行政区划作为国家治理体系的基础支撑,对区域经济发展具有重要影响。深入探究行政区划与区域经济的时空耦合关系与优化路径,有助于制定区域一体化发展政策。本文以成德绵地区为例,基于政区位势模型、行政区经济模型和位序规模理论,定量识别2005—2018年政区位势与行政区经济的耦合与空间演变,并从体制机制改革、行政区划调整等角度提出优化路径。研究表明:① 成德绵地区政区位势和行政区经济分别经历了“沿交通线轴向扩散”和“中心极化-中部辐射递减-外围塌陷”的演化过程。② 根据政区位势位序规模相对于行政区经济位序规模的耦合关系,将政区耦合类型划分为位势靠前、区划适应型,位势靠前、区划约束型,位势落后、区划适应型,位势落后、区划约束型。③ 研究区耦合类型表现为“位序落后型收缩-区划适应型增加-位势靠前型主导”的演变特征,位势靠前、区划约束型占比最高(45.0%),市辖区和北部外围政区发展潜力大幅提升的同时,三市交界处行政区经济约束相对较强。成德绵地区作为中国西部地区的重要增长极,未来应结合不同政区类型的实际情况,通过增强政府间合作、充分利用中心城市的辐射带动效应、转变政府职能和审慎稳妥推行行政区划调整工作等方式,促进区域一体化和城市群经济高质量发展。 相似文献

In this study, a novel noise reduction algorithm for hyperspectral imagery (HSI) is proposed based on high-order rank-1 tensor decomposition. The hyperspectral data cube is considered as a three-order tensor that is able to jointly treat both the spatial and spectral modes. Subsequently, the rank-1 tensor decomposition (R1TD) algorithm is applied to the tensor data, which takes into account both the spatial and spectral information of the hyperspectral data cube. A noise-reduced hyperspectral image is then obtained by combining the rank-1 tensors using an eigenvalue intensity sorting and reconstruction technique. Compared with the existing noise reduction methods such as the conventional channel-by-channel approaches and the recently developed multidimensional filter, the spatial–spectral adaptive total variation filter, experiments with both synthetic noisy data and real HSI data reveal that the proposed R1TD algorithm significantly improves the HSI data quality in terms of both visual inspection and image quality indices. The subsequent image classification results further validate the effectiveness of the proposed HSI noise reduction algorithm. 相似文献

Based on the data of phytoplankton and environmental factors in the Bohai Bay, the dependence between the concentration of phytoplankton and environmental factors is analysed by linear correlation coefficient, rank correlation coefficient and Hoeffding test of independence .The result shows that wind-speed, air-pressure, surface temperature, field pH, salinity, DO, silicate and NO 3 have a great impact on the concentration of phytoplankton. 相似文献

Rank estimation by canonical correlation analysis in multivariate statistics has been proposed as analternative approach for estimating the number of components in a multicomponent mixture.Amethodological turning point of this new approach is that it focuses on the difference in structure ratherthan in magnitude in characterizing the difference between the signal and the noise.This structuraldifference is quantified through the analysis of canonical correlation,which is a well-established datareduction technique in multivariate statistics.Unfortunately,there is a price to be paid for having thisstructural difference:at least two replicate data matrices are needed to carry out the analysis.In this paper we continue to explore the potential and to extend the scope of the canonical correlationtechnique.In particular,we propose a bootstrap resampling method which makes it possible to performthe canonical correlation analysis on a single data matrix.Since a robust estimator is introduced to makeinference about the rank,the procedure may be applied to a wide range of data without any restrictionon the noise distribution.Results from real as well as simulated mixture samples indicate that when usedin conjunction with this resampling method,canonical correlation analysis of a single data matrix isequally efficient as of replicate data matrices. 相似文献

基于MDERF(Monthly Dynamic Extension Range Forecast)模式输出500hPa位势高度场资料和贵州各月干旱综合指数、降水和气温等历史样本,利用秩序回归降尺度法,研究该方法对贵州月干旱综合指数、降水和气温的预报技巧和预测效果.结果表明:该方法从穷尽所有因子组合中选出彼此独立的3个最佳组合因子共同作为预报因子,从而增强可预报性;模型5 a回报试验和2007年8月试报结果表明该方法在实际预测业务中的应用潜力;各气候要素多年的距平相关系数评分比较稳定,其中月干旱综合指数、降水距平百分率、气温距平全年平均距平相关系数评分分别为0.14、0.15和0.14;各气候要素中月气温预报的Pc最高,平均为73%.综合分析表明,该方法在月动力延伸预报产品对贵州月气候要素预测释用中具有较好的应用前景. 相似文献

Welding of pyroclastic deposits involves flattening of glassy pyroclasts under a compactional load at temperatures above the glass transition temperature. Progressive welding is recorded by changes in the petrographic (e.g., fabric) and physical (e.g., density) properties of the deposits. Mapping the intensity of welding can be integral to studies of pyroclastic deposits, but making systematic comparisons between deposits can be problematical. Here we develop a scheme for ranking welding intensity in pyroclastic deposits on the basis of petrographic textural observations (e.g., oblateness of pumice lapilli and micro-fabric orientation) and measurements of physical properties, including density, porosity, point load strength and uniaxial compressive strength. Our dataset comprises measurements on 100 samples collected from a single cooling unit of the Bandelier Tuff and parallel measurements on 8 samples of more densely welded deposits. The proposed classification comprises six ranks of welding intensity ranging from unconsolidated (Rank I) to obsidian-like vitrophyre (Rank VI) and should allow for reproducible mapping of subtle variations in welding intensity between different deposits. The application of the ranking scheme is demonstrated by using published physical property data on welded pyroclastic deposits to map the total accumulated strain and to reconstruct their pre-welding thicknesses.Editorial Responsibility: T. Several multivariate methods are now available for the calibration of second-order or hyphenatedinstruments(e.g.GC/MS).When applied to bilinear data,it has been shown that calibration can beperformed in the presence of unknown interferences-a significant advantage over first-order calibration.In this paper,non-bilinear rank annihilation(NBRA),a method which has the potential of handling,second-order non-bi-linear data,is studied through theoretical analysis and computer simulation.It isfound that the second-order advantage can be carried over to non-bilinear data if a property defined asnet analyte rank(NAR)holds for the analyte of interest.The net analyte signal(NAS)is definedaccordingly for second-order calibration and the analogy to and difference from lower-order calibrationare discussed.With NAS,some analytical figures of merit such as signal-to noise ratio,selectivity,sensitivity and limit of determination can be calculated for second order calibration.An application toMS/MS data is also given. 相似文献
