To assess the impact of UV-B radiation combined with NaHSO3 in solution under laboratory conditions, we compared the amounts of stress-ethylene produced by two lichen species of the same genus. Ramalina lacera, an epiphytic Mediterranean lichen, was found to be rather sensitive to UV-B combined with NaHSO3, relative to the epilithic desert lichen R. maciformis. The impact of high temperatures with FeCl2 in solution, measured by amounts of stress ethylene accentuated the adaptability of R. maciformis to desert conditions, whereas R. lacera appeared to be rather sensitive to extreme temperatures especially in the case of chemical contamination. The adaptability of R. maciformis to UV-B appears to be related to the photoprotective capabilities of lichen substances.  相似文献

Three fluorinated bipyridine ligands have been designed and synthesized as chelating agents for the extraction of metal ions in supercritical CO2 (sc‐CO2). The ligand solubilities in sc‐CO2 were investigated at different temperatures and pressures, and the measured data have been correlated using a semiempirical model. The calculated results showed satisfactory agreement with the experimental data. Based on these data, metal ion extraction with the three compounds as chelating agents in sc‐CO2 was performed from spiked filter paper, whereby ligand 1 showed the highest extraction efficiency, especially for Ni2+ and Cu2+. The extraction constants, Kex, of the three chelating ligands were seen to increase with increasing extraction efficiency for the same metal ion in the same extraction system.  相似文献

During the main and early recovery phase of a geomagnetic storm on February 18, 1998, the Equator-S ion composition instrument (ESIC) observed spectral features which typically represent the differences in loss along the drift path in the energy range (5–15 keV/e) where the drift changes from being E × B dominated to being gradient and curvature drift dominated. We compare the expected energy spectra modeled using a Volland-Stern electric field and a Weimer electric field, assuming charge exchange along the drift path, with the observed energy spectra for H+ and O+. We find that using the Weimer electric field gives much better agreement with the spectral features, and with the observed losses. Neither model, however, accurately predicts the energies of the observed minima.  相似文献

喜马拉雅山雪冰主要离子的时空变化特征及来源分析   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
对喜马拉雅山不同地区的3个雪坑和2个浅雪芯及东绒布冰川80.36 m冰芯的主要阴阳离子数据进行了分析.结果表明:主要离子浓度具有显著的季节变化特征,非季风期各主要离子浓度以高值为主,夏季风期离子浓度以低值为主;但Cl-、Na 和K 等也表现出偶然的高浓度事件.东绒布冰川雪坑和达索普浅雪芯的Na 、K 和Cl-的浓度均远高于喜马拉雅山南坡的卓奥友雪坑和Nun Kun浅雪芯的相应值,前者为后者的数倍,表明Na 、K 和Cl-的浓度受地理位置的影响显著.喜马拉雅山南坡卓奥友雪坑的NH4 浓度远高于喜马拉雅山北坡各雪坑、浅雪芯的NH4 浓度,表明喜马拉雅山对NH4 的传播起到了显著的屏障作用,但喜马拉雅山对粉尘来源离子(如Ca2 和Mg2 等)的空间贡献并不是一个有效的屏障.HYSPLIT_4模式模拟的空气轨迹图表明,喜马拉雅山地区冬春季的雪冰主要离子主要是来自南亚的塔尔沙漠以及西亚的干燥少雨的高原地区,或更遥远的北非撒哈拉沙漠,而并非通常认为的中亚和我国西北干旱、半干旱区.  相似文献

Soil salinization, caused by salt migration and accumulation underneath the soil surface, will corrode structures. To analyze the moisture-salt migration and salt precipitation in soil under evaporation conditions, a mathematical model consisting of a series of theoretical equations is briefly presented. The filling effect of precipitated salts on tortuosity factor and evaporation rate are taken into account in relevant equations. Besides, a transition equation to link the solute transport equation before and after salt precipitation is proposed. Meanwhile, a new relative humidity equation deduced from Pitzer ions model is used to modify the vapor transport flux equation. The results show that the calculated values are in good agreement with the published experimental data, especially for the simulation of volume water content and evaporation rate of Toyoura sand, which confirm the reliability and applicability of the proposed model.  相似文献

为了研究青藏高原东北缘老虎沟地区大气颗粒物中水溶性无机离子组分的变化特征,于2016年7月16日至8月11日共采集13个PM2.5样品和4套粒径分级样品。研究结果显示:非沙尘期间,水溶性离子总质量浓度为2.35 μg·m-3,主要离子SO42-、Ca2+、NH4+和NO3-的浓度分别为1.28、0.33、0.32和0.28 μg·m-3,约占水溶性离子浓度总和的94%;沙尘期间,水溶性无机离子总质量浓度为12.63 μg·m-3,是非沙尘期间浓度的5倍,主要离子SO42-、Ca2+、Cl-、Na+和NO3-的浓度依次为5.36、4.77、0.80、0.62和0.61 μg·m-3,约占水溶性离子浓度总和的96%。分级样品分析结果表明,NO3-主要分布在粗颗粒模态,可能是前体物在粉尘表面发生非均相反应产生。在沙尘时期,SO42-主要为粉尘贡献,集中分布在粗颗粒模态。在非沙尘时期,SO42-在粗颗粒模态和积聚模态都有较多的分布。积聚模态的SO42-主要是通过前体物与NH3发生均相反应产生。据估算,非沙尘时期的二次反应对PM2.5中SO42-的贡献约为80%。  相似文献

“嫦娥”一号、二号绕月飞行经历地球磁尾边界层区域时,分别在2007年11月26日-2008年2月5日和2010年10月3日-2011年2月28日,发现了15次月球轨道0.1~2 MeV电子急剧增加(Bursts of 0.1~2 MeV Energetic Electrons,BEE),卫星周围等离子体离子加速的现象.统计研究表明,这类现象发生在稳定太阳风和弱行星际磁场条件下,且无显著空间环境扰动事件发生时,离子的加速滞后于高能电子爆发,离子能量的变化与高能电子通量的时间演化正相关,地球磁鞘内侧或边界层过渡区域是该类现象的高发区,离子能量增加时卫星表面电位大幅下降可达负几千伏.为了研究高能电子爆发与绕月卫星表面电位变化的关系及其对月球表面电位的影响,本文用电流平衡法建立绕月卫星和月球表面充电模型,并假设能量电子(>2 eV~2 MeV)满足幂律谱的分布,模拟急剧增加的能量电子对卫星和月球表面电位的影响.模拟结果表明,能量电子急剧增加使得绕月卫星和月球表面电位大幅下降;能量电子总流量>1011 cm-2时,绕月卫星和月球表面充电电位可达负上千伏;月球充电到大的负电位的时间仅为卫星充电时间的1/10.鉴于高能电子急剧增加事件的高发生率(~125次/年),能量电子急剧增加使得绕月卫星表面电位大幅下降的发生率应大于实测等离子体离子加速现象的发生率(~25次/年).  相似文献

Although Lanzhou is one of the most heavily polluted cities in China, the composition of its air pollutants have not yet been studied in detail. The data of four months on the concentrations and compositions of ions from daily air-filter samples in the winter and spring during 2007–2008 were analyzed to investigate temporal trends and their possible causes. The results indicate that mean concentrations of almost all the aerosol components are greater in winter than in spring due to stronger emissions in winter and weaker localized dispersion. Spring dust storms are the major cause of the highest peak PM10 concentrations recorded during the study period; however, these elevated levels were transient. Ion concentrations related to coal combustion show the greatest reduction from winter to spring, while the concentrations of strong crustal components show a less-pronounced reduction. Strong cycles in the levels of particulate matter (PM) and all ions are also observed during the winter months due to meteorological conditions. Depending on the season, nine different ions accounted for 20%–50% of the PM concentration. The particle size of polluting ions was constant at times of increasing PM concentrations (particularly during winter), whereas the particle size of crustal ions increased dramatically during spring dust storms. Local meteorological conditions (especially wind speed) have a strong influence on the levels of pollutants. Four dust storms were noted, including one during winter. In summary, the regional transport of desert dust from the Gobi can significantly affect air quality and the chemical composition of aerosols in Lanzhou. The dust storms can strongly increase concentration of crustal ions, which are characteristics of deserts in northwestern China. This observation is in agreement with back-trajectories, which show reduced levels of pollutant ions during dust storms. Data on nitrate:sulfate ratios indicate that stationary point sources are the main source of ions rather than mobile sources.  相似文献

已知金刚石中能产生颜色的点缺陷(即色心)主要有氮、硼、空穴、填隙子以及各种形式的氮与空穴的复合体。随着各种现代微束与谱学分析技术以及量子化学计算的应用,对金刚石晶格中氮、硼以外的杂质—氢与过渡金属离子的赋存状态的研究,我们发现了新的致色点缺陷:成键氢,镍、钴离子,及其与氮的复合体,从而形成了氢致色与过渡金属离子致色的金刚石呈色机制的新观点。  相似文献

以5日龄中华鳖稚鳖为实验动物,采用静水停食实验法,在水温(27.4±1.3)℃条件下,开展了Hg2+、Cr6+、Cu2+、Zn2+对中华鳖稚鳖的急性毒性和加和等毒性强度联合毒性试验。结果表明,4种重金属离子对中华鳖稚鳖均呈现以蓄积为主导的急性毒发效应,Cr6+、Zn2+对中华鳖稚鳖的急性致毒高峰期明显滞后于Hg2+、Cu2+;4种重金属离子毒性大小依次为Hg2+、Cu2+、Cr6+、Zn2+,其对中华鳖稚鳖96h的半致死质量浓度分别为5.98、16.42、28.90和91.88mg/L;所构建的中华鳖稚鳖累积死亡概率与重金属质量浓度和实验时间之间的数学模型,以及半致死时间-质量浓度回归方程,可作为侦查和分析重金属离子排放时间和致中华鳖稚鳖大量死亡时间的重要计算工具;Hg2+、Cr6+、Cu2+、Zn2+离子两两组合在加和等毒性强度下对中华鳖稚鳖96h联合急性毒性所呈现的致毒特征与离子种类及其毒性强度匹配情形密切相关。  相似文献
