资源一号02C卫星是我国自主研发的高分辨率卫星。利用面向对象的信息提取技术,开展基于资源一号02C高分辨率数据的林区植被分类,具体分为三个步骤:1)对影像进行多尺度分割,获取最优尺度;2)根据各类地物特点及相互间关系,建立地物类型层次;3)结合光谱、纹理、形状多种对象特征,进行地物分类。以广西猫儿山自然保护区为例,根据区内地物特点,将地物分为针叶林、阔叶林、竹林、灌丛、耕地、非植被、阴影等7种类型,经检验表明该方法总体分类精度达到82.24%,kappa系数为0.77,优于面向对象的最邻近法和基于像元的最大似然分类。 相似文献

利用新一代中尺度数值预报模式WRF2.2和1°×1°的NCEP气象再分析资料,对2009年9月17日发生在江苏南部地区覆盖沪宁高速公路的一次大暴雨天气过程进行了数值模拟。经AWMS(the automatic weather monitoring system)实测数据验证,此次天气过程的模拟效果较为理想。对模式输出的物理量进行诊断分析后发现:长江中下游地区的β中尺度低涡的发展、移动对暴雨过程中降水的加强和维持起着重要的作用;水汽辐合带在500hPa以下非常显著,在暴雨区形成了深厚的高湿环境,为暴雨的产生、加强和维系提供了重要的水汽条件;暴雨区内前期及降水过程中都存在较为强烈的垂直运动,且涡度场与散度场在垂直结构配置上一致,使得大气层结不稳定能量释放,形成了旺盛的对流天气;对流层中上层大气为中性层结,低层为位势不稳定,所以整层大气有对流发展,有利于暴雨的形成。 相似文献

Can pharmaceuticals interfere with the synthesis of active androgens in male fish? An in vitro study 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
The in vitro interference of fibrate (gemfibrozil, clofibrate, clofibric acid), anti-inflammatory (ibuprofen, diclofenac), and anti-depressive (fluoxetine, fluvoxamine) drugs with key enzymatic activities—C17,20-lyase and CYP11β-involved in the synthesis of active androgens in gonads of male carp have been investigated. Among the tested compounds, fluvoxamine and fluoxetine were the strongest inhibitors of C17,20-lyase and CYP11β enzymes, with IC50s in the range of 321-335 μM and 244-550 μM, respectively. To our knowledge this is the first report on the interaction of pharmaceutical compounds with enzymatic systems involved in the synthesis of oxy-androgens. As oxy-androgens are known to influence spermatogenesis and stimulate reproductive behavior and secondary sexual characteristics in male fish, this work highlights the need for further investigating these endpoints when designing specific in vivo studies to assess the endocrine disruptive effect of pharmaceuticals in fish. 相似文献

应用已知的标签序列通过RACE-PCR和RT-PCR方法成功克隆红笛鲷(Lutjanus sanguineus)α-珠蛋白和β-珠蛋白基因的全长cDNA序列。α-珠蛋白和β-珠蛋白基因的cDNA全长分别为560和563 bp,开放阅读框分别为429和444 bp,各编码143和148个氨基酸,理论相对分子质量分别为15690和16400,理论等电点为7.79和6.61。氨基酸序列BLAST结果表明,红笛鲷α-珠蛋白基因和β-珠蛋白基因编码的氨基酸序列与其他鱼类的相似性分别在59%~79%和55%~80%之间。用邻接法(Neighbor-Joining)构建的α-珠蛋白基因和β-珠蛋白基因的系统发育树表明,红笛鲷与真鲷(Pagrus major)、金头鲷(Sparus aurata)和鰤(Seriola quinqueradiata)等亲缘关系较近。 相似文献

通过统计近3年广州强对流的回波结构特征,设计了由4部具有双线偏振功能的X波段相控阵天气雷达组网,覆盖广州中心城区。以期获得本地小尺度对流单体生消完整过程的精细探测资料,为对流单体生消机理分析提供数据基础,同时为分析城市冠层影响飑线等线状对流系统强度变化提供观测依据。观测试验表明:相控阵雷达网获取的高分辨率探测数据,监测本地生消的小尺度对流单体、线状对流系统的强度变化有明显优势,对预警信号发布等业务有很大帮助。不足之处是该相控阵雷达采取单波束扫描模式,加快扫描速度受到一定程度限制。 相似文献

Abstract An investigation is made of the evolution of small-scale, axisymmetric vortices in a stratified fluid with spatially variable Coriolis parameter. The criteria for smadness are a horizontal scale less than or equal to the first internal radius of deformation and a vertical scale less than or equal to that of the ambient stratification. These circumstances match those of Sub-mesoscale, Coherent Vortices frequently observed in the oceans. The dynamical model is the balance equations, which include various effects of finite Rossby number. The principal topics are the regime of nearly uniform propagation, the development of an equilibrium ratio of vertical and horizontal scales (i.e., Burger number selection), and the occurrence of various types of instability for vortices with extremes in amplitude or shape. 相似文献

Due to the discovery of the evaporitic environment on the Martian surface, there is a reasonable possibility that evaporites served (or still serve) as habitats for microbial life if ever present on Mars. At the very least, if no signatures of extant life exist within these rocks, it may sustain molecular remnants as evidence for living organisms in the past. β-Carotene, among other carotenoids, could be such a suitable biomarker. In this study, Raman micro-spectroscopy was tested as a nondestructive method of determining the presence of β-carotene in experimentally prepared evaporitic matrices. Samples prepared by mixing β-carotene with powdered gypsum (CaSO4·2H2O), halite (NaCl) and epsomite (MgSO4·7H2O) were analyzed using a 785 nm excitation source. Various concentrations of β-carotene in the matrices were investigated to determine the lowest β-carotene content detectable by Raman micro-spectroscopy. Mixtures were also measured with a laser beam permeating the crystals of gypsum and epsomite in order to evaluate the possibility of identifying β-carotene inside the mineral matrix.We were able to obtain a clear β-carotene signal at the 10 mg kg−1 concentration level—the number of registered β-carotene Raman bands differed depending on the particular mineral matrix. Spectral signatures of β-carotene were detected even when analyzing samples containing 1 mg kg−1 of this molecule. The 10-100 mg kg−1 of β-carotene in mineral matrices (halite, epsomite) was detected when analyzed through the monocrystal of gypsum and epsomite, respectively.
