对1999年春季采集于北极拉普捷夫海东南部的冰藻和冰下浮游植物群落的种类组成进行了分析,并对丰度和生物量进行了统计和对比。藻种以硅藻占绝对优势,其中又以羽纹硅藻为主。优势种集中,主要包括海洋拟脆杆藻(Fragilariopsisoceanica)、圆柱拟脆杆藻(F.cylindrus)、寒冷菱形藻(Nitzschiafrigida)、普罗马勒菱形藻(N. promare)、带纹曲壳藻(Ach nanthestaeniata)、新寒冷菱形藻(Nitzschianeofrigida)、大洋舟形藻(Naviculapelagica)、范氏舟形藻(N. vanhoeffenii)、北极直链藻(Melosiraarctica)、北方舟形藻(N. septentrionalis)、新月细柱藻(Clindrothecaclosterium)和绿藻门的塔形藻(Pyramimonassp. )。微藻主要集中在冰底10cm,丰度为14. 6-1562. 2×104 cells·L-1,平均为639. 0×104 cells·L-1;生物量为7. 89-2093. 5μgC·L-1,平均为886. 9μgC·L-1,总体上比次冰底高1个数量级,比冰下表层水柱高2个数量级。冰底20cm冰柱的累计丰度和生物量平均分别为冰下20m水柱累计量的7. 7和12. 2倍,显示冰藻在春季海冰融化前在近岸生态系统中的重要作用。尽管各站位冰底和冰下表层水柱藻类群落的相似性普遍不高,但整个调查海域冰底和冰下水柱优势种极为相似,春季期间冰藻对冰下浮游植物群落的影响明显。由于 相似文献

为研究沙尘沉降和营养盐输入对中国陆架海域浮游植物群落结构的影响,于2017年3—4月在中国黄、东海进行沙尘和不同营养盐(NO-3、PO-4、尿素)添加的船基围隔培养实验。结果表明,与对照组相比,沙尘(2 mg/L)和尿素添加实验组的浮游植物群落细胞密度及群落结构变化不显著,叶绿素a含量差异不显著,优势种均为海链藻属 (Thalassiosira)。不同比值的氮、磷无机营养盐添加对水体中叶绿素a含量和细胞密度的影响不同,其中氮磷比为64∶1的实验组叶绿素a含量和细胞密度最高,分别为18.20 μg/L和7.86×105cells/L。沙尘和营养盐添加对浮游植物群落的影响主要表现为叶绿素a含量、细胞密度峰值及不同优势种所占比例的差异,而各个实验组的种类组成及优势种具有一定的相似性。 相似文献

2013年2月至11月对雷州湾海域的浮游植物和环境因子进行调查,并对该海域浮游植物的群落结构特征及其影响因素进行分析.结果表明,雷州半岛海域浮游植物共有142种,其中硅藻门42属116种,占总种类数的81.3%;甲藻门10属19种,占总种类数的13.8%;蓝藻门5属5种,占总种类数的3.5%;其他门类2属2种,占浮游植物种类数的1.4%.群落结构以低盐沿岸性种类为主,并夹杂有少数外海种类,具有亚热带和沿岸性特征,各季节优势种的优势度并不十分明显,没有全年广布优势种.浮游植物细胞丰度的变化范围为0.26×104~60.35×104cells/dm~3,平均丰度为12.92×104cells/dm~3,呈现秋季冬季夏季春季,以及海湾中部大于湾顶和湾口的时空分布格局.细胞丰度与温度呈现显著的负相关,相关系数为-0.415(p0.05,n=36,双尾),与其他主要生态因子不存在明显的相关性.浮游植物群落的演替发生了较大的变化,种类数较1987年增加了61.4%,优势种类数增加了1倍,丰度增加了约30倍,但群落结构复杂而稳定,是健康的生态群落. 相似文献

The uptake of urea, nitrate and ammonium by phytoplankton was measured using 15N isotopes over a one-year period in Great South Bay, a shallow coastal lagoon. The bay is a unique environment for the study of nutrient uptake since ambient concentrations of and urea remain relatively high through the year, and phytoplankton are probably never nutrient limited. Urea nitrogen averaged 52% of the total assimilated, while ammonium represented 33% and nitrate 13%. High rates of ammonium uptake occurred only at low urea concentrations (ca< 1-μg-atom urea l?1). Over the sampling period urea was present in relatively high concentrations, averaging 5·35 μg-atom N l?1, while means for ammonium and nitrate averaged 1·94 and 0·65 μg-atom N l?1, respectively. Total N uptake measured with 15N averaged about 3·3 times the calculated (from elemental ratios and 14C productivity measurements) N needs of the phytoplankton population. Phytoplankton composition differences were used to identify and plot the extent of the Chesapeake Bay plume over the continental shelf. Distinct but different phytoplankton assemblages were noted within the plume for March, June and October 1980. The major constituents in the plume were Skeletonema costatum, a variety of other diatoms and an unidentified ultraplankton component assumed to consist of several cyanophycean and chlorophycean species. The shelf plankton outside of the plume was mainly characterized by the coccolithophores and other phytoplankters that formed different seasonal assemblages than what was within the plume. Patchiness and fluctuations in the shape, size and extent of the plume were noted. A total of 235 species is given, with their presence within the plume and at shelf stations indicated. 相似文献

The seasonal dynamics of chlorophyll a and the main accessory pigments accompanied by microscopic observations on live and fixed material were investigated in the Urdaibai estuary, Spain. Fucoxanthin was the dominant pigment during the peak in chlorophyll a, with which it was strongly correlated. Concentrations of fucoxanthin (81·30 μg l−1) in the upper estuary were amongst the highest found in the literature, and were mainly associated with diatoms and symbiotic dinoflagellates. In the lower estuary, fucoxanthin showed values typical of coastal waters (<5 μg l−1) and was mainly due to diatoms and prymnesiophytes. Chlorophyllb concentration was high along the estuary, followed the same seasonal pattern as chlorophyll a, and was associated with the presence of euglenophytes, chlorophytes and prasinophytes. High values of 19′-butanoyloxyfucoxanthin were often measured, but no organisms containing this pigment were observed in live or fixed samples. Alloxanthin and peridinin were found in low concentrations which was in agreement with cell counts of cryptophytes and peridinin-containing dinoflagellates. Two main patterns of phytoplankton assemblages were observed along the estuary. In the upper segments, during the chlorophylla maximum fucoxanthin containing algae masked the other algal groups, which were relatively more abundant during or after enhanced river flows. In the lower estuary, although dominated by fucoxanthin-containing algae, the other algal groups were important all year around. In this study, the use of diagnostic pigments has provided considerable insight into the temporal and spatial dynamics of phytoplankton assemblages by detecting phytoplankton taxa generally underestimated or overlooked by microscopy. 相似文献

Abstract. In late summer and early autumn of 1989 benthic mortality in the upper part of Krka estuary extended from the Skradinski buk waterfalls to approximately 5 km downstream. Dead benthic organisms were found on the bottom at depths of up to 4.5 m. During August, a freshwater phytoplankton bloom was recorded in Visovac lake (which supplies the Skradinski buk waterfalls). The green tide in the lake was composed of up to 11.9 million cells. 1- -1 , predominantly of Synedra acus and Dinobtyon sertularia . At that time the maximal total inflow of phytoplankton cells through the waterfalls was approx. 0.41 S-I (38000 1. d-1 ). Cells of these two species died after reaching the salt wedge and the cummulative effect of their decomposition apparently caused an oxygen demand sufficient enough to trigger the benthic mortality. Due to the water mass dynamics, the spreading of mortality downstream was slow (from August to October, approx. 5 km). Abstract. Recent observations of physico-chemical and biological parameters in the Gulf of Naples are summarized. The water masses present within the Gulf during the various periods of the year are described. The temporal and spatial distribution of surface nutrients (N-NO3 , P-PO4 , Si-SiO4 ) and chlorophyll a are reported and the areas exposed to local eutrophication are identified. Biweekly sampling at a reference station has permitted us also to identify both phytoplankton and zooplankton seasonal cycles. The morphology of the basin and the uneven land runoff distribution are interpreted as causal to the variability of chemico-physical parameters and of the associated biological communities, giving rise to two subsystems (coastal and "open water") within the Gulf. 相似文献
