泾河流域农业旱灾风险定量评估及其空间特征

泾河流域是农业旱灾的多发地区,但是对该地农业旱灾的发生规律、旱灾影响及旱灾恢复和准备措施方面开展的研究还较少。本文根据自然灾害风险评估的理论框架,建立了1km栅格精度的泾河流域农业旱灾风险空间评估模型,并对农业旱灾致灾因子危险性及农业承险体脆弱性进行评估,最后综合评估该地区农业旱灾风险。在此基础上,分析研究区农业旱灾危险性、承险体脆弱性及风险的空间特征。本研究采用Z指数方法评估泾河流域农业旱灾致灾因子的强度,选取农作物生长季缺水率、土壤有效含水量、有效灌溉面积比以及坡度等4个指标评估研究区1km空间尺度的农业旱灾脆弱性。农业旱灾风险综合评估的结果表明,泾河流域农业旱灾风险的高风险区位于该地区北部,低风险区位于该地区南部,且不同等级风险区呈现出自东向西、自南向北逐渐降低的总体趋势,但不同等级风险区呈现间隔分布的趋势。

Bounding the required sample size for geologic site characterization

The proposed objective of limited sample geologic site characterization is to minimize the chance of unknown and unexpected extremes. This problem proves to be extremely difficult when the data are spatially correlated. A generalization of the classical one-sided nonparametric tolerance interval, based upon the statistical concept of associated random variables, establishes a rigorous, almost distribution-free, tool for computing the minimum required sample size for site characterization. An upper bound on the required number of samples follows from a heuristic measure for the quantity of information in a spatially dependent sample; the measure presented is the equivalent number of uncorrelated samples and is calculated using an estimated variogram. An empirical check of the upper and lower bounds, using more than 2 million simulations and seven real data sets produces a heuristic rule for quantifying the required number of samples.This paper was presented at Emerging Concepts, MGUS-87 Conference, Redwood City, California, 13–15 April 1987.

RESTRUCTURING AMERICA'S DAIRY FARMS*

ABSTRACT. As the number of American dairy farms rapidly declines, the character and spatial distribution of the remaining farms is undergoing fundamental change. Concentrating on an examination of both the smallest commercial farms (with 10–49 cows) and the largest dairy operations (with at least 500 cows), this study shows that megadairies are spreading from California into Idaho and America's traditional dairy belt, while Amish farmers are growing in prominence among those milking fewer than fifty cows. Although the greatest proportional declines in dairy farms have been among the smaller operations, average farm size throughout much of the nation remains well below 100 cows. Within a decade Amish farmers may operate one‐fifth of the nation's dairy farms as they expand across the traditional dairy belt, and 500‐cow dairies in the Midwest will outnumber those in California.     

CBERS-1CCD相机飞行绝对辐射标定试验地面同步测量与场地辐射特性分析

中国对地观测遥感卫星辐射校正场(即敦煌场)位于中国敦煌市西戈壁沙漠的西北角。整个敦煌场地面比较均匀、平坦,面积为30×40km²;测试区(标定区)面积为400×400m²,位于场区的中心位置。2000年8月底至9月初,中国资源卫星应用中心联合安徽光机所在敦煌场地进行了一次CBERS-1CCD传感器飞行绝对辐射标定试验。地表反射率和大气光学特性地面同步测量结果显示:敦煌场地的地面均匀性好,各个通道反射率的变化系数(即相对变化百分比)均小于3%。在可见光、近红外光谱范围内,地面光谱反射率随波长增加逐步增大,例如,在485nm波长处的地面反射率值约为0.18,在830nm波长处的反射率值约为0.26。大气光学特性测量结果显示:0.55μm波长处的大气总光学厚度(≈0.34)和气溶胶光学厚度(≈0.26)相对较小,大气水汽含量也较小。

浅析电子商务与四川农业物流

立足于发展现代农业的大前提,结合四川的实际情况将四川的农业物流与电子商务相结合,着重分析了四川农业的现状及四川农业现代化的发展条件,指出了其存在的问题,通过总结各省市的先进实践经验,得到了相应的解决办法.对发展与四川经济发展水平相适应的现代农业,解决目前农村经济发展滞后问题,有一定的参考意义.
