2001年兰州地区春季沙尘暴天气的对比分析

2 0 0 1年 4月 ,兰州地区连续出现了两次区域性强沙尘暴天气。文中从天气概况、气候背景、地面和高空环流形势等方面 ,对两次沙尘暴天气进行了分析。结果表明 ,两次沙尘暴天气过程是在同样的大尺度环流背景下产生的 ,都是由冷锋后偏北大风引起的。但由于造成两次沙尘暴天气的冷空气强度、锋区南压程度、冷空气移动路径等不同 ,因此造成两次沙尘暴天气影响范围、强度也有所不同。同时 ,兰州地区 2 0 0 1年冬季气温异常偏高 ,春季降水偏少以及本地区特殊的地理、地形环境 ,加剧了大风、沙尘暴的出现频次和强度。通过分析 ,初步总结出了此类天气的预报思路和要点。     

北疆冬季降水异常与前期环流特征的相关分析

用相关分析法计算了北疆冬季降水与前期各月北半球500hPa平均高度场的相关系数，选择相关好的域计算了北疆冬季降水异常年份对应的前期相关月的500hPa距平场，结果表明当年9月欧洲脊的强弱及新疆上空急锋锋区的位置与前冬降水异常有一定的相关，6月北欧-极区冷空气的强度及12月西西伯利亚脊的位置和强弱与后冬降水异常有一定的相关。

利用1965-1995年天气图和气象观测资料，分析了濮阳市11月份寒潮的时空分布特征、路径及天气形势，确定了预报指标。

工业废水和城市生活污水的大量排放,已使安帮河的水质恶化.水质监测结果表明,安帮河水为严得污染水,并已危害地下水水源地,而且还有进一步发展的趋势.因此文中指出,治理安帮河污染已是刻不容缓,否则双鸭山市将成为缺水城市.     

From national to post-national territorial identities in Israel-Palestine

Territory remains a central component of national identity in the contemporary political discourse between Israelis and Palestinians, both populations opposing power sharing within the same space, for fear of the other's domination. The contemporary political discourse relates to conflict management and the desire for separate spaces within which national identities are strengthened through territorial/national homogeneity. The Zionist national ideology of most Jewish citizens of Israel has strong territorial roots; hence they reject the post-Zionist post-nationalist ideology, regardless of whether they accept the possibility of change in Israel's territorial configuration or of a diminishment in the importance of the territorial dimension of national struggle. The rights of residency and citizenship even of second and third generation Jewish citizens remain linked with the territorial configurations of a State that will continue to be called Israel and have a national anthem expressing the aspirations of a single, exclusive, national group. But within territorial readjustment, issues of configuration may become less relevant and in it is this sense that post-Zionism focuses on a discourse of territorial pragmatism, rather than the disappearance of territory from the nationality-citizenship debate altogether. It is part of a process of re-territorialization and spatial reconfiguration of political and national identities, not a reversal of territorialization, if only because there is no such thing as a post-territorial notion of the organization of political power. The boundaries of national identity become more permeable, more inclusive, but they do not disappear altogether.     

专题制图中多因素数据的Fuxxy-Grey局势决策综合分类

专题制图中，所收集到的数据经常是单因素的，而在专题地图上却往往需要把多个单因素专题数据进行综合分类来表示。本文中，采用Fuzzy-Grey局势决策（下简称F-G决策）来研究多因素专题数据的综合分类问题，把“数据的模糊性”引入到灰色局势决策之中，根据不同情况，讨论各局势上效果测度中模糊隶属度确定的建模方法，在合适的隶属函数的基础上，在计算机上对实例分类进行程序运行，获得满意的结果。研究表明应用该方法在专题制图中对多因素数据进行综合分类是一种有效的手段。     

A Synoptic Climatology of Severe Storms in Virginia*

A synoptic climatology is developed for Virginia using 21 years of late spring and summer surface and upper air observations. The climatology is produced by applying a combination of principal components analysis and cluster analysis such that each day is classified into one of a distinct number of synoptic situations. Days on which at least one severe storm occurred in Virginia are merged with the synoptic climatology. A majority of severe storms are associated with one synoptic situation distinguished by moderate instability and a high moisture content.     

Linear study on landscape heterogeneity of Dongling District of Shenyang

Landscape configuration means the distribution and conjunction of landscape element. Inflenced by geomorphological process and human interference, the landscape configuration of Dongling District of Shenyang City appears 5 types: even distribution, aggregated distribution, linear distribution, positive interrelation spatial linkage, and negetive interrelation linkage. We subdivided two lines, which go through the landscape of Dongling District separately, into segments of equal length and studied the information of the landscape elements, which is distributed on the line, by mathematical theory of communication. Then we expounded the characteristics of landscape heterogeneity and its changing law in Dongling District as well as the relationship with geomorphic condition and human disturbance.     

我国化工地质工作的回顾与展望

50年来我国化工地质找矿及相关的研究工作都取得了显著的成绩,虽然我国化工矿产种类较齐全,但人均占有资源量偏低,保证程度与需求相比尚有不同程度的差距。化工地质工作今后应统筹规划,突出重点;发挥优势,确保化工;面向市场,拓宽领域,狠抓基础,强化竟争;严格质量,规范管理;科技创新,加强装备;突出效益,转变机制;争取政策,多元投入。在化工地质队伍推行“三新、两高、两精”的运行机制。为确保“十五”期间工作部署能顺利实施,需要国家在宏观层面上给子相应的政策支持。
