农村居民点用地整理适宜性的递阶模糊评价模型

针对目前农村居民点用地整理适宜性评价的多指标性问题,借鉴土地适宜性评价的模糊综合评判方法,提出了一种新的递阶模糊评价方法,并以武汉市黄陂区的部分乡镇为例进行了初步的应用研究,取得了较好的效果。

基于UML的农用地估价信息系统建模与实现

根据农用地估价的基本原理和方法,以ComGIS为系统开发平台,利用UML技术,从系统整体设计入手,提出了采用多层次用例描述法建立农用地估价信息系统(ALEIS)用例模型的过程,在此基础上介绍了ALEIS设计、编码与测试,最后提出了ALEIS的特点与发展趋势。在农用地估价信息系统开发过程中,利用UML对系统进行建模分析能够取得较好的效果。     

Ordered weighted averaging with fuzzy quantifiers: GIS-based multicriteria evaluation for land-use suitability analysis

The objective of this paper is to incorporate the concept of fuzzy (linguistic) quantifiers into the GIS-based land suitability analysis via ordered weighted averaging (OWA). OWA is a multicriteria evaluation procedure (or combination operator). The nature of the OWA procedure depends on some parameters, which can be specified by means of fuzzy (linguistic) quantifiers. By changing the parameters, OWA can generate a wide range of decision strategies or scenarios. The quantifier-guided OWA procedure is illustrated using land-use suitability analysis in a region of Mexico.     

ArcIMS的性能优化及高可用性配置研究

基于ArcIMS可以在Web上建立稳定的、高性能的GIS服务,着重阐述了如何最大程度地利用ArcIMS的技术优势,通过Web传送地图及其数据,如何配置ArcIMS系统以减少因为故障停机的概率,以及如何调整空间数据和地图服务来提高地图服务的性能。最后进行了网络评估和多任务机制分析,为不同的应用提供了不同的解决方案。     

基于模糊数学的公路枢纽重要性综合评判

通过对交通枢纽的介绍强调了公路枢纽的重要性,具体介绍了模糊综合评判的方法,重点介绍了隶属函数的概念以及常见的模糊分布,然后对公路枢纽的重要性进行了模糊综合评判,最后用东北地区几个城市的数据验证了模型的合理性。实验结果表明,利用模糊数学的方法,对于评判交通枢纽的重要性起着关键的作用。     

Cartographic Design and the Space–Time Cube

This paper reports on the results of an empirical evaluation that aimed to define the effectiveness and efficiency of different visual variables in depicting the Space–Time Cube’s (STC) content. Existing STC applications demonstrate that the most used visual variables are size and colour hue. Less is known, however, about their usability metrics. The research sets design criteria for STC contents, such as space–time paths, based on the cartographic design theory. The visual variables colour hue, colour value, colour saturation, size and orientation have been applied in two different use case studies. Besides, to support the three-dimensional visual environment, depth cues such as shading and transparency were considered too. User tests have been executed based on real-world problems with particular attention for the visualization strategy and data complexity. The outcomes revealed the most efficient and effective visual variables to represent data of various complexities in the STC.     

基于AHP-PSR模型的西南丘陵地区农用地集约利用动态评价

针对西南丘陵地区农用地利用效率低、耕地质量锐减、人地关系逐步恶化等问题构建了基于AHP-PSR模型的西南丘陵地区农用地集约利用评价系统。采用专家打分法进行指标筛选后,基于AHP-PSR模型进行农用地集约利用动态评价,对系统内部协调及稳定性进行分析、评估,较深入地研究农用地集约利用驱动因子,并采用最优子集选取策略分析集约利用驱动力,以避免仅以简单相关性就加入或剔除驱动力因素导致回归系数不符合实际内涵的现象。实验表明:可利用系统调整指标间权重,动态展示人地关系协调可持续发展关系,其分析结果可供有关部门决策参考。     

低轨卫星星载GNSS精密定轨的精度检核方法

基于星载GNSS的低轨卫星精密定轨是目前大地测量领域的研究热点,也是解决我国对地观测卫星精密轨道确定最有效的手段。讨论了目前低轨卫星星载GNSS精密定轨的精度评价方法,并通过对GRACE卫星的实测和仿真数据的处理和分析,讨论了这些方法在不同观测条件下的有效性与局限性。
