介绍一种采用VC 语言开发成功的KSS 31型海洋重力仪导航系统适配的接口应用程序,对如何解决引进新型号设备与现有的系统(设备)集成(连接)问题有一定的借鉴作用。     

Water wave interaction with a floating porous cylinder

The interaction of water waves with a freely floating circular cylinder possessing a side-wall that is porous over a portion of its draft is investigated theoretically. The porous side-wall region is bounded top and bottom by impermeable end caps thereby resulting in an enclosed fluid region within the structure. The problem is formulated based on potential flow and linear wave theory and assuming small-amplitude structural oscillations. An eigenfunction expansion approach is then used to obtain semi-analytical expressions for the hydrodynamic excitation and reaction loads on the structure. Numerical results are presented which illustrate the effects of the various wave and structural parameters on these quantities. It is found that the permeability, size and location of the porous region may have a significant influence on the horizontal components of the hydrodynamic excitation and reaction loads, while its influence on the vertical components in most cases is relatively minor.     

A hydrodynamic model of a two-part underwater towed system

A three-dimensional model of a two-part underwater towed system is studied. In the model, the governing equations of cables are established based on the Ablow and Schechter method. The boundary conditions for the two-part underwater towed system are derived. The six-degrees-of-freedom equations of motion for submarine simulations are adopted to predict the hydrodynamic performance of a towed vehicle. The established governing equations for the system are then solved using a central finite difference method. In this paper several algorithms are used to solve this special form of finite difference equations. The results in this paper indicate that the two-part underwater towed system improves the dynamic behavior of the towed vehicle and is an easy way to decouple the towing ship motion from the towed vehicle. Because the model uses an implicit time integration, it is stable for large time steps and is an effective algorithm for simulation of a large-scale underwater towed system.     

流速分布及锚链自身刚度对弹性单锚链系统变形和受力的影响

在锚链系统中,锚链本身的刚度和水流对其作用是影响锚链变形和受力的主要因素。应用分段外推的数值方法,分别对不同刚度和同一弹性锚链在均匀流作用以及同一弹性锚链在不同流速分布(流速在水深方向呈抛物线分布、对数分布)的水流作用下的变形和受力进行了分析和计算,得出了锚链自身的不同刚度及不同流速对锚链的变形及受力的影响情况。结果表明,刚度对锚链受力及变形影响明显,不同流速分布对锚链的偏移量几乎无影响,但对锚链的受力影响较大,选取抛物线型流速分布对锚链安全有利。     

Spatial and temporal variability of deep-water algal assemblages in the Northwestern Mediterranean: The effects of an exceptional storm

There are deep-water populations of the endemic and threatened Mediterranean brown alga Cystoseira zosteroides in the Medes Islands Marine Reserve (NW Mediterranean). Here, the distribution, population structure, individual growth, mortality and recruitment rates of this species over two years are described in relation to the effects of an exceptional storm. We found a high spatial variability in the structure and dynamics of C. zosteroides populations at small geographical scales, suggesting that environmental factors acting at the population level display a key role in population size structure, mortality and recruitment. The elevated mortality rates recorded at some locations (almost 80%) is amongst the highest recorded for perennial algae as a consequence of a single storm, emphasizing the importance of episodic catastrophic events in the maintenance of these deep-water, slow-growing populations. These findings are of particular importance not only to fully understand the ecology of C. zosteroides, but also for its conservation.     

水下运载器外挂负载的系统测试方案及仿真

研究水下运载器外挂负载的测试问题,根据负载功能,建立了负载的系统模型。考虑到系统可测性,模型中增设一些辅助元件和电路,测试计算机通过与负载的自动驾驶计算机通讯,由自动驾驶计算机施加激励和采集响应,完成测试。最后,对测试方案进行了仿真试验,并分析了仿真结果。     

hedgehog基因在笠贝(Lottia goshimai)早期发育中的表达模式研究

Hedgehog信号通路参与动物神经系统发育、分节等诸多发育过程,研究该信号通路对理解动物的发育与演化机制有重要意义。对软体动物而言,目前Hedgehog信号通路的研究较少。本文克隆了腹足纲软体动物笠贝的hedgehog基因,利用整装原位杂交技术研究了其在胚胎发育过程中的时空表达规律;并与重要发育基因brachyury及soxb的表达模式进行了比较。结果表明,笠贝hedgehog基因与神经外胚层及中/内胚层相关,可能调控了幼虫神经、肌肉及消化道的分化。通过比较原肠胚及担轮幼虫不同阶段的基因表达模式,研究了hedgehog基因相关的组织和细胞随个体发育进程的动态变化。这些结果为理解软体动物形态发生和重要器官的分化机制提供了基础。
