变刚度钢管混凝土短柱隔震装置的性能研究

本文对变刚度钢管混土短柱震的滞回收性进行了理论分析和试验验证。对装置的隔震作用以及耗能特性进行了讨论通过低周反复荷载试验,证了分析的正确性。同时,试验还证明,变刚度钢管混凝土短柱震装置能很好的地耗散能量,从而减小地震反应,作者认为,该是一种价格性能比较优越的隔震装置,在工程实践中将有广阔的应用与推广前景。

简要阐述了用MapGIS、CoreIDRAW两种软件结合制作《长春市城市总体规划》图集的设计、编制方法,采用图层模式有效管理地图集的数据．根据实践得出了一些经验和技巧。     

Optimal design of a base isolated system for a high‐rise steel structure

In a previous study (Kaplan H, Seireg A., Int. J. Comput. Appl. Technol., 2000; 13 (1/2): 25–41), the authors proposed a base isolation system for earthquake protection of structures.The system incorporates spherical supports for the base, a specially designed spring‐cam system to keep the base rigidly supported under normal conditions and to allow it to move for the duration of the earthquake under the constraint of a spring with optimized stiffness characteristics. A single‐degree‐of‐freedom structure was considered to investigate the feasibility of the concept. The simulation of the system response shows a 20 times reduction of the transmitted force as a result of using the proposed design in the considered case. This paper extends the previous study to the case of a 40‐storey steel structure subjected to the Taft as well as El Centro earthquakes. A 7.5 and 6 times reduction of the maximum transmitted force was achieved for the considered disturbances, respectively, without any adverse effects due to the tilting moment which is inherent in this type of base isolation. 机载GPS精密单点定位性能分析

利用地面多基站RTK测量结果和精密单点定位（PPP）测量结果,分析了机载条件下PPP定位、测速性能指标.实验结果表明：机载GPS精密单点定位绝对定位精度在位置、速度上可分别达到0.182 3m和0.024 6m/s,相对定位精度在位置、速度上可分别达到0.1450m和0.024 9m/s.     

操作系统信任基的设计研究

把操作系统中为计算平台的可信性提供支持的元素的集合定义为操作系统信任基(TBOS),建立了TBOS的设计思想,提出了TBOS的体系结构,重点诠释了TBOS体系结构中的基本信任基、可信基准库、控制机制、度量机制、判定机制和支撑机制等关键成分的核心思想、TBOS的隔离与交互能力以及动态扩展特性,同时讨论了TBOS实现中涉及到的关键问题。     

浅谈全国第二次土地调查项目的几个关键环节

介绍了全国第二次土地调查项目中调绘底图生产、土地调查、田坎系数测定、农村宅基地调查等关键环节,结合实际生产,分析了各环节的重要性及实施情况。     

WebGIS的测绘信息管理系统设计与实现

本文对测绘信息管理系统实现的关键技术进行了全面的分析,紧密结合当前的测绘信息化现状,设计了系统的逻辑架构、软件架构、网络架构、数据组织、平台结构和软硬件环境,并对系统的安全性控制进行了论述,实现了一个具有合理负载,维护方便的测绘信息管理系统解决方案;在需求分析的基础上,整合现有的测绘资源并进行了系统的设计与开发;本系统在北京市测绘院的投入运行,实现了跨部门的测绘信息共享,用户能够通过Internet和Intranet随时获取权限规定范围内的测绘信息,为信息化测绘的实现迈出了重要的一步。     

Dynamic analysis on structures base-isolated by a ball system with restoring property

A computational model with its analysis method for base-isolated structures by a ball system with restoring property under seismic force is proposed in this paper, and the programs using numerical integration method and incremental harmonic balance method are developed. The analysis method is verified by shaking table test results of a three-storey masonry model. With these programs, the effect of some factors on the aseismic behaviour of base isolation system are analysed, and the comparison of seismic response between structures with and without base isolation is made. Results of both theory and test show that the above-mentioned base isolation system has apparent advantages over the traditional aseismic structures. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
