萤石重晶石方解石共生非金属矿物分析方法研究 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
萤石、方解石、重晶石是自然界中普遍共生的非金属矿,具有十分重要的经济价值.目前对于该类共生矿物中不同矿物含量的分离测定,尚未建立较系统、准确的方法.本文通过条件试验,选用10%冰醋酸作为溶剂溶解分离方解石和萤石,硝酸-高氯酸溶解分离萤石和重晶石,制定了一套适用于方解石、萤石、重晶石共生矿物的分离分析方法流程.应用该实验流程对三类矿石组合样品及实际样品进行分析,内外检的测定结果准确可靠;对GBW 07250 ~ GBW 07254五个萤石国家一级标准物质和一个重晶石管理样品进行分析,方法精密度(RSD)<0.4%,证明该方法流程也适用于萤石或重晶石含量较高的样品分析.与国家标准方法GB/T 5195.1-2006(萤石氟化钙含量测定)比较,本流程更加连续简便,可指导方解石、萤石、重晶石共生矿物资源评价、选矿及回收试验,有利于提高该类非金属矿物的综合利用价值. 相似文献

报道了利用少量AG1-X4阴离子交换树脂分离地质样品中Fe及测定Fe同位素的方法。对少量AG1-X4和AG MP-1树脂的分离效果进行了比较,测定了经过AG1-X4分离后的地质标样BCR-2、BHVO-2、BIR-1a、AGV-2、W-2、GSP-2、COQ-1、DTS-2b、JB-2、Jsd-1、GBW07105和GBW07267的Fe同位素组成,其结果与文献参考值在误差范围内一致。这些数据的发表对于地质样品Fe的化学分离和同位素测定提供了参考依据。此方法可以大大减少化学试剂用量,是一种快速有效分离铁的方法。 相似文献

塔里木北缘皮羌地区发育大量闪长质-花岗质岩脉以及哈拉峻花岗岩Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号岩体,这些花岗质岩脉和岩体与赋存大型钒钛磁铁矿矿床的皮羌辉长质岩体空间上共生,推测其成因与塔里木地幔柱岩浆上涌有关。闪长质-花岗质岩脉出露在皮羌辉长质岩体的东缘、北缘及南缘,而哈拉峻花岗岩Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号岩体主要出露在辉长质岩体的西部。花岗质岩脉具有高硅(SiO2=64%~74%)、富碱(Na2O+K2O =8%~10%)、富集Rb、Th、U等大离子亲石元素和Nb、Ta、Zr、Hf等高场强元素,(Ga/Al)×104变化于2.85~3.85之间,具有明显Eu、Ba、Sr负异常等特征,类似A型花岗岩。闪长质岩脉具有低硅(SiO2=53%~59%)、低全碱含量(Na2O+K2O=5%~8%)、以及Eu和Ba正异常。哈拉峻花岗岩Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号岩体的地球化学特征与花岗质岩脉相似。闪长质-花岗质岩脉、哈拉峻花岗岩Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号岩体的εNd(t)值范围在-2.9~-0.2之间,与皮羌辉长质岩体的εNd(t)值相近(-1.1~2.1),表明他们来源于类似的地幔源区。我们认为闪长质-花岗质岩脉、哈拉峻花岗岩Ⅰ号和Ⅱ号岩体主要由底侵的镁铁质岩浆分异出的中酸性熔体结晶分异并伴随不同程度的地壳混染形成,皮羌辉长质岩体是镁铁质岩浆浅部侵位的产物。因此~280Ma大量幔源岩浆底侵是塔里木大火成岩省中A型花岗岩形成的必要前提。 相似文献

Optical properties of estuarine dissolved organic matter isolated using cross-flow ultrafiltration 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
Dissolved organic matter(DOM) from freshwater, mid-salinity, and seawater endmember samples in the Jiulong River Estuary, China were fractionated using cross-flow ultrafiltration with a 10-kDa membrane. The colloidal organic matter(COM; 10 kDa–0.22 μm) retentate, low molecular weight(LMW) DOM(10 kDa) permeate, and bulk samples were analyzed using absorption spectroscopy and three-dimensional fluorescence excitation-emission-matrix spectroscopy. The UV-visible spectra of COM were very similar to those obtained for permeate and bulk samples, decreasing monotonically with increasing wavelength. Most of the chromophoric DOM(CDOM, expressed as the absorption coefficient a355) occurred in the LMW fraction, while the percentage of CDOM in the colloidal fraction was substantially higher in the freshwater endmember(13.4% of the total) than in the seawater endmember(6.8%). The bulk CDOM showed a conservative mixing behavior in the estuary, while there was removal of the COM fraction and a concurrent addition of the permeate fraction in the mid-salinity sample, implying that part of the colloidal CDOM was transformed into LMW CDOM. Two humic-like components(C1: 250, 325/402 nm; and C2: 265, 360/458 nm) and one protein-like component(C3: 275/334 nm) were identified using parallel factor analysis. The contributions of the C1, C2, and C3 components of the COM fraction to the bulk sample were 2.5%–8.7%, 4.8%–12.6%, and 7.4%–14.7%, respectively, revealing that fluorescent DOM occurred mainly in the LMW fraction in the Jiulong River Estuary. The C1 and C2 components in the retentate and permeate samples showed conservative mixing behavior, but the intensity ratio of C2/C1 was higher in the retentate than in the permeate fractions for all salinity samples, showing that the humic component was more enriched in the COM than the fulvic component. The intensity ratio of C3/(C1+C2) was much higher in the retentate than in the permeate fraction for mid-salinity and seawater samples, revealing that the protein-like component was relatively more enriched in COM than the humic-like component. The contribution of the protein-like component(C3) to the total fluorescence in the retentate increased from 14% in the freshwater endmember to 72% for the seawater endmember samples, clearly indicating the variation of dominance by the humic-like component compared to the protein-like component during the estuarine mixing process of COM. 相似文献

Using regional geological, newly acquired 2D and 3D seismic, drilling and well log data, especially 2D long cable seismic profiles, the structure and stratigraphy in the deep-water area of Qiongdongnan Basin are interpreted. The geometry of No.2 fault system is also re-defined, which is an important fault in the central depression belt of the deep-water area in the Qiongdongnan Basin by employing the quantitative analysis techniques of fault activity and backstripping. Furthermore, the dynamical evolution of the No.2 fault sys-tem and its controls on the central depression belt are analyzed. This study indicates that the Qiongdongnan Basin was strongly influenced by the NW-trending tensile stress field during the Late Eocene. At this time, No.2 fault system initiated and was characterized by several discontinuous fault segments, which controlled a series small NE-trending fault basins. During the Oligocene, the regional extensional stress field changed from NW-SE to SN with the oceanic spreading of South China Sea, the early small faults started to grow along their strikes, eventually connected and merged as the listric shape of the No.2 fault system as ob-served today. No.2 fault detaches along the crustal Moho surface in the deep domain of the seismic profiles as a large-scale detachment fault. A large-scale rollover anticline formed in hanging wall of the detachment fault. There are a series of small fault basins in both limbs of the rollover anticline, showing that the early small basins were involved into fold deformation of the rollover anticline. Structurally, from west to east, the central depression belt is characterized by alternatively arranged graben and half-graben. The central depression belt of the Qiongdongnan Basin lies at the extension zone of the tip of the V-shaped northwest-ern ocean sub-basin of the South China Sea, its activity period is the same as the development period of the northwestern ocean sub-basin, furthermore the emplacement and eruption of magma that originated from the mantle b 相似文献

In this study, protoplasts were successfully isolated from Kappaphycus alvarezii using snail enzymes, abalone enzymes and cellulase. The optimum enzymic ratio was fixed to be 20% of abalone enzyme, 12% of cellulase and the osmotic stabilizer was 2.0 mol/L glucose. The optimum enzymic hydrolysis conditions were found to be dark enzymolysis at 30°C continuing for 4.0 h. The resultant density and yield of protoplasts achieved 32.60×104 mL-1, 65.20×104 g-1 tissue for Kappaphycus alvarezii. Finally, under the temperature of 20°C, light intensity of 1 500–2 000 lx and photoperiod of 12 h/d, two developmental pathways were investigated:(1) callus-like cell mass and regenerated plantlet occurred on protoplast;(2) young shoots and calluslike cell mass occurred in tissue blocks after enzymolysis. 相似文献

为了探讨对虾N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶(EC3.2.1.52,NAGase)的分离纯化及其酶学性质,作者以中国明对虾(Fenneropenaeus chinensis)体壁为材料,通过硫酸铵沉淀分级分离、SephadexG-100柱层析和DEAE-32离子交换柱层析纯化,获得聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳纯的N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷酶酶制剂,纯化酶比活力为3938.56U/mg。通过SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳,测得该酶亚基分子量为48.88 kD。酶的最适pH为6.0,最适温度为45℃;该酶在pH 6.0~9.0区域较稳定,温度稳定性范围是20~35℃,45℃下处理1 h酶活力丧失65.04%。酶水解对硝基苯-N-乙酰-β-D-氨基葡萄糖苷的Km为0.229 mmol/L,Vmax为5.00μmol/(L·min)。进一步研究金属离子对酶活力的影响,结果表明:Li+、Na+和Ba2+对酶没有明显影响,Mg2+、Ca2+、Mn2+、Co2+、Fe3+和Al3+对酶均有不同程度的激活作用,Cu2+、Zn2+和Pb2+对酶呈抑制作用,1.0 mmol/L Hg2+对酶呈激活作用,而10 mmol/L Hg2+使酶活力降低42.37%。 相似文献

采用超声波细胞破碎和索氏回流相结合的方法对马尾藻(Sargassum sp.)总脂质进行了提取,对提取过程中的超声波细胞破碎功率和时间、料液比、溶剂等关键因素进行了优化;对总脂质中的多不饱和脂肪酸进行了分离,并分析了马尾藻脂肪酸组成成分和含量。结果显示,总脂质的最佳提取条件为超声破碎功率80 W、破碎时间20 min、料液比(m/m)1:8、石油醚(60~90℃)为溶剂、85℃水浴回流8 h;总脂质最高提取率为1.77%,其中总脂肪酸平均含量为30.84%;总脂肪酸中共含有11种成分,多不饱和脂肪酸含量约占13.21%~14.60%;薄层色谱分离出2种多不饱和脂肪酸C18:2ω6和C20:4ω6。 相似文献

利用大万山海洋环境监测站WaMoS Ⅱ雷达测量的数据与同步SZF遥测波浪浮标、SLC9-2型直读式海流计的数据分别进行了对比分析。结果表明WaMoS Ⅱ测波雷达获取的有效波高、波峰周期、表面流速、流向等海洋物理要素的变化趋势与SZF遥测波浪浮标获取的波浪数据及SLC9-2型直读式海流计测到的海流数据有较好的一致性。其中,2012年6月16—22日雷达和遥测波浪浮标对比结果为:波高、周期的相关系数分别为0.71,0.38,平均相对误差分别为23.3%,12.5%。6月28—29日的对比结果为:流速、流向的相关系数分别为0.83,0.89,平均相对误差分别为14.5%,4.1%。其中,WaMoS Ⅱ系统测量的有效波高值需通过对比分析进行校准,本文利用的对比分析数据时间序列较短,但经校准后,有效波高值的相关性仍可升至0.75。 相似文献
