The chemical degradation characteristics of reinforced concrete reefs, which had been fully immersed in Tongyeong waters of South Korea for 18–25 years, were studied. In order to investigate the marine environmental impact on the concrete reefs, environmental factors, for example pH, have been observed between 1997 and 2002. Then, four reinforced concrete reefs recovered from different sites in Tongyeong waters were nondestructively tested. Finally, those test results were analyzed to determine the chemical deterioration. Based on the test results, it is shown that the reinforced concrete reefs have sound chemical properties and their originally estimated service life is secure enough for a further service period in water depths of 28–32 m. A concrete cover depth of 40 mm is recommended for the design of reinforced concrete reefs to achieve safety in marine environments and special events occurring during installation and construction.  相似文献

Investigation shows that concrete corrosion is a common problem for ocean reinforced concrete (R.C.) structures along China’s coast. A discussion of the corrosion characteristics, based on real project cases and field surveys, is presented in this paper. These factors that might affect corrosion, such as environmental effects, construction quality, cover thickness, property of the concrete material and structure type, are evaluated. Based on the analysis of these corrosion characteristics and affecting factors, the approaches available to improve the durability of ocean R.C. structures are proposed.  相似文献

在试验研究的基础上,对碳纤维布提高钢筋混凝土柱延性的机理进行了分析,确定了碳纤维布用量、轴压比、剪跨比、矩形截面柱转角部位的形状等试验因素对碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土柱延性的影响规律。在此基础上,重点对碳纤维布加固钢筋混凝土柱延性性能的评估与分析方法进行了研究,提出了碳纤维布加固矩形截面钢筋混凝土柱位移延性比的理论计算方法和简化计算公式。计算结果与试验数据能较好地吻合。工程技术人员可以应用上述方法,对碳纤维布增强钢筋混凝土柱延性性能进行合理的评估与分析。  相似文献

大巴沟隧道排矸将对环境造成污染。同时,阜新地区石料相对缺乏,再生利用隧道排矸石和开发新的石料供应基地具有十分重要的现实意义。论文对大巴沟隧道排矸石的物理力学性质进行了试验研究,获得了排矸石的物理力学性能指标。为了进一步研究其力学性质,将其粉碎后,作为粗骨料配制成钢纤维混凝土,并测定其抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度等指标。利用均匀设计方法对试验结果进行优化,得到了回归方程,具有重要的科学价值。同时得到在此试验条件下,排矸石钢纤维混凝土的抗压强度值可达到83.683MPa,抗拉强度可达到9.378MPa。试验和理论分析结果表明,排矸石钢纤维混凝土具有抗拉强度大、抗变形能力强等特点。可广泛应用于建筑工程、桥梁工程、路基路面工程、港口和海洋工程中。具有广泛的推广应用前景和显著的社会效益、经济效益与环境效益。  相似文献

This short communication discusses an algorithm suited for the generation of periodic microstructures of granular media. Its particular features are a user‐defined grain size distribution, a representative volume element which is intrinsically periodic ab initio and a user‐defined termination criterion, controlled by an increase of volume fraction. For low densities our particle packings resemble fluids or gases, while we aim to reach for rather dense particle packings, similar to granular solids. The generated microstructures can thus be readily incorporated into large multiscale simulations, e.g. on the integration point level of a finite element analysis of a particular sand or concrete. The individual grain size distribution of the granular medium is incorporated through the introduction of different growth rates governing the final particle size distribution. We briefly sketch the generation of the representative volume element within a serial event‐driven scheme and demonstrate how periodic boundary conditions are ensured throughout the representative volume element generation process. The potential of the suggested algorithm will be illustrated through the generation of two different periodic multi‐disperse microstructures. They are based on different given grain size distributions, one for a quartz sand with a low non‐uniformity index and one for concrete aggregates classified as A32 by the German standard norm DIN 1045 to have a rather large variation in grain size. 以水泥、粉煤灰、矿粉为主要原材料,按照质量比16:3:1分别制得了不同水胶比(0.43、0.5、0.6)不同气泡含量的泡沫混凝土。对试样进行单轴压缩试验,得到了泡沫混凝土的应力-应变曲线和峰值应力,试验研究了不同水胶比的泡沫混凝土其应力-应变曲线变化规律、水胶比对抗压强度和弹性模量的影响。结果表明:不同水胶比的泡沫混凝土其应力-应变曲线变化规律基本一致,均经历密实、弹性、屈服、破坏4个阶段。水胶比对低气泡率泡沫混凝土的抗压强度和弹性模量影响较大,而对于高气泡率泡沫混凝土的抗压强度和弹性模量影响较小,且对于不同水胶比的泡沫混凝土,其抗压强度和弹性模量均与气泡率呈指数关系。  相似文献

A three-dimensional numerical method was used to simulate cavity expansion during installation and an in situ load test conducted on a single rammed aggregate pier (RAP). Verification of the numerical model was carried out by comparing the computed settlements at top and tip of the pier with the measured values. An un-rammed aggregate pier (UAP) of the same diameter and length was also simulated using the numerical method to demonstrate the effect of installation. Interpretations of the numerical results were focused on the load–settlement behavior, the bulging of the pier, the axial load distributions along the pier, and the stress paths of the soil around the pier. A parametric study was conducted to investigate the influence of the pier length/diameter ratio and the soil properties on the behavior of rammed and un-rammed aggregate piers.  相似文献
