九江市城市垃圾卫生填埋场场址适宜性评价优选

利用层次分析法对九江市5个候选垃圾场地进行了适宜性评价优选,通过场地评价影响因子定权重和采用多目标线性加权函数数学模型计算各候选场址的综合评价得分,结果依次为场地5>场地1>场地2>场地3>场地4。可见场地5为5个候选场地中最佳适宜性垃圾填埋场场址,在很大程度上减少了选址过程中人为主观因素影响和定性分析过多的缺点,为九江市重建垃圾填埋场地选址提供了客观依据。

STUDY ON GAMETOPHYTE VEGETATIVE GROWTH OF UNDARIA PINNATIFIDA AND ITS APPLICATIONS

When cultured under certain environmental coriditions (25℃, light intensity 80 μmol/m~2 ·s, LD12/12, in enriched seawater medium with 7 × 10~(-4)mol/L NO_3,-N, 1.56× 10~(-4)mol/L, PO_4-P and supplementsof other elements like Mn, Fe, I, etc.), mate and female gametophytes of U pinnatifida keptgrowing vegetatively and propagated fast at average daily fresh weight increase rate of about 20%. Theempirical formula G_m=G_o. 3~m was established to estimate the output of vegeative gametophytes. Vigorousvegetative gametophyte cells began to form reproductive structures (oogonium and spermatangium, whenthe tmperature was lower than 25℃ and other environmental factors wrre kept optimal. The sufficientsupply of gametophyte cells provided enough seeds for raising Undaria sporelings on prodiction scale.Controlled cross-breeding experiments using selcted male and female gametophyte clones which increasetheir cell number by mitosis instead of meiosis were also carried out in vitro. 大连地磁台址的选择思路及建设方案

大连地磁台是国家基准台,也是大连地震台的一个重要组成部分。由于观测环境受到附近工厂的干扰,1993年大连地磁台搬迁到大连市西郊的甘井子区辛寨子镇由家村。目前,伴随着城市建设的快速发展,地磁观测环境再一次受到干扰,必须选择新的台址。本文主要介绍新、老地磁台的台址情况、观测环境、基础设施,并视步探讨了新台址建设方案的可行性,为其他地磁台的搬迁改造提供一些参考。     

湖南省重点开发区域选择与空间组织

从资源环境承载力、现有开发条件以及未来发展潜力3个方面,运用专家咨询及频率分布阈值划分等方法,构建湖南省重点开发区域选择综合指标体系.在此基础上,综合确定湖南省重点开发区域范围,并对全省重点开发区空间组织与发展策略进行探讨.研究结果表明:湖南省重点开发区域包括13个地级市(州)辖区(首府)、9个县级市和10个县,约占全省总面积的25.02%;湖南省重点开发区域空间体系呈四大板块分布,即长株潭城市群、长株潭拓展区、湘南中心城镇和湘西中心城镇;突出长株潭城市群"龙头地位、做强做大长株潭拓展区、构建东部工业发展走廊、培育湘南与湘西中心城镇,是湖南省重点开发区域空间组织与发展的重要抉择.     

Transitions to broad cells in a nonlinear thermal convection system

Abstract

This paper explores the properties of a two-dimensional, Boussinesq convection model with an ad hoc term in the buoyancy tendency equation that represents a positive external feedback process acting on the buoyancy fluctuations. Linear stability analyses and nonlinear integrations are presented for the case of constant heat flux boundary conditions. Although the large wavenumber modes grow the fastest from a state of rest, the nonlinear solutions progressively evolve to cells of small wavenumber. Applications to mesoscale cellular convection in the atmosphere are discussed.     

提高GIS中居民地要素层可视化效果的研究

GIS矢量数据中的居民地要素层可视化一直是GIS用户重点关心的问题.文中从居民地快速自动取舍、多级动态符号管理、注记显示完整性等方面对居民地可视化进行了研究,提出了"扩展虚拟浮动圆法"用于集群状居民地的自动取舍、"多级动态符号管理机制"代替传统的静态地图符号以及"标注与地理对象相结合法"用于解决注记的完整性显示,三者相结合在实践中予以综合使用,较好地解决了多幅图背景下的任意比例尺居民地要素层快速、美观、高质量的显示问题.     

A fast algorithm of cartographic sounding selection

An effective strategy and framework that adequately integrate the automated and manual processes for fast cartographic sounding selection is presented. The important submarine topographic features are extracted for important soundings selection, and an improved “ influence circle” algorithm is introduced for sounding selection. For automatic configuration of soundings distribution pattern, a special algorithm considering multi-factors is employed. A semi-automatic method for solving the ambiguous conflicts is described. On the basis of the algorithms and strategies a system named HGIS for fast cartographic sounding selection is developed and applied in Chinese Marine Safety Administration Bureau （CMSAB）. The application experiments show that the system is effective and reliable. At last some conclusions and the future work are given.     

风廓线雷达资料在人工增雪作业中的应用

引言 唐山风廓线雷达是为2008年北京奥运会服务批准的项目,是南京恩瑞特实业有限公司（南京14所）生产的GLC-24A型对流层风廓线雷达,可实时探测大气中的三维风场;于2007年年初建成并调试成功,经过半年多的运行已基本稳定。
