresses. This is probably the first report of the effects of various stressors on the expression of HSP70 in shrimp.HSP70 was prominently induced in hepatopancreas and gills, but not in muscle, eyestalk and hemolymph, when the shrimp were exposed to heat shock and Vibrio anguillavium-challenged stresses. Cold shock and WSSV treatment had no significant effects on the levels of HSP70 expression in all tissues examined. HSP70 induction was greatest after 2 h exposure to heat shock stress, which was elevated after acute heat shock exposure of 10℃ above ambient temperature.

In 1997, IGCP Project No. 410 was established to appraise known records of Ordovician biotas, in order to evaluate one of the greatest-ever diversifications of life on Earth, between 489 and 443 million years ago. Data collection and analysis of biodiversity were coordinated through seven regional teams, and a global“clade” team.     

土地综合整治难点何在？——溆浦新坪项目调查

开展土地综合整治，实施“万村土地综合整治”示范工程，是今年国土资源部推出的一项重大行动。大力推进土地综合整治可增加有效耕地面积，改善农业生产条件和农村生活环境，促进土地节约集约利用，也是保发展、保红线的结合点，统筹城乡发展的新平台，当前还能有效地拉动农村投资和消费需求。溆浦县桥江镇新坪村是怀化土地综合整治的首个试点村，近来就该村实施情况进行了调查。     

对评估勘探设计的数学方法探讨

本文介绍了模糊综合评判的基本原理和数学模型。并给出了在勘探设计评估中因素集、评价集的具体意义及具体的评估过程。最后指出了模糊综合评判在勘探设计评估中的优越性。
