淄博市淄川区治理私开滥挖工作经验

淄川区位于淄博市中部,是一个具有百年开采历史的工矿老区,全区面积1 000 km2,辖17个乡镇、3个街道、1个省级经济开发区,总人口67.3万人。境内矿产资源丰富、储量大、矿种多、分布广、埋藏浅、易开采以及综合利用价值高,已累计发现煤、铁、耐火黏土、陶瓷土、石灰石等矿种24种。截至2008年底,全区共有矿山企业126处,从业人员12 000余人,年产各类矿产品1 150余万吨,实现工业总产值84 000余万元,矿业为淄川区经济社会发展做出了重大贡献。但由于受经济利益驱动,私开滥挖曾一度屡禁不止,严重影响了正常开采,2008年底,淄川区被省政府列为资源枯竭型城市。     

传统Spar平台和型组合共振运动响应研究

研究传统Spar平台在长周期规则波浪下的和型组合共振现象.考虑垂荡与纵摇运动的相互影响以及瞬时波面对于纵摇运动的参数激励作用,建立平台两自由度耦合运动方程.采用多尺度法导出了当波浪频率接近垂荡与纵摇固有频率之和时方程的一阶摄动解.针对一座实际Spar平台,通过求解幅值分岔方程,得到平台在不同波高下的运动响应并进行了数值模拟.计算结果发现,当波浪幅值超过某一极限值时,平台出现较大幅值的垂荡与纵摇亚谐共振运动.研究结果揭示了Spar平台出现和型组合共振的条件和组合共振时的动力特性.     

基于聚二甲基硅氧烷胶与Zn-Al型水滑石复合膜为离子载体的溶解二氧化碳电极及其性能标定

深海探测溶解CO2气体异常.可以为寻找热液口提供一个很好的证据.本文设计的基于自制的聚二甲基硅氧烷胶与Zn-Al型水滑石复合膜为离子载体的溶解CO2探测电极属于电势型CO2电极,适用于对深海中溶解形式的CO2的测量,具有体积微小、便于与pH、盐度、温度、氧化还原电位等多种传感器集成在同一探头腔内,实施在线探测等优点.实验室条件下.将该溶解CO2探测电极与银,氯化银参比电极分别接在Keithley 6517A高阻抗电位计输入端进行测试,测试结果表明:该电极对不同浓度的碳酸氢钠溶液具有良好的响应信号,响应时间大约在30s-1 min.检测限在10-1-10-4mol·L-1.     

港珠澳大桥水下结构物的多手段探测

介绍了利用侧扫声纳、浅地层剖面仪和磁力仪开展港珠澳大桥水下结构物的探测方法和过程,并将探测的结果与调查收集的资料比较,分析水下结构物的分布情况,不同探测方法得出的结果也可以相互印证。

大洋深海硫化物矿调查成就与研究问题

1概述 美国、法国和墨西哥《SIAMEKS》国际科考队曾于1978年在东太平洋隆起北纬21°处的考察过程中发现了硫化物矿。早在100多年（1875—1878）前,英国“挑战者”号调查船发现大洋中的铁锰结核和钴锰结壳及磷灰岩。在大洋中脊范围内发现新形式有用矿产-即同热液活动密切有关的硫化物矿,它与结核和结壳不同,不仅埋藏在海底表面,而且还产于大洋基底岩石中。

Influence analysis of gaseous absorption on “HY-1A” CZI data processing Simulation and correction for Rayleigh scattering

Besides ozone, oxygen and water vapour should be considered for their absorptive effects on ＂HY--1A＂ CZI data processing. First ,gaseous transmittances under various conditions are computed and analyzed for the band settings of this sensor. Second, transmittances under six standard atmospheres are approximated as functions of zenith angle, the water vapour transmittance is approximated as a function of water vapour content and zenith angle, and the ozone transmittance is approximated as a function of ozone content and zenith angle. Finally, taking Rayleigh scattering as an example, the influence of ignoring gaseous absorption when calculating TOA reflectance is analyzed, and the effect of applying the presented transmittance approximations to gaseous absorption correction for Rayleigh scattering in ＂HY--1A＂ CZI data processing is evaluated.     

Wind impact on pollutant transport in a shallow estuary

A three-dimensional numerical model, EFDC （ environmental fluid dynamics code） is applied to the Pamlico River Estuary （PRE） in eastern North Carolina of the United States to examine the wind impact on pollutant age distributions and residence time. A series of model experiments representing base case, remote-wind-induced water level set-up and local winds cases are conducted. Model results indicate that the pollutant mean age and the system residence time are functions of gravitational circulation in the PRE. The system responses to remote-wind-induced water level set-up are different in different portions of the PRE. Under such condition, dissolved substances in the upstream portion of the PRE have a younger age and shorter residence time （compared with the base case） , by contrast, they have a older age and longer residence time in the downstream portion of the PRE. Upriver and downriver local winds appear to have opposite impacts on pollutant age distributions. The substances are retained much longer within the PRE under upriver wind than those under downriver wind. The model results also suggest that across - river winds may lead to longer residence time through enhanced turbulence mixing, which slows down the gravitational circulation in the PRE.
