基于宗地的规划国土档案信息索引模式研究

从实际应用角度出发,探索研究在地籍系统中,以宗地为单元,按土地业务主线快速查询相关档案的索引模式,以期在地籍业务办理中为业务人员提供完整的数据支撑,提高业务决策质量.     

THE ARCHIVE THAT NEVER WAS: STATE TERROR AND HISTORICAL MEMORY IN GUATEMALA*

Between 1961 and 1996, more than 200,000 people in Guatemala lost their lives as a result of state‐orchestrated acts of terror denied still by the national security forces who committed them. A U.N. Truth Commission was repeatedly obstructed by army and police personnel from gaining access to official records, being told that no documentation of the type sought existed. Bureaucracies do not work that way, even ones with good reason to destroy or conceal evidence of an incriminating nature. It was nonetheless of startling import when an attorney working for Guatemala's Human Rights Office stumbled upon an archive recording the deeds of the National Police. Known now to contain an estimated 80 million documents, the Archivo Histórico de la Policía Nacional is a cabinet of atrocities that reveals conspiracy and complicity on the part of police officers engaged in a ghoulish network of surveillance, intimidation, abduction, torture, and murder.     

Knowing our own history? Geography department archives in the UK

The paper presents an analysis of the returns to a questionnaire survey on the state of department archives within UK departments of geography. The results of the survey are discussed in relation to recent work in geography which has examined the archive as a site for knowledge's making but seldom in its own terms as a resource for the history of geography, and studies within the archival sciences which have considered the archive as something more than a 'storehouse' for collective memory. The paper reveals that the archival record for the history of British geography is at best uneven, and in many departments non-existent, although information on departmental history is held, often as memory, by individual geographers. The paper considers the survey's implications for the future histories of British geography and addresses the nature of the UK geography department archive as resource and responsibility.

依托Nagios平台的后台数据库,利用Delphi技术研制故障日志监控软件,使用JSP、MySQL技术研制地震信息网络设备档案和日志上报系统,解决网络设备档案信息化管理和故障日志上报功能的问题,达到管控故障日志漏报和网络设备档案、故障日志信息共享的目的。     

Kansas energy,environment, and conservation: a geological overview

The State of Kansas, as an energy-producing and agriculture-based state, faces problems in production of natural resources and potential pollution from their production. To coordinate information on the exploration, production, and use of coal, nuclear, petroleum, natural gas, hydro, wind, geothermal, coalbed methane, biofuel, solar, and other energy resources, the Kansas Energy Council and the University of Kansas Energy Research Center were created. Water, surface and subsurface, is the other important and maybe the most important natural resource in the welfare of the state. To ease the problems of contamination, situations are monitored by regulatory agencies: the Kansas Corporation Commission, Kansas Department of Health and Environment, and Division of Water Resources of the Kansas Department of Agriculture. The Kansas Geological Survey (KGS) at the University of Kansas serves as the archive for energy and natural resource data and conducts research pertinent to the exploration and exploitation of mineral resources, including energy and water. The Kansas Energy Research Center coordinates and supports energy activities. The Kansas Water Office and the staff for the Kansas Water Authority are charged with water planning and preparing reports on water problems and possible solutions. The cost of preserving the environment in a relatively pristine state really is of no concern considering the possible consequences; living conditions should be preserved to assure future generations, a suitable, sustainable, stable environment. With all the dire predictions for the future and energy-producing and pollution problems, Kansas is a model state in this modern industrial age for protecting the environment and is a leader in conservation.

在对现有测绘资料管理方法进行研究的基础上,依据信息化测绘的要求,设计了测绘资料档案信息一站式管理方案,实现了测绘资料档案信息一站式管理平台。实践证明,该方案能够适应不同部门的测绘资料管理需求,在提高资料管理效率的同时能够为用户提供更为便捷的测绘资料服务。     

大同—阳高6.1级地震专题档案资料的收集与整理

1989年10月18日大同—阳高地震是山西省重要的一次地震事件,此次地震前后形成大量的文件,为适应地震预报和防震减灾工作的需要,进行了该次地震专题档案资料的收集。文中叙述了收集的办法,主要收获和体会。     

电子文件对煤炭地质企业档案管理的冲击与对策

五大连池火山1720-1721年喷发观测记录

存于黑龙江将军衙门档案中的五大连池火山喷发满文史料 (由吴雪娟发现并译成汉文 ) ,详细记载了五大连池火山在 172 0年 1月 14日至 172 1年 3月 18日喷发形成老黑山、172 1年 4月 2 6日至 172 1年 5月 2 8日喷发形成火烧山的全部过程 ,记述了这 2座火山的喷发时间、地点、喷发状态和火山堰塞湖形成以及参加观测的人员情况等各种史实。这是中国历史上迄今为止对火山喷发仅有的一次有组织的观测活动 ,这些记录为火山观测研究提供了珍贵的第一手资料。同时 ,也表明中国是世界上火山观测开展较早的国家之一。以往认为五大连池老黑山、火烧山火山喷发的时间为公元1719— 172 1年 ,实际应为公元 172 0— 172 1年

本文对“九五”重点项目的科技档案工作进行分析总结 ,并就进一步搞好科技资料保存工作提出了几点建议。
