Summary This paper substantiates, through three different case studies, that the breakage assessment of opencast bench blasting can be made scientifically through the analysis of joint set orientations of different exposed benches in association with the corresponding face direction. Joint orientations, dip and strike of bedding planes have a significant influence on rock breakage. They can have decelerating effects on blasting performance, which may be rectified by geological mapping, and subsequently modifying the blast design parameters. 相似文献

为了应对中国在新时期提出的“经济,适用,绿色,美观”的建筑政策,装配式结构逐渐成为近年来关注的焦点.对比传统现浇结构,装配式结构更符合节能、节材、环保等要求.因此,进一步研究装配式结构的抗震性能是非常重要的.考虑现有装配式剪力墙结构节点连接部位存在湿作业、施工难度大,常常出现强构件弱节点,抗震性能有待进一步深入研究等情况.为此我们提出一种新的结构形式———预应力约束下装配式剪力墙结构,该结构通过预应力筋连接结构的墙、板,使结构形成一个整体,减少施工现场湿作业,施工质量得以提高.当地震发生时结构通过改变自身的刚度,使其自震周期增大,达到减小地震应力的目的,同时很多提高延性因素的条件也无需考虑,避免钢材的浪费.通过对现浇剪力墙结构模型和预应力约束下装配式剪力墙结构模型进行时程分析,计算结果表明:与现浇剪力墙结构相比,预应力约束下装配式剪力墙结构可减小90%的地震作用,减震效果显著. 相似文献

Teleseismic and strong-motion data are inverted to determine the rupture process during the November 1999 Düzce earthquake in NW Turkey. The fault geometry, rise time and rupture velocity are determined from the aftershock distribution and preliminary inversions of the teleseismic data. Joint inversion of the teleseismic and strong-motion data is then carried out for the slip distribution. We obtain the strike 264°, dip 64°, rake −172°, seismic moment 5.0×1019 N m (Mw 7.1), and average stress drop 7 MPa. This earthquake was characterized by bilateral fault rupture and asymmetric slip distribution. Two asperities (areas of large slip) are identified, the eastern one being 1.5 times larger than the western one. The derived slip distribution is consistent with the aftershock distribution, surface rupture and damage. The point of rupture initiation in this Düzce earthquake coincided with the eastern tip of the aftershock distribution of the August 1999 Izmit earthquake. 相似文献

The concept of polynomial‐fraction approximation is explored in this article to develop a nested type of systematic lumped‐parameter model for unbounded soil. Based on the optimal coefficients determined from the flexibility formulation, the reciprocal of the polynomial‐fraction is first taken to represent the dynamic stiffness function of foundation and then decomposed into a linear polynomial and another polynomial‐fraction. The nested division introduced in this study is operated to generate a nested form for this decomposed polynomial‐fraction, which directly corresponds to a nested discrete‐element model. The nested type of lumped‐parameter model is then easily constructed by connecting this nested discrete‐element model in series with another simple discrete‐element model corresponding to the linear polynomial. 利用遗传算法反演华北中北部地区27个地震震源谱的低频水平、拐角频率和25个台站的场地响应。具体方法是利用研究区的平均衰减模型对记录谱进行路径校正,然后假定每一个地震的ω^2模型,调整低频水平和拐角频率使所有台站场地响应的标准偏差最小,最后给出参与计算的每个台站的场地响应。结果表明,17个基岩台中11个台的场地响应在1~20Hz范围内接近1,6个基岩台的场地响应部分频段放大或缩小3倍以上。8个井下摆台站的场地响应形态相同,表现为低频放大,高频部分迅速衰减。地震矩与震级的关系为logM0=17.1 1.13ML,地震矩与震源半径的关系为logM0=19.4 0.0052r。 相似文献

应用流体固体动力耦合统一分析模型的有限元法,进行了储液池的抗震分析。分别探讨了储液池内液体的液面大幅波动、池壁刚度变化、池的深宽比等对地震响应的影响。研究结果表明:储液池壁刚度是比较敏感的物理量,弹性比刚性池壁与液体相互作用的非线性行为强,池壁所受流体的作用力大;液面波的影响也有同样规律,刚性池壁情况下考虑面波与否影响不太大,但弹性池壁却有较大影响;另外宽池比窄池的响应强。 相似文献

The inelastic (design) spectra characterizing a seismic hazard are generally obtained by the scaling‐down of the elastic (design) spectra via a set of response modification factors. The component of these factors, which accounts for the ductility demand ratio, is known as the strength reduction factor (SRF), and the variation of this factor with initial period of the oscillator is called an SRF spectrum. This study considers scaling of the SRF spectrum in the case of an elasto‐plastic oscillator with strength and stiffness degradation characteristics. Two models are considered: one depending directly on the characterization of source and site parameters and the other depending on the normalized design spectrum characterization of the seismic hazard. The first model is the same as that proposed earlier by the second author, and is given in terms of earthquake magnitude, strong‐motion duration, predominant period, geological site conditions, ductility demand ratio, and ductility supply‐related parameter. The second model is a new model proposed here in terms of the normalized pseudo‐spectral acceleration values (to unit peak ground acceleration), ductility demand ratio and ductility supply‐related parameter. For each of these models, least‐square estimates of the coefficients are obtained through regression analyses of the data for 956 recorded accelerograms in western U.S.A. Parametric studies carried out with the help of these models confirm the dependence of SRFs on strong‐motion duration and earthquake magnitude besides predominant period and site conditions. It is also seen that degradation characteristics make a slight difference for high ductility demands and may lead to lower values of SRFs, unless the oscillators are very flexible. In this study, seepage phenomena through the right abutment of Shahid Abbaspour dam are investigated. The Shahid Abbaspour dam is a 200 m high arch dam, which regulates the waters of the Karun River, serves power generation, and flood control and irrigation needs. The dam site lies in the Zagros Mountains of southern Iran. This region presents continuous series of mainly of karstic limestone, marl, shale and gypsum ranging in age from Jurassic to Pliocene. The region has subsequently been folded and faulted. Seepage from the Shahid Abbaspour reservoir occurs mainly through the karstic limestone.The basic foundation treatment of the dam consisted of consolidation grouting, a high-pressure grout curtain and a drainage curtain. Moreover, a 144 m high and 30 m wide concrete cutoff wall was built to prevent reservoir seepage through a clay-filled fracture zone in the right abutment. The grout curtain penetrates the “Principal Vuggy Zone” only beneath the central portion of the dam and below the cutoff wall. In the right abutment fan curtains were constructed to reduce drainage flows, but the seepage problem could not be solved. In order to determine the seepage direction and karstification pattern, hydrogeological studies have been carried out. Additional investigation boreholes have been drilled to monitor fluctuations in groundwater level. Besides these, water chemistry, dye tracer, pinhole and XRF tests have been carried out. As a result of these studies, seepage paths have been identified in the karstic limestone in the right abutment of the dam. 相似文献
