The influence of the mixtures HF‐HNO3 and HF‐NH4F‐HNO3 in bomb digestion for trace element determination from different rock types was studied using ICP‐MS. It is shown that the HF concentration, not the ratio of reagents in the decomposing mixture, controls the digestion process of a rock. Data for Zr in the granite G‐2 as a function of HF concentration gave the same results as reaction mixtures of various compositions. A complete digestion in 50‐mg sample bombs was achieved by 1.0 ml of HF alone, or with a mixture of other acids at a HF concentration of at least 35% m/m at 196 °C over 18 h. The results of the analysis of basalts BCR‐1, BIR‐1, mica schist SDC‐1, shale SBC‐1, granites G‐2, SG‐1A, garnet‐biotite plagiogneiss GBPg‐1, rhyolite RGM‐1, granodiorite GSP‐1, trachyandesite MTA‐1 and rhyolite MRh‐1 are given and compared against available data. The reproducibility of the element determinations by ICP‐MS and XRF as an independent non‐destructive analysis for a quality check in the range of concentrations typical for routine rock samples is given.  相似文献

Abstract

Abstract Four rainfall–runoff models were applied on a daily time step and tested in the Cheffia basin, situated in the northeast of Algeria. The models belong to two categories: conceptual models–the GR3j model and the CREC model with eight parameters, and ?black box? models–the ARMAX model and a neuro-fuzzy model, which combines neural structure and fuzzy logic. The models were compared over two periods, one dry and the other wet. This comparison allowed a better model for the rainfall–runoff process to be proposed, on a daily time step, by combining the conceptual approach with a neuro-fuzzy system.  相似文献

Abstract

Abstract The Gumbel distribution has been the prevailing model for quantifying risk associated with extreme rainfall. Several arguments including theoretical reasoning and empirical evidence are supposed to support the appropriateness of the Gumbel distribution. These arguments are examined thoroughly in this work and are put into question. Specifically, theoretical analyses show that the Gumbel distribution is quite unlikely to apply to hydrological extremes and its application may misjudge the risk, as it underestimates seriously the largest extreme rainfall amounts. Besides, it is shown that hydrological records of typical length (some decades) may display a distorted picture of the actual distribution, suggesting that the Gumbel distribution is an appropriate model for rainfall extremes while it is not. In addition, it is shown that the extreme value distribution of type II (EV2) is a more consistent alternative. Based on the theoretical analysis, in the second part of this study an extensive empirical investigation is performed using a collection of 169 of the longest available rainfall records worldwide, each having 100–154 years of data. This verifies the inappropriateness of the Gumbel distribution and the appropriateness of EV2 distribution for rainfall extremes.  相似文献

Abstract

Abstract Correct estimation of the sediment volume carried by a river is important with respect to pollution, channel navigability, reservoir filling, hydroelectric equipment longevity, fish habitat, river aesthetics and scientific interests. However, conventional sediment rating curves are not able to provide sufficiently accurate results. In this study, models incorporating fuzzy logic are developed as a superior alternative to the sediment rating curve technique for determining the daily suspended sediment concentration for a given river cross-section. This study provides forecasting benchmarks for sediment concentration prediction in the form of a numerical and graphical comparison between fuzzy and rating curve models. Benchmarking was based on a five-year period of continuous streamflow and sediment concentration data from the Quebrada Blanca Station operated by the United States Geological Survey (USGS). Nine different fuzzy models were developed to estimate sediment concentration from streamflow. Each fuzzy model has a different number of membership functions. The parameters of the membership functions were found using a differential evolution algorithm. The benchmark results showed that the fuzzy models were able to produce much better results than rating curve models for the same data inputs.  相似文献

东坪金矿床具有雁列式分布的矿体 ,石英脉型与钾蚀变岩型叠置的矿化 ,多期次成矿作用的贫硫富碲型矿石等 3大特点 ,其中尤以雁列式分布的矿体最为特征 ,其形成是由于燕山期该区在SN向应力场作用下 ,产生一对左旋力偶 ,形成了一组走向NNE ,倾向NW的左行雁列式压扭性断裂和一组走向NW ,倾向SW的右行雁列式张扭性断裂。而二者在空间相互追踪中 ,NNE向断裂又严格制约了NW向断裂发展 ,从而构成多字型断裂构造格式 ,控制了金矿成矿作用。  相似文献

Post‐collisional granitoid plutons intrude obducted Neo‐Tethyan ophiolitic rocks in central and eastern Central Anatolia. The Bizmişen and Çaltı plutons and the ophiolitic rocks that they intrude are overlain by fossiliferous and flyschoidal sedimentary rocks of the early Miocene Kemah Formation. These sedimentary rocks were deposited in basins that developed at the same time as tectonic unroofing of the plutons along E–W and NW–SE trending faults in Oligo‐Miocene time. Mineral separates from the Bizmişen and Çaltı plutons yield K‐Ar ages ranging from 42 to 46 Ma, and from 40 to 49 Ma, respectively. Major, trace, and rare‐earth element geochemistry as well as mineralogical and textural evidence reveals that the Bizmişen pluton crystallized first, followed at shallower depth by the Çaltı pluton from a medium‐K calcalkaline, I‐type hybrid magma which was generated by magma mixing of coeval mafic and felsic magmas. Delta 18O values of both plutons fall in the field of I‐type granitoids, although those of the Çaltı pluton are consistently higher than those of the Bizmişen pluton. This is in agreement with field observations, petrographic and whole‐rock geochemical data, which indicate that the Bizmişen pluton represents relatively uncontaminated mantle material, whereas the Çaltı pluton has a significant crustal component. Structural data indicating the middle Eocene emplacement age and intrusion into already obducted ophiolitic rocks, suggest a post‐collisional extensional origin. However, the pure geochemical discrimination diagrams indicate an arc origin which can be inherited either from the source material or from an upper mantle material modified by an early subduction process during the evolution of the Neo‐Tethyan ocean. In order to quantify the quality of the rainfall/discharge relationship across time-scales, we propose the use of both orthogonal wavelet multiresolution analysis and cross-correlation analysis. By using the two techniques together, it is possible to show, scale-by-scale, the influence of the input to the system (rainfall) on the response (discharge) of the aquifer and also to relate these results to the internal structure of the aquifer and to the degree of organisation of the karst drainage. Lavas of the Quaternary Damavand volcano (Central Alborz, Northern Iran) have been analysed for major and trace elements. The shoshonitic character of this magmatic series is definitively confirmed and most samples correspond to banakites. The Nb, Ta and Ti negative anomalies observed in all lavas suggest that they derive from of a sub-continental lithosphere metasomatised in a subduction setting. Their variable trace element enrichments are explained both by mineral fractionation and by crustal contamination in a shallow magmatic chamber. To cite this article: H. Mehdizadeh et al., C. R. 走滑构造普遍存在于盆地构造体系之中,是寻找油气藏的一种重要构造样式。本文重点阐述了走滑构造的特征,指出辽河盆地的走滑构造在平面上表现为雁列褶皱构造,走滑断裂的发育具有平直性和分段性的特点,并可见断裂错开褶皱构造和火山岩体。走滑构造在剖面上花状构造发育较明显,钻井岩心中走滑运动形迹清楚;构造物理模拟实验也证明走滑运动的存在,并已产生作用。研究进一步指出走滑作用可形成各种类型的圈闭,且有利于储集层的发育,与油气密切相关,利于油气的聚集和成藏。  相似文献
