A multi-objective programming model has been applied to investigate conflicting goals of the Norwegian cod fisheries. The goals included in this article are economic rent and employment. Fisheries managers are confronted with the problem of how best to allocate the total allowable catch (TAC) of cod among eight vessel groups. Compromise solutions taking into account both objectives by giving them equal weights in the multi-objective programming model are calculated and discussed. This article is an extension of an earlier article in which the trade-off analysis was performed using data only for North Norway and one particular year. The present analysis includes the entire Norwegian cod fisheries and is carried out using time series data for 2003–2007, examining the annual variations of key economic and technological parameters of the cod fisheries. Based on the results from compromise programming, the article discusses management and policy implications of reallocation of the TAC by vessel groups. 相似文献

青藏铁路沿线地表受多年冻土的影响会产生抬升和沉降,形变监测对于其安全运行至关重要。本文采用41景C波段Sentinel-1A升轨数据,结合均匀网格划分子区域的方法,探测分布相对均匀的永久散射体,以作为SBAS InSAR技术的地面控制点,对青藏线羊八井站至乌玛塘站段铁路及其沿线地表进行形变监测。试验结果表明,该段铁路年形变速率范围为-8~2 mm/a,该区域形变受周围冻土的影响随季节呈周期性变化;SBAS InSAR技术和本文的PS-SBAS InSAR技术在同名点形变趋势与形变程度方面的对比结果保持一致性,进一步说明了本文方法的可靠性。 相似文献

A variant of the Jordan-Brans-Dicke (JBD) theory is examined which contains a cosmological scalar that is written so that on going to the Einstein representation it becomes the ordinary cosmological constant of general relativity theory. This paper is divided into two parts. In Part I we examine the cosmological solutions for the Einstein representation of the JBD theory, i.e., in the presence of a minimally coupled scalar field. In Part II we shall study the cosmological solutions in the proper representation of the JBD theory with a self consistent scalar field. In this study, on the basis of the Floquet transform method, a numerical model for the simulation of the vibration isolation via multiple periodic pile rows with infinite number of piles is established. By means of the fictitious pile method due to Muki and Sternberg, the second kind of Fredholm integral equations for the pile rows are developed by using the fundamental solutions for the half‐space and the compatibility conditions between the piles and half‐space. Employing the Floquet transform method, integral equations for the pile rows in the wavenumber domain are then derived. Solution of the integral equations yields the wavenumber domain solution for the pile rows. The space domain solution can then be retrieved by inversion of the Floquet transform. Numerical results show that the proposed model with the Floquet transform method is in a good agreement with those of the conventional direct superposition method. On the basis of the new model, influences of the spacing between neighboring piles, the Young's modulus of the piles, and the pile length on the vibration isolation effect of the pile rows are investigated. Numerical simulations conducted in this study show that compared with the direct superposition method, the efficiency of the proposed model for simulation of the vibration isolation via pile rows is very high. This paper deals with the Sitnikov family of straight-line motions of the circular restricted three-body problem, viewed as
generator of families of three-dimensional periodic orbits. We study the linear stability of the family, determine several
new critical orbits at which families of three dimensional periodic orbits of the same or double period bifurcate and present
an extensive numerical exploration of the bifurcating families. In the case of the same period bifurcations, 44 families are
determined. All these families are computed for equal as well as for nearly equal primaries (μ = 0.5, μ = 0.4995). Some of the bifurcating families are determined for all values of the mass parameter μ for which they exist. Examples of families of three dimensional periodic orbits bifurcating from the Sitnikov family at double
period bifurcations are also given. These are the only families of three-dimensional periodic orbits presented in the paper
which do not terminate with coplanar orbits and some of them contain stable parts. By contrast, all families bifurcating at
single-period bifurcations consist entirely of unstable orbits and terminate with coplanar orbits. 相似文献

An analytical proof of the existence of some kinds of periodic orbits of second species of Poincaré, both in the Circular and Elliptic Restricted three-body problem, is given for small values of the mass parameter. The proof uses the asymptotic approximations for the solutions and the matching theory developed by Breakwell and Perko. In the paper their results are extended to the Elliptic problem and applied to prove the existence of second-species solutions generated by rectilinear ellipses in the Circular problem and nearly-rectilinear ones in the Elliptic case. 相似文献

frequencies and the matrix of the linear part is not diagonalizable, in terms of the coefficients of the development in Taylor

This paper analyses the problem of a hydraulically driven fracture, propagating in an impermeable, linear elastic medium. The fracture is driven by injection of an incompressible, viscous fluid with power‐law rheology and behaviour index n?0. The opening of the fracture and the internal fluid pressure are related through the elastic singular integral equation, and the flow of fluid inside the crack is modelled using the lubrication theory. Under the additional assumptions of negligible toughness and no lag between the fluid front and the crack tip, the problem is reduced to self‐similar form. A solution that describes the crack length evolution, the fracture opening, the net fluid pressure and the fluid flow rate inside the crack is presented. This self‐similar solution is obtained by expanding the fracture opening in a series of Gegenbauer polynomials, with the series coefficients calculated using a numerical minimization procedure. In this article we present closed‐form solutions for the undrained variations in stress, pore pressure, deformation and displacement inside hollow cylinders and hollow spheres subjected to uniform mechanical pressure instantaneously applied to their external and internal boundary surfaces. The material is assumed to be a saturated porous medium obeying a Mohr–Coulomb model failure criterion, exhibiting dilatant plastic deformation according to a non‐associated flow rule which accounts for isotropically strain hardening or softening. The instantaneous response of a porous medium submitted to an instantaneous loading is undrained, i.e. without any fluid mass exchange. The short‐term equilibrium problem to be solved is now formally identical to a problem of elastoplasticity where the constitutive equations involve the undrained elastic moduli and particular equivalent plastic parameters. The response of the model is presented (i) for extension and compression undrained triaxial tests, and (ii) for unloading problems of hollow cylinders and spheres through the use of appropriately developed closed‐form solutions. Numerical results are presented for a plastic clay stone with strain hardening and an argilite with strain softening. The effects of plastic dilation, of the strain softening law and also of geometry of the cavity on the behaviour of the porous medium have been underlined. Analytical solutions provide valuable benchmarks enabling various numerical methods in undrained conditions with a finite boundary to be verified. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献
