Sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) was applied in the detection of the end point temperature (EPT) of thermal denatured protein in fish and meat in this study. It was also used in studying the thermal denatured temperature range of proteins in salmon and chicken meat. The results show that the temperature ranges of denatured proteins were from 65 ℃ to 75 ℃ , and these temperature ranges were influenced by the processing methods. Picroilmenite samples from five kimberlite pipes of the Yakutian kimberlite province have been studied. Point microprobe analyses of two mutually perpendicular profiles of each sample were carried out to study the compositional inhomogeneity of picroilmenite. Thermomagnetic curves were also recorded for each sample. A model for the processing of thermomagnetic curves is proposed on the basis of the relationship between the Curie point of picroilmenite and the content of the hematite end-member. The compositions determined by the thermomagnetic curves and microprobe analysis are rather similar. The conclusion has been drawn that thermomagnetic analysis can be used for the rapid determination of the picroilmenite composition. The possibilities and restrictions of this method are shown. 相似文献

Hypothesis of possible superconductivity of the iced matter of the rings of Saturn (based on the data of Voyager and Pioneer
space missions) allow us to explain many phenomena which have not been adequately understood earlier. Introducing into planetary
physics force of magnetic levitation of the superconducting iced particle of the rings, which interact with magnetosphere
of the planet, becomes to be possible to explain origin, evolution, and dynamics of the rings; to show how the consequent
precipitation of the rings’ matter upon the planet was concluded; how the rings began their rotation; how they were compressed
by the magnetic field into the thin disc, and how this disc was fractured into hundreds of thousands of separated rings; why

Probabilistic aftershock hazard assessment (PAHA) has been introduced by Wiemer (Geophys Res Lett 27:3405–3408, 2000). The method, in its original form, utilizes attenuation relations in evaluating peak ground velocity (PGV) exceedence probability.
We substitute the attenuation relations together with their uncertainties by strong ground motion simulations for a set of
scenarios. The main advantage of such an approach is that the simulations account for specific details of the aftershock source
effects (faulting style, slip distribution, position of the nucleation point, etc.). Mean PGVs and their standard deviations
are retrieved from the simulation results obtained by the new hybrid k-squared source model, and they are used for the PAHA analysis at a station under study. The model chosen for the testing
purposes is inspired by the Izmit A25 aftershock (M
w
= 5.8) that occurred 26 days after the mainshock. The PAHA maps are compared with (1) those obtained by the use of attenuation
relations and (2) the peak values of ten selected strong-motion recordings written by the aftershock at epicentral distances
<50 km. We conclude that, although the overall hazard decay with increasing fault distance is similar, the PAHA maps obtained
by the use of simulations exhibit remanent radiation pattern effect and prolongation in the strike direction due to the directivity
effect pronounced for some of the scenarios. As regard the comparison with real data, we conclude that the PAHA maps agree
with observed peak values due to appropriate attenuation model adopted in the analysis. 相似文献

Accurate estimates of N and P loads were obtained for four contrasting UK river basins over a complete annual cycle. The fractionation of these loads into dissolved and particulate, and inorganic and organic components allowed a detailed examination of the nutrient load composition and of the factors influencing both the relative and absolute magnitude of these components. The particulate phosphorus (TPP) loads account for 26–75% of the annual total phosphorus (TP) transport and are predominantly inorganic. The inorganic (PIP) and organic (POP) fractions of the TPP loads represent 20–47% and 6–28% of the annual TP transport, respectively. In contrast, the particulate nitrogen loads (TPN) represent 8% or less of the annual total nitrogen (TN) loads and are predominately organic. For dissolved P transport, the dissolved inorganic fraction (DIP) is more important, representing 15–70% of the TP loads, whereas the dissolved organic fraction (DOP) represents only 3–9% of the TP loads. The TN loads are dominated by the dissolved component and more particularly the total oxidized fraction (TON), which is composed of nitrate and nitrite and represents 76–82% of the annual TN transport. The remaining dissolved N species, ammonium (NH4-N) and organic N (DON) account for 0·3–1·2% and 13–16% of the annual TN transport, respectively. The TPN and TPP fluxes closely reflect the suspended sediment dynamics of the study basins, which are in turn controlled by basin size and morphology. The dissolved inorganic nutrient fluxes are influenced by point source inputs to the study basins, especially for P, although the TON flux is primarily influenced by diffuse source contributions and the hydrological connectivity between the river and its catchment area. The dissolved organic fractions are closely related to the dissolved organic carbon (DOC) dynamics, which are in turn influenced by land use and basin size. The magnitude of the NH4-N fraction was dependent on the proximity of the monitoring station to point source discharges, because of rapid nitrification within the water column. However, during storm events, desorption from suspended sediment may be temporarily important. Both the magnitude and relative contribution of the different nutrient fractions exhibit significant seasonal variability in response to the hydrological regime, sediment mobilization, the degree of dilution of point source inputs and biological processes. © 1998 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd. 相似文献

中国交通CO2排放时空格局演变及其影响因素——基于2000~2012年30个省(市)面板数据的分析 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
通过构建交通CO2排放模型对2000~2012年中国30个省(市)的交通CO2排放时空演变特征进行了分析。并采取“由大到小”逐步回归的建模方式,在传统的固定效应模型(面板数据模型)基础上引入时间固定效应,构建了双向固定效应模型对中国交通CO2排放的社会经济、城市形态、交通发展等方面的影响因素进行研究。结果表明:2000~2012年期间,中国交通CO2排放总量和人均交通CO2排放量分别以9.29%和8.69%的年均增速增长,前者的区域差异呈先增后减趋势,后者的区域差异则首先呈周期性波动,而后一直保持减少趋势。人均GDP和城镇居民家庭人均可支配收入对人均交通CO2排放具有显著的正向效应,表明社会经济发展和居民收入水平提高是交通CO2排放增长的主要驱动因素。城市人口密度对交通CO2排放亦具有显著的正向效应,这意味着未来中国应加强对城市人口密度的规划控制,以避免因人口过度集聚而额外增加产生交通CO2排放。公共交通发展水平对交通CO2排放增长具有显著的负向效应,但小汽车拥有率对交通CO2排放的影响并不显著。 相似文献
