顺向次生成层结构边坡稳定性影响因素分析

边坡稳定性影响因素分析是认识边坡变形破坏机制、评价稳定性和预测变形发展趋势的重要前提。针对边坡工程中的出现的次生成层结构边坡,首先简要分析其次生成层结构岩体的主要成因机制;然后根据顺向次生成层结构边坡的特点和工程经验,选取影响这类边坡稳定性的重要因素,通过参数取值正交试验,并采用UDEC软件对其进行数值模拟,获得各影响因素对边坡变形破坏影响程度的量化结果。研究结果表明：这类成层结构是接近地表的岩体在外生作用下由于差异卸荷回弹作用、应力分异和动荷载作用发生应力释放而形成的次生结构;各因素对顺向次生成层结构边坡稳定性影响的主次顺序各不相同;而在单一影响因素变化下其边坡稳定性系数、次生成层最大张开程度、坡顶最大位移又表现出不一样的特点。该研究结果对顺向次生成层结构边坡的开挖设计和支护措施选择具有重要理论和实践意义。     

Validation of methods to estimate design discharge flow rates for dam spillways with large regulating capacity

Abstract

The estimation and review of discharge flow rates in hydraulic works is a fundamental problem in water management. In the case of dams with large regulating capacity, in order to estimate return periods of discharge flow rates from the spillways, it becomes necessary to consider both peak flow and volume of the incoming floods. In this paper, the results of the validation for several methods of assessing design floods for spillways of dams with a large flood control capacity are presented; the validation is performed by comparing the maximum outflows (or the maximum levels reached in the reservoir) obtained from the routing of the design floods with those obtained from the routing of the historical annual maximum floods. The basin of Malpaso Dam, Mexico, is used as the case study.

Acceleration response modification factors for nonstructural components attached to inelastic moment‐resisting frame structures

A statistical analysis of the peak acceleration demands for nonstructural components (NSCs) supported on a variety of stiff and flexible inelastic regular moment‐resisting frame structures with periods from 0.3 to 3.0 s exposed to 40 far‐field ground motions is presented. Peak component acceleration (PCA) demands were quantified based on the floor response spectrum (FRS) method without considering dynamic interaction effects. This study evaluated the main factors that influence the amplification or decrease of FRS values caused by inelasticity in the primary structure in three distinct spectral regions namely long‐period, fundamental‐period, and short‐period region. The amplification or decrease of peak elastic acceleration demands depends on the location of the NSC in the supporting structure, periods of the component and building, damping ratio of the component, and level of inelasticity of the supporting structure. While FRS values at the initial modal periods of the supporting structure are reduced due to inelastic action in the primary structure, the region between the modal periods experiences an increase in PCA demands. A parameter denoted as acceleration response modification factor (R_acc) was proposed to quantify this reduction/increase in PCA demands. Copyright © 2007 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

Optimized and robust experimental design: a non-linear application to EM sounding

Pragmatic experimental design requires objective consideration of several classes of information including the survey goals, the range of expected Earth responses, acquisition costs, instrumental capabilities, experimental conditions and logistics. In this study we consider the ramifications of maximizing model parameter resolution through non-linear experimental design. Global optimization theory is employed to examine and rank different EM sounding survey designs in terms of model resolution as defined by linearized inverse theory. By studying both theoretically optimal and heuristic experimental survey configurations for various quantities of data, it is shown that design optimization is critical for minimizing model variance estimates, and is particularly important when the inverse problem becomes nearly underdetermined. We introduce the concept of robustness so that survey designs are relatively immune to the presence of potential bias errors in important data. Bias may arise during practical measurement, or from designing a survey using an appropriate model.     

经济危机背景下对我国专业化产业区的反思——重温意大利式产业区的价值

在该文中,产业区是指从事同一生产过程不同阶段的生产和服务活动的专业化的中小企业组成特色的地方系统.在过去的10年中,我国专业化产业区和意大利式产业区的相似性已经被广泛关注.但是,我国的大量产业区因其非创新性的大批量制造而难以走出"低端道路"的困局,遭受经济危机的冲击.该文重温了意大利产业区模式.以新的视角探讨其核心价值,指出产业社区的文化根基以及持续创新的工业设计是其发展的动力源泉.在危机影响下变化的市场环境中,将大规模定制的生产模式引入产业区研究,并通过对比我国产业区与意大利式产业区,提出以设计为中心、加强技术创新与服务创新的产业区发展战略.

沙漠区调水工程施工道路的设计与施工

石羊河下游地区近年来由于河水注入量的持续减少,使得依赖河水补给的地下水相应减少,造成区域性地下水位的下降,从而出现了一系列的生态环境问题。石羊河流域下游的民勤绿洲面临严重的生态危机,如何抢救和保护民勤绿洲,引起了社会各界的广泛关注。为了恢复和重建受损的生态系统,实施了下游调水工程——甘肃省景泰川电力提灌二期向民勤调水工程,该工程是国内第一个长距离穿越沙漠的跨流域调水工程,线路经过腾格里沙漠流动沙丘区,无水无路,施工条件非常艰苦;经过试验研究,提出了以当地材料为主的沙漠区施工道路的设计与施工方案。工程施工和运行实践表明,该方案施工简便,费省效宏。     

对正热电离质谱法硼同位素测定的实验设计和条件优化

为了确定正热电离质谱法测定硼同位素时的最佳实验条件 ,采用均匀设计法进行实验表头设计 ,并用MATLAB进行数据处理和回归模型优化。将最佳优化条件应用于硼同位素测定中 ,得到了与理论计算相吻合的高精度测定结果。
