Various models have been proposed to link partial gas saturation to seismic attenuation and dispersion, suggesting that the reflection coefficient should be frequency‐dependent in many cases of practical importance. Previous approaches to studying this phenomenon typically have been limited to single‐interface models. Here, we propose a modelling technique that allows us to incorporate frequency‐dependent reflectivity into convolutional modelling. With this modelling framework, seismic data can be synthesised from well logs of velocity, density, porosity, and water saturation. This forward modelling could act as a basis for inversion schemes aimed at recovering gas saturation variations with depth. We present a Bayesian inversion scheme for a simple thin‐layer case and a particular rock physics model and show that, although the method is very sensitive to prior information and constraints, both gas saturation and layer thickness theoretically can be estimated in the case of interfering reflections.  相似文献

本文针对声-弹耦合介质,为尽可能的减少频率域正演模拟的计算内存,提高计算效率,在一阶非均质位移-应力波动方程的基础上,借助等效交错网格思想并充分考虑密度参数空间变化对地震波传播的影响,推导了声-弹耦合地震波波动方程.在流相介质和固相介质中分别采用非均质情况频率域二阶声压标量波、二阶纯位移控制方程,为保证流、固相介质间地震波能量的稳定传输和有效交换,提出了声-弹耦合界面转换过渡层方法,并详细阐述了过渡层与上下介质空间差分具体耦合方法.在与非均质纯位移波动方程正演结果对比分析的基础上,首先采用各向同性单层流相介质模型进行正演模拟验证了声-弹耦合方程数值模拟中过渡层策略的有效性和准确性,随后又数值模拟了地震波在声-弹耦合介质简单模型和复杂Marmousi2模型中的传播,验证了本文方法稳定性和准确性,同时该方法可以简单的推广到三维情况.  相似文献

We describe in this paper the experimental investigations of the interaction of a bottom-pivoted vertical cylinder with water waves and flow, to determine the dominant-load-regime map by application of response step functions and response RAO. A rigid circular cylindrical mass-damper-spring oscillator system is investigated in regular waves and uniform flow to determine the response characteristics in the frequency domain. Interaction with waves dominates in the high frequency range f* = fosc/ωv = 0.862–1.547, with magnitude in the range of 0.1 rad. On the other hand, interaction with flow dominates at lower frequency range, f* = 0.442–0.862, with magnitude in the range of 0.01 rad. These are caused by the non-overlap peak positions of the magnitude response in waves and flow due to the change in added mass of the cylinder moving in different types of fluid loads. The frequency f* = 0.862 is the point where the dominant factors are transferred. The location of separation points determines the pressure distribution to induce the added mass changed. Separation positions determine the magnitude response, but do not determine the configuration of response RAO. That allows to enhance or reduce the magnitude response of the cylinder by taking advantage of the dominant-load-regime map in the frequency domain.  相似文献

利用新疆伽师震区附近的喀什、乌什、巴楚3个数字台记录到的伽师地震序列波形资料,开展地震波谱研究。首先分析了伽师6.8级地震序列各台的地震波拐角频率及其比值的时序变化特征,然后从中选出对这3个台都有较好记录的66个地震事件,进行拐角频率比时序变化特征的对比研究。结果表明,这3个台的拐角频率及其比值在伽师6.8级地震前后都出现了不同的变化趋势,尤以比值的变化更为明显,而且不同台站间的变化趋势存在较为明显的差异。最后讨论了这些差异可能存在的一些原因。  相似文献

A one-dimensional earthquake ground motion simulation with frequency-dependent dynamic soil parameters, which include shear wave velocity and quality factor, is performed within the frequency band between 10−2 and 30 Hz. For the simulation, the general frequency-dependent dynamic soil properties are obtained by using a new non-resonance technique on various soils. Comparisons between transfer functions involving frequency-dependent and -independent dynamic soil parameters indicate that soil amplification throughout the considered frequency range is sensitive to the values of the dynamic soil parameters, in particular to the quality factor. Simplification of frequency-dependent dynamic soil parameters into constants, which prevail as a convenient practice, incurs large amplitude distortion. This study therefore demonstrates that the dynamic properties of soils play an important role in the near surface earthquake ground motion analyses and need to be used in the same way as how they were measured.  相似文献

This paper presents the results of a multi-channel analysis of surface waves (MASW) test conducted over near-surface mine workings, with the objective of delineating the underlying. Numerical studies were carried out to explain and extend the results. The displacement time histories at the surface show amplitude changes in the region over the void, and the Fourier spectra show significant energy concentration on and in the vicinity of the cavity. Different numerical models are constructed and the responses at the surface of the medium and around voids of different sizes and embedment depths are monitored. The numerical results show that part of the incident energy is trapped within the void. The trapped energy bounces back and forth inside the void, until it is attenuated by radiation. The effect of the trapped energy is seen as a concentration of energy over the void region in the frequency domain. The amount of trapped energy is a function of the size and embedment of the void, as well as of the frequency content of the source. The void absorbs part of the energy and radiates it as body waves. Therefore, the recorded responses at the surface carry valuable information about the void. The characteristics of the void can be extracted from the surface responses by analyzing the responses in time, frequency, and spatial domains.  相似文献

Conservation of land resources is a promising strategy for sustainable agricultural intensification in order to adapt dryland farming systems to climate, market and other stresses. At a local level, factors that drive the adoption of conservation measures operate and interact in specific ways. Linking our knowledge of the local specifications of these drivers to regional and global patterns of vulnerability can significantly enhance our understanding of land-based adaptation to global change. However, the factors that influence the adoption of conservation practices remain actively debated. Therefore, this study presents a meta-analysis of case studies that investigate the adoption of soil and water conservation measures, as an important approach to resource conservation. Synthesising 63 adoption cases in the drylands of western Africa, this meta-analysis reveals a multitude of factors that drive the adoption of soil and water conservation practices. The drivers differ strongly between particular practices and methods of analysis used in the case studies. Contributing to the broader debate on resource conservation, the findings highlight the adoption of soil and water conservation measures as an emergent property of farming systems. They demonstrate the need to better understand the socio-ecological foundation of adoption and the pathways along which adoption evolves in space and time. This study concludes with methodological principles to advance future research on the factors that drive the adoption of soil and water conservation measures as a pre-requisite of improving land-based adaptation efforts.  相似文献

When using Transient Geo-Electromagnetics (TEM) unusually slow decaying transients are sometimes observed in the absence of well-conductive objects. Many researchers explain this phenomenon by presence of material with magneto-viscous or superparamagnetic (SPM) properties. The analysis of electromagnetic (EM) field equations in conductive SPM medium is suggested in the present paper. It is shown that in a simplest case of small size single-domain magnetic particles with relative higher potential barrier energy, the SPM-medium is characterized by a very slow decaying exponential transient magnetic field, the level of which is much more as compared to that of due to non-magnetic medium of the same conductivity. This situation is traced up to the late transient time like 0.1 s and more. SPM and Induction fields are in the near zone additive. They depend in a different way on the superparamagnetic and electric properties of the SPM-medium. They also depend in different ways on the transient time and on the size of the transmitter–receiver configuration. These characteristics make it possible to recognize the presence of SPM-effect and to separate these fields.  相似文献

Limited information is available about the use of magnetic susceptibility property to determine soil redistribution in hilly areas of the semi-arid regions. This study was conducted to evaluate the use of magnetic properties to determine soil redistribution along a hill slope following deforestation. The study area is located in the Quaternary hilly region of Lordegan district in west Iran. Ten transects were established in two land uses that included natural Querqus forested and cultivated lands. Soil samples were collected at different positions along the slope and magnetic properties (χlf, χhf, SIRM, ARM, and χfd) and selected physico-chemical properties were determined. The results (based on the χfd, SIRM/ARM) showed that the magnetic susceptibly in the calcareous materials is pre-dominantly derived during the pedogenic processes and the superparamagnetic particles which were transported to lower positions of hill slope following deforestation. The results confirmed that this methodology could be applied for monitoring soil redistribution along the slope in calcareous hilly areas in the semi-arid regions.  相似文献
