针对目前浙江省地震监测台站不断增多,地震设备管理存在严重不足的现状,设计一种基于射频识别(RFID)技术及现代通信技术的地震设备物联网化智能管理系统,实现对台站设备从采购、仓储、安装、维修、报废等整个生命周期的实时监控与盘点。与传统资产管理模式相比,该系统能确保地震台站设备管理精确和高效运行,并可为地震台站设备故障原因分析提供依据。  相似文献

物联网包含了两个最关键的元素,即RFID和传感器。通过RFID技术实现所有对象的标识,其目的是为了识别;通过传感器实现对象状态的即时了解,其目的是为了感知。从概念上来说,物联网要比传感网大一些,它是继互联网之后的又一次技术革命浪潮,其时代的到来是不可避免的。环境在线监控或者说环保信息化是重要的领域物联网,把握物联网的发展趋势,目的是为了更好地坚持10年来坚持不懈的方向,凝聚行业共识,去除环境在线监控或环保信息化的错误观点,找寻政府和民间的各种动力,更好地推进环保领域物联网的建设,从而借助技术手段实现中国污染的有效控制和环境的有效保护。  相似文献

近年来,我国各地政府相继试点了一批"智慧社区",并在试点范围内开展了一系列"智慧社区系统"建设工作,但受建设成本、消费需求、技术规范、物联网设备种类的限制,使得各区域在"智慧社区"系统应用集成方面取得的进展不一致。如何保证各应用系统具有良好的可扩展性,如何使得RFID信息集成模式更加深入应用到智慧社区管理当中去,如何使RFID、GPS、RS、GIS、WCS更好的集成,以实现巡更管理及人员定位,这都是当前基于RFID的三维GIS智慧小区应用平台建设研发与探索的核心所在。基于此,本文从系统构架、应用实践效果等方面设计了三维GIS智慧小区应用平台,并重点阐述了系统的开放性与数据更新一致性。  相似文献

针对未来医疗信息系统中采用轻量级射频识别(RFID)技术的安全与隐私保护问题,构建了医疗信息系统的通用流程模型,并由此提出了既有安全协议的改进方案.新方案利用业务流程中前导关联信息缩减搜索空间.安全分析表明,新方案能够有效平衡不可追踪性与伸缩性矛盾需求,抗击各类攻击,支持RFID标签复用,且与既有EPC C1G2标准兼容.  相似文献

The smooth hammerhead shark, Sphyrna zygaena, occurs in warm temperate waters around the northern North Island of New Zealand. Commercial fishing records and research trawl survey data were used to determine their distribution. Highest catch rates were recorded in relatively sheltered bays and coastlines along the northeast coast of North Island. Neonate and juvenile sharks use shallow coastal waters and large harbours and estuaries as nursery areas up to an age of two years and total length of 150?cm. Five sharks were electronically tagged but two apparently died and three (137–160?cm total length) returned useful data. Two tagged sharks remained in or near the Bay of Islands for 6–55 days after tagging, moving extensively through the bay. A third shark moved about 155?km southeast in 250 days. That shark spent 70 days mostly shallower than 10?m (94% of time) with occasional dives to 40?m. Thereafter, it oscillated between the surface and depths of 60?80?m, with most time (55%) being spent at 40?60?m. Maximum recorded depth was 144?m.  相似文献

It is generally believed that size grading in a fish farm improves the total biomass output, because it will minimise the stress imposed by larger individuals over small individuals, resulting in higher feed intake and growth rate. The objective of this study was to evaluate the effect of size grading on individual growth performance of yellow New Zealand shortfin eel (Anguilla australis). A 109 day trial was conducted in a recirculation aquaculture system (RAS) with 103 eels of similar initial weight (101 ± 12 g). All eels were individually marked by PIT (passive integrated transponder) tags. On day 42, eels were graded to establish the following groups: only small eels (S-graded ≤ 135 g), only large eels (L-graded > 135 g), and small and large eels together (S-ungraded and L-ungraded). The large eels showed better specific growth rate (SGR), feed intake (FI) and feed conversion ratio (FCR) than the small eels. Nevertheless, no significant differences were found either between L-graded and L-ungraded or between S-graded and S-ungraded. The age of eels was not significantly different between groups. These findings suggest that the individual growth rate performance of the eels is not primarily a consequence of social interaction among tank-mates.  相似文献

A high quality cDNA library was constructed from the brown alga Laminaria japonica,with the titer of 1.2×10 5 pfu/ml.The average insert size of the cDNA library is about 1.6 kb.From the cDNA library,591 cDNA clones were randomly selected and sequenced.As a result,574 EST(expressed sequence tag) sequences were generated.All of the 574 ESTs were submitted to the dbEST database section of GenBank with the accession numbers from CX942625 to CX943198.The cDNA library was screened with a α-32 p labeled 453 bp T P S gene probe,which is a partial sequence yielded from Porphyra yezoensis.Four positive cDNA clones were screened and the sequencing data showed that these four cDNA clones covered majority of L.japonica TPS cDNA sequence.After PCR amplification,sequencing and assembling,the entire ORF(open reading frame) sequence of the T P S gene was obtained,which was named LjTPS.LjTPS encodes a protein containing 908 amino acids with a calculated molecular mass of 101 674 Daltons.The LjTPS gene was successfully expressed in E.coli and rice.The LjTPS gene has potential application both in plant breeding to stress tolerance and in deciphering the T P S gene function and mechanism to stress tolerance.  相似文献

Understanding differences in the recapture rate between different tags (A-, B- and C-types), capture methods (rock-and-surf anglers, scientific divers and Natal Sharks Board protection nets) and life-history stages (juvenile and adult) is critical in evaluating the results obtained from cooperative tagging programmes (CTPs). A generalised linear modelling approach, using a log-linear model, was used to determine significant differences in the probability of recapture between these various factors using data from the Oceanographic Research Institute and Port Elizabeth Museum CTPs. Between 1984 and 2004, a total of 3 385 raggedtooth sharks Carcharias taurus was tagged by volunteers from both programmes along the east coast of South Africa. A likelihood ratio test indicated significant differences in the probability of recapture between A- and C-type and B- and C-type tags (p < 0.01), between different capture methods (p < 0.05) and between juvenile and adult sharks (p < 0.01). A comparison of recapture rates between members of the CTPs also indicated a marked variability in the performance of individual taggers. The study highlights important data-quality issues inherent in large CTPs.  相似文献
