利用监督分类快速提取分层设色图件中数据的方法

为了快速将分层设色图件中象元的颜色值转化为具有实际意义的属性标识或物理、化学参数值,从而提取分层设色图件中包含的数据,作者提出了根据不同颜色分量(RGB)构建颜色特征空间,基于最小距离监督分类方法快速提取分层设色图件中数据的方法。使用该方法对东半球海域海面水汽分布数据进行提取,取得了良好的效果。该方法可以广泛应用于物理海洋、环境科学、地质调查、地理信息系统建库等多个行业领域的数据提取工作中。     

基于文化大发展形势下旅游地图未来发展的思考

近年来旅游事业蓬勃发展,越来越多的人通过旅游来丰富业余文化生活,增长见识,今年国家又提出了文化大发展大繁荣的总体规划,未来的旅游地图就应该成为服务于旅游文化,传承历史文明的宣传品与纪念品.     

A new gravity map, a new marine geoid around Japan and the detection of the Kuroshio current

About half a million marine gravity measurements over a 30^∘×30^∘ area centered on Japan have been processed and adjusted to produce a new free-air gravity map from a 5′×5′ grid. This map seems to have a better resolution than those previously published as measured by its correlation with bathymetry. The grid was used together with a high-degree and -order spherical harmonics geopotential model to compute a detailed geoid with two methods: Stokes integral and collocation. Comparisons with other available geoidal surfaces derived either from gravity or from satellite altimetry were made especially to test the ability of this new geoid at showing the sea surface topography as mapped by the Topex/Poseidon satellite. Over 2 months (6 cycles) the dynamic topography at ascending passes in the region (23^∘47^∘N and 123^∘147^∘E) was mapped to study the variability of the Kuroshio current. 深水牵引流沉积是继深水重力流沉积之后发现的又一种新的深水沉积类型，目前已发现的深水牵引流沉积包括等深流沉积和内潮汐、内波沉积两种类型。综述了深水牵引流沉积的研究历史、现状与进展，指出了其存在的问题及发展趋势。     

防汛决策指挥地理信息系统构建关键问题研究

根据陕西渭河下游流域现有资料、防汛实际应用需求及未来发展趋势,对基础地理、防汛专题等空间静态数据及水雨情等实时信息进行整合处理和有效集成,并基于开放性的面向服务的B/S架构体系理念以及空间和属性数据一体化、多源数据无缝集成的建库思想,开展了融信息实时监测、三维决策支持、地图查询定位、防汛预案展示、信息采编维护等为一体的流域防汛决策指挥地理信息系统的构建以及系统架构设计、数据组织处理、数据建库优化、地图缓存配置、数据共享交换等关键问题研究,可对提高流域防汛决策管理能力、减少洪涝灾害损失及构建人水和谐环境提供有力保障。     

Design and implementation of web fast sharing platform of massive geological map

It is still a laborious work to consult massive multidisciplinary geological maps which are scattered in different geological departments,and hard to give full play to the potential application value of geological map. Along with the network,the development of communication and computer technology,especially with the Web2.0 technology arisen,provides opportunities to the web for sharing of geological maps. Web fast sharing platform of massive geological maps( WSPGM) is based on the Flex technology development,using B/S architecture,with map navigation,search,display,security and other functions of the software system. Through the map pretreatment and asynchronous communication the system can display any size of geological map,and through the range limits,rights management,sharing system and watermark logo to take effective security on geological map. On the basis of this system,with the Jilin University web sharing system of geological map,the system can greatly improve the efficiency of using geological map. for research.     

ASP.NET服务器组件技术在网络地图中的应用

在分析当前现有的网络地图发布技术优缺点的基础上,采用了目前大多数GIS厂商都使用的网络地图发布技术——栅格图像,为了克服该技术存在的交互能力弱的问题,引入ASP.NET服务器组件技术来实现地理空间数据的可视化和Web发布。重点介绍了ASP.NET服务器端组件的设计与实现,提出了基于ASP.NET服务器端组件的网络地图发布技术的体系结构,并提供了其原型系统来验证该技术的可行性与实用性。     

Perturbed Gylden Systems and Time-Dependent Delaunay-Like Transformations

We study the possibilities and limitations of the application of generalized Delaunay-like transformations (in the 6-dimensional phase space) and TR-like mappings (in the 8-dimensional, extended phase space) to perturbed two-body problems with a time-varying Keplerian parameter μ(t), that is, to Gylden-type systems. For the sake of theoretical completeness, both negative- and positive-energy motion (with nonstationary coupling parameter) are, in principle, considered. Our developments are intended to introduce canonical variables parallelling the classical ones of Delaunay and the Delaunay-Similar variables of Scheifele. This revised version was published online in August 2006 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

中国大陆地壳垂直运动梯度图的编绘

本文介绍了一种量化地壳垂直运动速度梯度的方法，并用此方法编绘了中国大陆现代地壳垂直运动速度梯度图。     

车辆导航系统中定位数据处理和地图匹配技术

分析了GPS误差来源，并提出了相应的处理办法；融合电子地图中的道路数据和GPS所提供的定位数据的地图匹配算法，可以有效地提高车辆导航的定位精度。在分析各种地图匹配算法基础上，提出了一种实用的地图匹配方法，并且在实践中得到了验证。
