“耕地大占补”改革背景下耕地保护智慧监管系统设计与实现——以山东省日照市为例

在“耕地大占补”改革背景下,本文旨在设计和实施日照市耕地保护智慧监管系统,以提高耕地保护工作的效率和质量,为日照市政府提供科学决策支持。文章采用系统分析法,结合当前耕地保护的政策背景和重要性,并结合遥感大数据、人工智能、地理信息系统等新技术完成系统的设计和实施。目前,该系统市级平台已上线运行,为日照市耕地保护工作提供了统一的服务平台。该系统的应用有效提高了耕地保护工作的监测监管水平,可为兄弟地市提供有价值的经验和参考。后续研究将进一步提升数据治理和采集的准确性,并提供决策支持的能力,提供平台的实用性和应用价值。     

Mountain Protection Forests against Natural Hazards and Risks: New French Developments by Integrating Forests in Risk Zoning

Forests can play a very significant role in protection against natural hazards and risks in mountain lands, especially against erosion and rockfalls. This paper first assesses knowledge concerning the capacity of forests to control natural hazards, with emphasis placed on forest location in catchments or slopes. Zoning aspects are then presented; based on the use of GIS, they allow determining priorities for forestry operations (cuts and biological engineering), in view to setting up an 'optimal management' of mountain forest ecosystems. Finally, an explanation is given of how the results of research are used for the management and planning of mountain ecosystems, illustrated by an example of researcher-practitioner transfer in France. Zoning, prevention, display and regular aspects are developed. On the basis of the experience and knowledge presented here, recommendations are proposed to better take into account the role of mountain forests in the control of natural hazards and risks. It is necessary to have an adapted legislative and economic framework, define priority forest intervention zones and determine an adapted sylviculture.     

荔湾3-1外输海底管道中落管抛石技术

落管抛石是进行深水抛石的一种工程技术,可作为保证管道稳定性、处理悬跨、抑制隆起屈曲和进行跨越支撑的工程解决方案。系统研究了抛石在波流作用下的稳定性,落石对管道冲击的影响以及施工技术。针对南海环境条件下的抛石稳定理论进行了修正;分析了三层聚丙烯涂层管道在落石冲击下的可接受抛石粒径;提出同时结合石块稳定性结果和管道抗冲击性能要求下的石料分级的方法;最后,对该技术在荔湾3-1外输海底管道的工程应用进行详细阐述。

随着国有企业现代企业制度的建立，我国各项法律法规也日益完善。企业如何实现依法经营、强化内部管理，运用法律手段化解经营风险，是当前国有企业亟待解决的问题。国务院国资委下发的《中央企业重大法律纠纷案件管理暂行办法》要求中央企业逐步建立法律风险防范机制，设立企业法律顾问，把依法经营纳入企业管理的各个环节。分析了同有企业面临的法律风险现状和重要性之后，提出了建立法律风险防范机制的几项措施手段，以便为国企的健康发展保驾护航。     

旋挖钻机聚合物泥浆施工技术浅探

通过对聚合物泥浆护壁机理的分析,简要叙述了聚合物泥浆的性能特点,为在旋挖钻孔工艺中应用聚合物泥浆,总结了聚合物泥浆的制备、回收、净化、排放方法,优化了施工时泥浆循环系统的布置方案。结合工程实践,指出了旋挖钻进时应注意的问题和对一些易出现问题的处理方法,对旋挖钻机应用聚合物泥浆施工时具有一定的指导意义。     

Galvanic interactions between galena–sphalerite and their reactivity

The galvanic effect between the main associated mineralogical phases in a mineral sphalerite concentrate was evaluated using an alternative methodology. Comparative voltammetric studies were performed between high purity galena mineral (94.65%) and sphalerite concentrate (content of 78.11% sphalerite, ZnS; 13.64% galena, PbS; 0.57% chalcopyrite, CuFeS₂; 0.41% cadmium sulfide, CdS; and 0.11% arsenopyrite, FeAsS) using carbon paste electrodes (CPE) in order to identify galvanic interactions that affect their reactivity. The electrolyte was an aqueous solution of 0.1 M NaNO₃ (pH 6.5). The results showed that, in sphalerite concentrate, the electrochemical reactivity of the galena was diminished and displaced to more positive potentials with respect to the high purity galena mineral response. This behavior can be attributed to the galvanic protection offered by the sphalerite on the galena, thereby avoiding its free oxidation. On the other hand, sphalerite oxidation was diminished by the formation of a passive products film that is dissolved to more positive potentials which provokes oxidation of other minerals like CuFeS₂, (Zn,Cd)S and FeAsS present in a minor proportion in the sphalerite concentrate.     

构件模型库的客家古村落三维建模方法——以白鹭古村为例

针对客家历史的重要载体--客家古村落正在面临着被破坏甚至消亡的风险问题,该文对其开展了三维建模方法研究,以进行数字化保护。通过分析客家古村落的建筑特点,首先对客家古村落中的建筑群整体布局展开研究,合理划分出单体古建筑;其次,将单体古建筑拆分成不同类型的子构件并研究各自建模规则,创建了面向客家古村落的建模体系与框架;最后采用CityEngine的规则建模技术为主,结合3DS Max三维建模软件,对子构件进行三维精细建模,构建了基于模型库的客家古村落三维建模方法。并以白鹭古村为例,利用此方法完成了白鹭古村古建筑群的三维精细模型的展示,并开发出了白鹭古村三维仿真系统。实验表明:该方法能够大大提高三维建模效率,快速完成对客家古村落的三维建模。
