The interpreted Earth subsurface resistivity layer parameters of 55 vertical geoelectrical soundings are analyzed over a fan shaped area of 1,700 km2 from Pipli-Astrang-Bhramgiri, Orissa, India. In this study, Dar-Zarrouk (D-Z) parameters, namely the longitudinal conductance (S), transverse resistance (T) and longitudinal resistivity (R s ) are analyzed and we encountered the resistivity regime of the clay layers, saline and fresh water bearing formations. The significance of these parameters in establishing an easily decipherable vision about the occurrence and distribution of fresh and saline water aquifers, while dealing with complicated situations of intermixing of the resistivity ranges of saline and fresh water aquifers has been illustrated. The results show that the Dar-Zarrouk (D-Z) parameters provide a useful and confident solution in delineating the saline and fresh water aquifers. The behavior of the D-Z parameters S, T and R s , and its patterns in space over large areas with respect to the occurrence of saline water and fresh water aquifer systems in the deltaic coastal aquifer system has been demonstrated.  相似文献

The 1° × 1° distribution map of crust-mantle structural ratio R for the lithosphere along the Longitudinal Seismic Belt of China has been compiled using computer based on the results of geophysical prospecting by previous researchers, and the latest results by the present authors. Based on this map, an insight into the structural features of the crust-mantle assemblage along the Longitudinal Seismic Belt has been gained, while their relation to seismic activity and the distributions of geothermal flux and intracrustal high conductivity-low velocity layers, as well as their tectonic effect to seismicity have been discussed. Effective porosity value was analyzed from the tritium concentration of sampled groundwater using a three-dimensional groundwater-flow and advection-dispersion code based on the finite element method. The effective porosity value was about 10%. Porosity values measured from core samples were 7–15%. The groundwater flow velocity estimated from the tritium concentrations was about 1 × 10–5 cm s–1. Therefore, during the low groundwater flow velocity condition, effective porosity and porosity values were the same. At the same test site, a 0.48% effective porosity value, determined by another tracer test injecting Br solution into the aquifer during groundwater level change, was smaller than the porosity value when the flow velocity was 1.8×10–2 cm s–1. Thus the effective porosity value is concluded to be due to groundwater flow velocity. The specific yield value was calculated to be 0.6% by the total volume of tunnel seepage water and the total volume of the rock unsaturated during tunnel construction. However, as pore water continued to be drained after the groundwater level change was completed, the specific yield value became larger than 0.6%. 钻井揭示准噶尔盆地超压明显,且不同地区超压出现的深度和层位不同。本文将准噶尔盆地在纵向上划分为上部、中部和下部3套超压系统。上部超压系统顶界受古近系安集海河组控制,底界受下白垩统胜金口组控制,构成压力封存箱。中部超压系统的封隔层为三工河组,构成顶封滞排型异常压力系统。下部超压系统发育在三叠系及以下地层之中,以白碱滩组为封隔层构成顶封滞排型异常压力系统。三者在平面上有不同的分布范围。白垩纪是准噶尔盆地超压形成的开始期,新近纪得到进一步加强。其中,下部超压系统开始形成于白垩纪早期,中部超压系统开始形成于白垩纪中期,而上部超压系统形成的最早时期应为中新世。  相似文献

本文利用通量管积分方法,对磁南北半球分别沿磁力线积分,研究背景电离层南-北半球不对称以及中性风场和磁偏角随经度的变化对广义瑞利-泰勒不稳定性和电离层不规则结构生成和发展的影响.结果表明,通量管积分广义瑞利-泰勒不稳定性线性增长率存在显著的半球不对称,南北半球不对称的中性风场是导致电离层不规则结构呈南北分布不对称的重要因素;随经度变化的中性风场和磁偏角对瑞利-泰勒不稳定性的经度变化有重要影响,它们可能是导致不规则结构出现率经度变化的主要控制因素.  相似文献

A comparative study of simulated air shower longitudinal profiles is presented. An appropriate thinning level for the calculations is first determined empirically. High statistics results are then provided, over a wide energy range (1014.0–1020.5 eV), for proton and iron primaries, using four combinations of the and program frameworks, and the SIBYLL and QGSjet high energy hadronic interaction models. These results are compared to existing experimental data. The way in which the first interaction controls Xmax is investigated, as is the distribution of Xmax.  相似文献

针对现有输送带检测装置不能有效检测输送带纵向撕裂、恶劣环境下可靠性低的问题,本文提出一种基于检测光幕的在线监测方法。该方法利用在输送带下方安装光幕传感器,连续采集输送带通过光幕传感器时的数据,对多组检测数据采用延时区间算法分析,计算光幕传感器发射的光线被连续遮挡的持续时间、移动方向和区间大小,结合输送带运行方向、区间大小间接检测输送带撕裂泄露问题。广东沙角c火电厂漏天料场应用表明,输送带纵向撕裂物料泄露检测率达95%以上,在恶劣环境下能正常运行。该方法有效解决了输送带检测装置可靠性差、抗干扰性低的问题,具有广阔的使用推广价值。  相似文献

Variation in the angular velocity Ω of a planetary body is called libration or longitudinal libration when the Ω-axis is fixed in direction. This motion of the body's solid mantle drives motions in its fluid core, either by viscous coupling across the core-mantle interface S, or topographically when S is asymmetric with respect to the Ω-axis, the only case considered in this article. A significant topographically-driven flow is identified having uniform vorticity within S and no component parallel to the Ω-axis. Its dynamic stability depends on the amplitude, Ω 1, of the sinusoidally varying part of Ω and on the ratio, b/a, of the lengths of the principal axes of S, assumed spheroidal. In (Ω 1/Ω 0, b/a) parameter space where Ω 0 is the average Ω, islands are shown to exist where the constant vorticity states are dynamically unstable. These are surrounded by a sea in which they are stable. When the fluid is slightly viscous, a state in the stable sea retains its uniform vorticity structure except in a viscous boundary layer on S in which the flow acquires a component parallel to the Ω-axis. For (Ω 1/Ω 0, b/a) on an island where the uniform vorticity state is unstable, an “alternative flow” exists, which is three-dimensional and is examined here. Assuming that the core is electrically conducting, kinematic dynamos are sought. Uniform vorticity flow appears to be non-regenerative but, when it is stable and viscosity acts to create a sufficiently strong boundary layer flow, dynamo action may occur. It is shown that the alternative flow that exists on an instability island in (Ω 1/Ω 0,?b/a) space can be vigorously regenerative.  相似文献
