浅议如何提高地震前兆观测数据的质量

文中论述了地震前兆观测数据的采集、处理、入库、报送和共享等具体工作,指出了当前数据报送工作中存在的问题,提出了改进措施,以保障前兆观测数据的连续、完整。为地震监测预报提供可信度较高的资料。     

The Spatial and Temporal Characteristics of Pc3 Geomagnetic Activity over Canada in 2000, as a Guide to Planning the Times of Aeromagnetic Surveys

Geomagnetic activity affects aeromagnetic surveys. Geomagnetic variations are quite complex and can be quantified in different ways. A measure of geomagnetic activity that is useful for planning aeromagnetic surveys is the Pc3 pulsation index developed by the Australian Space Weather Agency. Purposeful to developing guidelines for planning aeromagnetic surveys in Canada, we study the variations in Pc3 index amplitude over Canada in 2000. This study shows distinct patterns associated with the sub-auroral zone, the auroral zone, and the polar cap. Average Pc3 index activity is higher during the months of February, July, September, and November in the auroral and sub-auroral zones. The station in the polar cap exhibits maximum activity near midday during the summer months. Detailed analysis of a magnetic storm shows that Pc3 index amplitude during the beginning of the solar storm is least important at the polar cap. The mean Pc3 index also relates to solar wind parameters such as the solar wind velocity and the vertical polarity of the interplanetary magnetic field. Analysis of the morning maximum of the Pc3 index observed in the auroral zone can be used to develop guidelines for planning aeromagnetic surveys in Canada and other areas of the world affected by auroral zones.     

场兆与源兆的追踪识别

云南省单台地震预报６年报准了１２次５．２～７．３级地震。总结了反映孕震过程的矢量凹形、应力凹形、地电凹形等３种凹形震兆,阐述了水汞、水氡突跳,形变相关系数和地磁最大相关系数等前兆图像及其预报作用。认为：按照以场求源的思路,追踪孕震过程,是提高地震预报水平的有效途径。     

包头西6.4级地震前地球物理场特征的研究

通过对包头６．４级地震前较大范围前兆资料的研究,认为一个强烈地震在发生之前,围绕震中区不同区域内,将出现具有不同特点的前兆场异常群。其近场（Δ≤１００ｋｍ）的主要特征是具有较长时间尺度的趋势性异常;中场（１００ｋｍ〈Δ≤２００ｋｍ）的主要特征是趋势和突发性异常并重;而远场（Δ〉２００ｋｍ）则一般无趋势性异常,只有急剧变化的短临异常。     

5次中强震前河源地电台地电阻率的异常变化

１９７５￣１９９１年间,广东河源市新丰江水库区发生了５次ＭＬ４．７￣５．１级地震。距震中１０ｋｍ以内的河源黄子洞地电台记录到了震前不同程度的地电阻率异常变化。采用距平法消除年变干扰后异常延续时间一般为３个月左右,电阻率异常下降幅度在１％左右。利用《指南》中的震兆异常信度分析法确认其异常信度后,利用模糊信息处理法对异常判定地震三要素进行了计算,结果与实际基本符合。     

珠三角地区地震前兆场特征及近期地震危险性分析

应用时空域层次分析新思路及我国地震科技攻关成果对珠江三角洲地区的地震前兆资料进行了数据处理和综合分析,对该区的地震前兆场特征作了较全面系统的研究,并对目前存在的区域前兆异常场进行特征分析。研究认为,区内现有的前兆监测方法在中强地震发生前呈现出与正常动态变化相异的中期或中短期前兆异常反映,并具有相对丛集的总体特征。前兆异常场由东莞虎门重力、广州水化学等构成。最后对珠江三角洲地区近期的地震危险性进行了     

库尔勒断层氡气观测及观测资料分析初探

简要介绍了库尔勒断层氡气测孔周围的地质构造条件及仪器设置,并对两年多的观测资料进行分析。认为Ａ道较好地记录到１９９５年３月１９日和硕Ｍｓ５．１级地震及５月２日乌苏Ｍｓ５．８级地震前的突跳异常;同时利用Ｂ道氡资料与气温,气压作了多元回归分析,认为Ｂ道连续两年多出现的长时间,大幅度变化的异常现象主要是受气温,气压季节性变化的影响。     

Burst strain disturbance — A new test study on fracture precursor

A multi-functional high-frequency seismometer, a new instrumental system, is used for recording multi-point strain variations of rock samples in the process of fracture development. The results indicate that strain in each point appears burst disturbance synchronously besides a tendency variation before main fracture. The burst disturbance could probably be one of the short-impending precursors before great earthquake.     

对AE指数的讨论：是否适用于磁层相空间重构

分析表明,目前广泛应用的ＡＥ指数虽然在一定程度能反映极区地磁活动特征,但其物理意义不清,不能描述亚暴活动的物理过程,不宜用来作磁层相空间重构等非线性过程的研究。ＡＵ和ＡＬ虽是不可缺少的描述极光电集流活动的指数,但仍须消除规则日变化ＳＲ的影响、改进推导方法（和台站布局）。
