以海湾扇贝(Argopectenirradians)和紫贻贝 (Mytilusedulis)的清滤率为指标 ,研究了金矿废水及其组分、三苯基氯化锡及塔玛亚历山大藻的毒性 ,结果表明金矿废水及其主要组分丁级黄药、CN-和重金属Cd2 +、Cu2 +、Zn2 +对海湾扇贝清滤率的半抑制浓度EC50 分别为40.6 %、7.52、0.226、0.189、0.02、1.10mg/L ;三苯基氯化锡对海湾扇贝的半抑制浓度EC50 为4.86×10-9g/L;塔玛亚历山大藻能抑制紫贻贝的清滤率,半抑制浓度EC50为6000cells/ml。由以上结果可见 ,双壳类清滤率能快速、敏感地反应污染物的影响 ,是海洋污染物毒性研究的一个良好指标。  相似文献

The objective of this work was to evaluate crushed recycled glass as a medium for rapid filtration. In the first part of this work, physical and hydraulic characteristics of the glass medium were studied. In the second part, pilot scale inline filtration experiments were carried out using raw waters from three different water sources. Two physically identical filter columns were operated in parallel in all the experiments. One filter contained a silica sand medium that is widely used in Turkey, whereas the other filter contained crushed recycled glass. Experiments were repeated five times as follows: (i) Without the use of a coagulant, (ii–iii) with 5 mg/L and 10 mg/L of alum, and (iv–v) with 5 mg/L and 10 mg/L of ferric chloride. Turbidity, particle counts, and head losses were measured and compared as functions of time. The following were observed: (1) Provided that a coagulant was used, the filter containing crushed glass produced effluent turbidities and particle counts similar to those obtained with the sand filter. (2) The crushed glass medium generated both a smaller clean‐bed head loss and smaller clogging head losses than those of the sand filter. It is concluded that crushed glass shows significant promise as an alternative to silica sand in rapid filtration.  相似文献

Leachate treatment using a membrane bioreactor is an effective method. This study presents a configuration including an anaerobic bioreactor and a membrane module, called submerged anaerobic membrane bioreactor (SAnMBR), for treating influent with leachate/acetate rations (L/A), that were kept to be 10, 25, 50, 75, and 100% at a constant SRT (100 days). COD removal decreased from 85 to 75% when the L/A ratio increased from 10 to 100. To prevent membrane fouling, a SAnMBR was operated in the case of circulation of mixed liquor under continuous and intermittent suction. The average fluxes were 2.60 and 0.40 L/m2 h at the periods of intermittent and continuous suction, respectively. The methane production varied between 0.25 and 0.32 L CH4/g CODremoved.  相似文献

Multi-Stage Filtration (MSF) can provide a robust treatment alternative for surface water sources of variable water quality in rural communities at low operation and maintenance costs. MSF is a combination of Slow Sand Filters (SSFs) and Pre-treatment systems. The general objective of this research was to optimize the treatment capacity of MSF. A pilot plant study was undertaken to meet this objective. The pilot plant was monitored for a continuous 98 days from commissioning till the end of the project. Three main stages of MSF namely: The Dynamic Gravel Filter (DGF), Horizontal-flow Roughing Filter (HRF) and SSF were identified, designed and built. The response of the respective MSF units in removal of selected parameters guiding drinking water quality such as microbiological (Faecal and Total coliform), Suspended Solids, Turbidity, PH, Temperature, Iron and Manganese was investigated. The benchmark was the Kenya Bureau (KEBS) and World Health Organization (WHO) Standards for drinking water quality. With respect to microbiological raw water quality improvement, MSF units achieved on average 98% Faecal and 96% Total coliform removal. Results obtained indicate that implementation of MSF in rural communities has the potential to increase access to portable water to the rural populace with a probable consequent decrease in waterborne diseases. With a reduced down time due to illness, more time would be spent in undertaking other economic activities.  相似文献

塔里木沙漠公路防护林土壤水分特征曲线模型分析与比较   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
应用压力膜仪对塔里木沙漠公路防护林地0~150 cm范围的土层进行土壤水分特征曲线的脱水试验,并选取Gardner模型和VG模型对实测数据进行了拟合分析与比较。结果表明:(1)实测的土壤水分特征曲线可准确地反映土壤结构的差异性,各土层的曲线特征与其基本物理性质一一对应,即容重较小、粉粘粒含量较多的土层其持水性较强,饱和含水率和凋萎含水率也较高;物理性差异小的土层间,其土壤水力性质接近。(2)由VG模型得到的土壤饱和含水率均值为0.429 cm3· cm-3,凋萎含水率均值为0.040 cm3· cm-3。由Gardner模型得到的各土层由于各层的物理性状差异造成持水性由强到弱,依次为0~5 cm, 40~60 cm, 100~150 cm, 60~100 cm, 5~40 cm;土壤易效水与难效水的平均临界点水势值为1.5×105 Pa,均值凋萎含水率对应的水势值为15.0×105 Pa。以上结果均较符合砂质土地的实际情况。(3)两种模型均可用于拟合防护林沙质土的土壤水分特征曲线,但VG模型在低吸力段的拟合精度较高, Gardner模型在中吸力段的拟合精度稍高,整体上, VG模型的模拟效果优于Gardner模型。旨在揭示高矿化度咸水滴灌条件下塔里木沙漠公路防护林不同土层的土壤水分曲线特征及其最优拟合模型,为之后开展区域水盐运移数值模拟等研究提供理论依据。  相似文献

This paper presents a conceptual model for the prediction of energy transmission in presence of emergent permeable low crested structures. The transmitted wave is reconstructed from the superposition of perturbations generated leeward the structure by filtration and overtopped volumes. The model requires only structure geometry and incident wave conditions (wave height, period). A fair agreement is obtained by comparing the predicted transmission coefficients and wave spectra with measurements performed in wave flume and wave basin.  相似文献

This article presents a model of flow and transport with filtration in porous media which is used to analyze large-scale grouting tests. A program based on the finite element method is developed to solve the model equations; a particular attention is paid to inherent issues of transport problems. The analysis of these tests aims at providing insights on the propagation patterns associated to the injection of cement-based grouts in sand. To apprehend particular features that characterize field injections, the experiments are performed by using a tube-a-manchette and a patented grout. Finally, the role of filtration during the tests is discussed.  相似文献

The use of cationic, water-soluble, permethylated poly(ethyleneimine) (PMP) for the removal of phosphate ions was investigated using the Liquid-phase Polymer-based Retention (LPR) technique. The results showed that the retention values were dependent on the filtration factor (Z) and pH. In the presence of 10 mg/L phosphate and 1% PMP, 52% of the phosphate was retained at pH = 1.0 and 93% at pH = 8.5 for Z = 2. However only 11% of phosphate was retained at pH = 1.0 and 80% at pH = 8.5 for Z = 5. The maximum binding capacity of phosphate by 1% of PMP was 22 mg phosphate per gram of PMP at pH = 1.0 and 185 mg phosphate per gram of PMP at pH = 7.0. The influence of nitrate, chloride, and sulfate ions on the interaction of phosphate ions with PMP was also investigated. It was found that the interaction is strongly influenced by sulfate ions. In addition, viscosimetric measurements were performed and discussed.  相似文献

The health of red spruce is adversely affected by exposure to acid fog. Epicuticular wax structure over epistomatal chambers, mesophyll membrane calcium and changes in redox state of glutathione are affected in both chamber and field studies and are correlated with leaf exposure to acid fog, but not with soil or total leaf calcium concentrations. Experiments tracking fog deposition under conditions of illumination or darkness, with or without a metabolic inhibitor, support the mechanism of diffusiophoresis linked with photosynthetic gas exchange. Based on deposition pattern and leaf morphology, a stomatal pathway for water and hydrogen ion penetration to leaf interior is proposed. Ecophysiological parameters are discussed in relation to differential sensitivities of red spruce and white pine to ozone and acid fog.  相似文献
