台湾海峡中、北部海域海水温、盐度分布随季风进退而异。东北季风期(10月—翌年5月),进入调查海域的浙闽沿岸水(低温、低盐)顺海域西岸海区南下的同时,在海坛岛外有一分支向东南扩展,其扩展范围随浙闽沿岸水强弱而异,而且在24°30′N,119°30′E附近有海峡暖流水(高温、高盐)向北伸展,它随西南风增强而向北推移。海域温、盐度值自西北向东南递增。西南季风期(6—9月),调查海域基本上为海峡暖流水所控制。在6—8月,海域西岸海区有上升流产生,上升流中心在海坛岛附近。海域盐度值自西北向东南递增,而温度分布趋势与盐度分布相反。 温、盐度的垂直分布大致分均匀型、正梯度型和负梯度型三类。  相似文献

于 2 0 0 0年 2月 2 8日— 4月 1 1日 ,采用实验生态学的方法 ,研究了温度对刺参呼吸和排泄的影响。按海参个体大小分别设立大 [(1 49 9± 2 8 0 )g]、中 [(5 2 1± 1 2 9)g]、小 [(1 7 3± 5 5 )g]3个组别 ,以及 1 0℃、1 5℃、2 0℃、2 5℃、3 0℃ 5个梯度。主要实验结果为 :(1 )大、中规格刺参夏眠前后其耗氧率 (OCR)和排泄率 (AER)变化明显 ,而小规格刺参的耗氧率和排泄率受夏眠的影响较小 ;(2 )在 1 5— 3 0℃条件下 ,刺参的体重 (W)与耗氧量 (R)之间的回归关系符合幂函数方程 R =aWb ,其 a值范围为 0 0 1 1 6— 0 0 4 3 6 ,b值为 0 9475— 1 3 1 2 3。在一定范围内 ,三组刺参的耗氧率都随温度的升高而增大并出现一个峰值 ,但温度变化对小规格刺参的耗氧率影响较小 ,对大、中规格刺参则影响较大 ;(3 )实验温度下 ,刺参的体重 (W )与排泄量 (A )也可用回归方程A =aWb 表示 ,a、b平均值分别为 4 941 0和 0 772 4。在一定范围内 ,随温度的升高刺参的排泄率也呈上升趋势 ,在 2 0℃时大、中规格刺参排泄率出现最高值 ,而小规格刺参排泄率在 2 5℃达到最高  相似文献

Marine power plants are frequently operated under varying atmospheric air temperature and humidity conditions. The effects of inlet air temperatures and humidity of marine furnaces such as incinerators and boilers thus attract much research interest. An industrial furnace incorporated with an automatic burner was employed to experimentally investigate the influences of the inlet air temperature and humidity on the emission characteristics. The inlet air humidity and temperature were adjusted using an air-conditioning machine to preset values before being admitted into the burner. ASTM No. 2D diesel oil was atomized, mixed with the inlet air and burned inside the industrial furnace. Eight small rectangular slots were cut on the upper side of the furnace to allow gas analyzer and thermocouple probes to be inserted into the furnace center to measure the axial variations in the gas temperature, burning efficiency and burning gas compositions such as NOx, SO2, CO. The experimental results show that the O2 and NOx emission concentrations decreased while the CO2 emission concentration and burning efficiency increased with either increasing inlet air humidity or temperature.  相似文献

根据1998年8月台湾海峡温度、盐度、叶绿素a的观测结果,讨论了调查期间叶绿素a的垂直分布特征,结果表明,夏季台湾海峡西部海域存在明显的上升流,较高的叶绿素a含量均位于低温高盐的涌升水中,叶绿素a最大值出现存在上升流区边缘、温跃层附近,台湾海峡东部海域由高温、低盐、低营养盐水占据,叶绿素a含量明显较海峡西部海域低。  相似文献

Theoretical distributions proposed for describing the crest-to-trough heights of linear waves are reviewed briefly. To explore the effects of nonlinearities, these are generalized to second-order waves, utilizing quasi-deterministic results on the expected shape of large waves. The efficacy of Gram–Charlier models in describing the effects of third-order nonlinearities on the distributions of wave heights, crests and troughs are examined in detail. All models and a fifth-order Stokes–Rayleigh type model recently proposed are compared with linear and nonlinear waves simulated from the JONSWAP spectrum representative of long-crested extreme seas, and also with oceanic data gathered in the North Sea. Uncertainties arising from the variability of probability estimates derived from sample populations of limited size are considered. Ultimately, the comparisons show that nonlinearities do not have any discernable effect on the crest-to-trough heights of oceanic waves. Most of the linear models considered yield similar and reasonable predictions of the observed data trends. Gram–Charlier type distributions seem neither effective nor particularly useful in describing the statistics of large wave heights or crests under oceanic conditions. However, they do surprisingly well in predicting unusually large wave heights and crests observed in some 2D wave-flume experiments and 3D numerical simulations of long-crested narrow-band random waves.  相似文献

Monthly seawater pH and alkalinity measurements were collected between January 1996 and December 2000 at 10°30′N, 64°40′W as part of the CARIACO (CArbon Retention In A Colored Ocean) oceanographic time series. One key objective of CARIACO is to study temporal variability in Total CO2 (TCO2) concentrations and CO2 fugacity (fCO2) at this tropical coastal wind-driven upwelling site. Between 1996 and 2000, the difference between atmospheric and surface ocean CO2 concentrations ranged from about − 64.3 to + 62.3 μatm. Physical and biochemical factors, specifically upwelling, temperature, primary production, and TCO2 concentrations interacted to control temporal variations in fCO2. Air–sea CO2 fluxes were typically depressed (0 to + 10 mmol C m 2 day 1) in the first few months of the year during upwelling. Fluxes were higher during June–November (+ 10 to 20 mmol C m 2 day 1). Fluxes were generally independent of the slight changes in salinity normally seen at the station, but low positive flux values were seen in the second half of 1999 during a period of anomalously heavy rains and land-derived runoff. During the 5 years of monthly data examined, only two episodes of negative air–sea CO2 flux were observed. These occurred during short but intense upwelling events in March 1997 (−10 mmol C m 2 day 1) and March 1998 (− 50 mmol C m 2 day 1). Therefore, the Cariaco Basin generally acted as a source of CO2 to the atmosphere in spite of primary productivity in excess of between 300 and 600 g C m 2 year 1.  相似文献

利用35年的东海区带鱼年渔获量资料与长江径流及东海温、盐断面资料、SST和黑潮流量资料,分析了东海渔获量年际变化与海洋环境的关系。结果表明,东海渔获量与长江径流和黑潮暖流的变化有密切的关系,长江径流量大时,东海渔获量高;反之,则低。1960年以来东海区渔获量的4次长期波动与长江径流的年代际变化基本一致。东海渔获量的丰、欠与黑潮(流量)的强、弱呈反位相变化,秋季的黑潮流量与渔获量的变化关系尤其显著;黑潮强(弱)时,东海渔获量低(高)。受长江径流和黑潮的影响,渔获量与盐度的高相关区夏季位于长江口区,秋季则位于黑潮左侧的盐锋内;东海渔获量高(低)分别与区域内盐度的低(高)变化相一致。东海区渔获量与不同季节SST变化的高相关区(即渔场区)关系密切,冬季(2月)位于东海北部的大沙渔场,春(5月)、夏季(8月)位于长江口舟山渔场,秋末初冬(12月)位于舟山及陆架暖流区,渔获量丰年与渔场区SST正异常相对应。  相似文献

Li?ka Jesenica is a sinking river situated in the Dinaric karst environment of the Lika region of Croatia. The two main karst springs, Veliko Vrelo and Malo Vrelo, provide the majority of Li?ka Jesenica's water. Because of the quality and abundance of the water they contain, these springs are strategically important to the public water supply. Previous knowledge regarding the springs` karst system has been negligible. Therefore, a bulk hydrogeological research program was conducted with the purposes of establishing protection zones and assessing the springs' water‐supply potential. The research work comprised the following methods: hydrogeological mapping, setting up of monitoring stations for evaluating discharge and water quality, time series analyses (hydrograph–chemograph), hydrochemical analyses, and geophysical surveys. The main results and conclusions of the research include the following: (i) confirmation that both springs drain a common aquifer; (ii) determination of the highly vulnerable nature of the karst systems; (iii) identification of the Veliko Vrelo Spring's more direct connection to the aquifer‐drainage system in comparison to the Malo Vrelo; (iv) estimation of the positions and depths of the springs` main feeding conduits; (v) confirmation of the extent of the geologically presumed catchment area; and (vi) finally, establishment of sanitary protection zones. Non‐parametric methods including Mann–Kendall (M–K) test, continuous wavelet transform (CWT) and discrete wavelet transform analysis are applied in this paper to detect the trend and periodic trait of precipitation data series in Beijing area where the data set spans nearly 300 years from 1724 to 2009. First, the trend of precipitation variables is elaborated by the M–K test (Sequential M–K test). The results show that there is an increasing trend (the value of this trend is 1.98) at the 5%‐significance level and there are not turning points in the whole data series. Then, CWT and wavelet variance are used to check for significant periodic characteristics of data series. In the plots of wavelet transform coefficients and figure of wavelet variance, some periodic events affect the trend of the annual total precipitation series in Beijing area. 85‐year, 35‐year and 21‐year periodic events are found to be the main periodic series of long‐term precipitation data, and they are all statistically significant. Moreover, the results of non‐parametric M–K test are exhibited on seven different combinations of discrete wavelet components. D5 (32‐year periodicity) periodic component is the effective and significant component on data. It is coincident with the result (35‐year periodic event as one part of main periodicity) by using CWT analysis. Moreover, approximation mode shows potential trend of the whole data set because it is the residuals as all periodicities are removed from data series. In this study, we propose to identify morphological and hydraulic characteristics related to overbank flows in the water level time‐series available at many gauged stations. The results obtained at 13 river stations (the catchment sizes vary from 10 to 1700 km2 with contrasted geology, land use and rainfalls regime) show that overflow mechanisms at the river‐reach scale can be systematically identified in the water level frequency distribution estimated with the peaks‐over‐threshold (POT) method. A first level (Lts1) was in the range of the incipient flooding onto the floodplain. Even if the definition of this level is variable in terms of flooded area at the reach scale, this method can be useful in providing a first estimation of the bankfull level for many gauged stations, without complex and costly field surveys. A second level (Lts2) was systematically detected on average 38 cm above the topographic flat floodplain elevation. The Lts2 inflection in the water‐level frequency distribution is assumed to reflect a composite effect of catchment hydrology and local hydraulics and channel geometry, without possibility to make a clear distinction between both processes at the moment. The local or reach scale effect would probably play an essential role in the frequency distribution as flood attenuation at catchment scale may explain the inflection Lts2 at only three sites. In light of the knowledge acquired in laboratory flumes with compound channels, most of the time Lts2 level would correspond to the level of resumption of flow both in the main channel and the floodplain. Once this method is validated in various physiographic contexts, it should apply to many hydrometric stations for both synchronic (e.g. regional analysis) and diachronic analysis (e.g. evolution over time of the bankfull discharge) to evaluate anthropic impacts on river morphology.
