一种树型网络拓扑简图的生成算法

给出一种树型网络拓扑的语义描述方法及其拓扑简图的生成算法。该方法通过建立网络联接线路标识串集和网络设备连接标识串集，来构造网络设备的拓扑描述，并计算生成网络拓扑简图。     

Kohonen网络与BP网络的集成应用研究

本文介绍了 Kohonen神经网络对输入数据进行聚类方法在卷烟配方中的应用 ,提出了从核心样本动态搜索 BP网络训练样本的新探索 ,摒弃了过去 BP算法中训练样本固定不变 ,互不相交的方法 ,实现了 BP网络和 Kohonen网络动态无缝集成。     

Mooring optimization of floating platforms using a genetic algorithm

This paper presents a new procedure for the optimization of the mooring design of floating platforms, in which an automatic design sequence is also established. Regarding the optimization philosophy, the following aspects are dealt with:

• The optimization of the platform heading and its mooring pattern, taking into account the environmental force spreading;

• optimum line length or line tension for each mooring line, associated to the optimization of the mooring line materials and sizes.

Basically, the main goal of this paper is to introduce a new method, which will provide the quickest way to find the best mooring system, defined here as that which minimizes platform responses.A genetic algorithm (GA) is applied in this contribution, and this paper describes exactly the procedure of developing a GA code directed toward the solution of mooring design optimization problems. In order to prove the efficiency and the vast potential of the proposed algorithm as a design tool, sample moorings are analyzed for different environmental conditions and the final results, including the time required to run them, are presented.     

海洋调查数据的可视化建模及实现方法

科学计算可视化作为新一代的分析工具 ,正在进入物理海洋学领域。文中介绍对海洋调查数据进行可视化的关键问题——数据建模 ,并从分析海洋调查数据的特点出发提出针对海洋研究中可视化建模的原则和有效途径 ,给出相关的实现方法。其中 ,重点讨论局部体样条建模中必须面对的区域分割优化问题 ,引入遗传算法并给出较好的解决方案。

应用遗传神经网格方法分析赤潮监测数据

简要介绍了遗传神经网络方法的原理 ,探讨了应用遗传神经网络方法研究辽东湾海域丹麦细柱藻 (Leptocylindrusdanicus)赤潮与其环境因子之间的关系 ,计算了各环境因子对丹麦细柱藻赤潮的贡献。结果表明 ,温度、盐度、DIN的变化对研究海域丹麦细柱藻种群密度的增长有比较重要的影响 ,DIN是营养限制因子。遗传神经网络是分析赤潮监测数据的有效方法 ,值得进一步探索     

Neural network for wave forecasting among multi-stations

Unlike in the open sea, the use of wind information for forecasting waves may encounter more ambiguous uncertainties in the coastal or harbor area due to the influence of complicated geometric configurations. Thus this paper attempts to forecast the waves based on learning the characteristics of observed waves, rather than the use of the wind information. This is reported in this paper by the application of the artificial neural network (ANN), in which the back-propagation algorithm is employed in the learning process for obtaining the desired results. This model evaluated the interconnection weights among multi-stations based on the previous short-term data, from which a time series of waves at a station can be generated for forecasting or data supplement based on using the neighbor stations data. Field data are used for testing the applicability of the ANN model. The results show that the ANN model performs well for both wave forecasting and data supplement when using a short-term observed wave data.     

浅述多元数据处理的一种简化拟合形式及算法剖析

在实际工程试验与研究中 ,多元数据处理经常遇到 ,根据 Weierstrass定理 ,采用多项式拟合是一种常见的数据处理方法。对于多元多项式的系数求解问题 ,可以归结为超定方程组的求解问题。该文以超定方程组的 SVD求解算法为核心 ,阐述了在工程实际中关于多元数据处理的一种应用方法 ,并尝试给出多元多项式拟合的一种简化方法     

Behavioural Effects of Chemically Dispersed Oil and Subsequent Recovery in Diploria strigosa (Dana)

Abstract. Survival and behaviour of the hermatypic coral Diploria strigosa was studied during 6–24 h doses with water-accomodated fractions of chemically dispersed crude oil, and for a subsequent recovery period of 1 month. Experiments utilized a flow-through laboratory dosing procedure and incorporated petroleum hydrocarbon measurements in order to simulate a major but short-term oil spill in shallow subtidal benthic reef environments. Chemically dispersed oil treatments consisted of Arabian Light Crude oil with Corexit 9527 or BP1100WD at 1–20 ppm concentrations of oil.
In general, effects observed were sub-lethal, temporary, and associated with the highest concentrations tested. Responses to the presence of dispersed oil at 20ppm for 24 h included mesenterial filament extrusion, extreme tissue contraction, tentacle retraction and localized tissue rupture. The nature and severity of reactions during the dosing phase varied between colonies and treatments, but colonies typically resumed normal behaviour within 2 h to 4 d of the recovery period. It therefore seems unlikely that observed biological effects would impair long-term viability.     

基于DSP的水下图像传输系统研究

本文研究了基于高性能的DSP芯片TMS320C549的水下图像传输系统，并采用Goertzel算法进行信源编码和MFSK调制方式、运用Turbo码进行信道的编、解码，来实现水下视频图像高速数据传输的目的。
