煤矸石场自燃治理注浆技术研究与工程实践

煤矸石场在自燃过程中会排放出大量有毒有害气体和烟尘,对周围大气和生态环境产生极大破坏。本文在分析研究区自然地理条件的基础上,通过钻孔注浆法对煤矸石场自燃进行治理,并对钻孔注浆法中的注浆液的材料选择和配制、注浆量和注浆参数的确定、注浆钻孔的钻进工艺、注浆工艺和治理效果检验方法等方面进行了深入研究,通过工程示范验证,取得了较好的自燃治理效果。     

车载激光扫描系统在道路断面采集中的应用

介绍了北京四维远见SSW车载激光测量系统的基本概况,并基于该系统选择了北京市昌平某地区的一段道路进行数据采集,结合外业采集的控制点对点云精度进行验证。然后,在点云的基础上进行道路断面的采集,结合传统测量方法与车载系统方法对本次数据采集进行了分析,最终,得到了一种快速实现断面测量的方法。     

Development of combined biological technology for treatment of high-strength organic wastewater and results of case studies

Our study group has developed a unique combined ters from the industries of dyestuff, pharmaceutical, chemical biological technology to treat high-strength organic wastewaengineering and zymolysis by using the principles of anaerobic ecological niche and bio-phase separation. The study obtained five national invention patents and eight patent equipments. This technology contains four kernel processes - two-phase anaerobic-aerobic process, hydrolysis-acidification-oxidation process, UASBAF-oxidation process, and internal cycling-hydrolysis-oxidation process. Fifteen pilot projects were accomplished in the basins of Tai Lake, Huai River, Liao River and Songhua River, and their total capital investment reached 185.214 million Yuan （RMB）. Compared to conventional wastewater treatment technology, the innovative technology is more costeffective for high-strength organic wastewater treatment, can save capital investment by 15% - 30%, lessen land usage by 20% to 40% and decrease the operating cost by 10% to 25%. The operating cost of treatment per cubic meter industrial wastewater could be below 0.6 to 1.4 Yuan （RMB）.

人工湿地具有独特的净污机理和功能，日益受到全球的重视。通过综合国内外研究现状，分析了人工湿地污水处理技术的发展现状和趋势，认为人工湿地在我国具有广阔发展前景，尤其在重大调水工程及湖泊、河流水体污染防治等方面的应用。同时，探讨了如何利用人工湿地来解决南水北调东线工程关键枢纽——东平湖的水质问题，对东平湖人工湿地的建设地点、处理系统和净污植物类型进行了初步研究，提出了运用过程中需要注意的问题。     

Technology transfer in the CDM: an updated analysis

The prevalence of technology transfer (TT) for Clean Development Mechanism (CDM) projects is analysed, based on information in the project design documents (PDDs) of 3949 projects registered as of 31 March 2012. Responses to a follow-up survey indicate that the PDD statements that concern TT are reasonably accurate and at least 39% of the related projects are expected to involve it. Technology transfer is very heterogeneous across project types and is more common for larger projects. It also usually involves both knowledge and equipment and differs significantly by host country. Technology transfer has declined over time in China, India, and Brazil, the countries that host most of the CDM projects, but it has remained high for other host countries. A host country's existing capacity specific to the technology, the scope for economic deployment of the technology, and complementary policies to build capacity and promote TT, increase the frequency of TT by CDM projects. The technology used by CDM projects originates mostly from Germany, the US, Japan, Denmark, and China, with multiple suppliers of the technology for all project types.     

传统民居聚落智能化管理与移动旅游自助服务系统研究

随着旅游经济的快速发展,传统民居聚落环境正遭受着来自各方面的破坏和压力,这对传统历史文化的传承和弘扬影响深远。如何有效、科学地管理和保护特色鲜明的传统民居聚落这一载体已成为迫切需要解决的问题之一。针对传统民居聚落街巷机理特点,创新性地提出了集成GIS、360°全景影像、移动测图系统(mobile mapping system,MMS)、航空摄影测量、全球导航卫星系统(global navigation satellite system,GNSS)测量和移动物联网等多技术协同的传统民居聚落基础环境数据采集方法和工艺流程,以及基于Geodatabase和Postgre SQL的传统民居聚落特色的多源空间数据存储解决方案,并开发出一套功能完备的传统民居聚落智能化管理系统与移动旅游自助服务系统。实证表明,该系统显著提高了传统民居聚落管理智能化和旅游服务信息化水平。     

无人机遥感技术制作 DEM 新方法

无人机遥感技术能够快速制作地表模型DSM ,由于测区地物的存在,地表模型不能替代DEM ,本文提出利用激光点云处理软件 Terrasolid软件,通过高程分类算法对点云数据进行分类,通过人机互助快速提取出地面点制作DEM 。
