13时或 1 4时换自记纸时 ,切记新取的自记纸不可折。因为在折过的地方形成一个小凸起 ,自记笔尖在通过该凸起时 ,压力增大 ,越过后 ,笔尖压力减小 ,不能恢复原位 ,致使笔尖与自记纸之间留有空隙 ,划不上迹线 ,易造成自记中断。自记纸不宜折@张春红$新安县气象局!河南新安471800

Crustal structure beneath the Songpan—Garze orogenic belt

The Benzilan-Tangke deepseismic sounding profile in the western Sichuan region passes through the Song-pan-Garze orogenic belt with trend of NNE.Based on the travel times and the related amplitudes of phases in the record sections,the 2-D P-wave crustal structure was ascertained in this paper.The velocity structure has quite strong lateral variation along the profile.The crust is divided into 5layers,where the first,second and third layer belong to the upper crust,the forth and fifth layer belong to the lower crust.The low velocity anomaly zone gener-ally exists in the central part of the upper crust on the profile,and it integrates into the overlying low velocity basement in the area to the north of Ma‘erkang.The crustal structure in the section can be divided into 4parts:in the south of Garze-litang fault,between Garze-Litang fault and Xianshuihe fault,between Xianshuihe fault and Longriba fault and in the north of Longriba fault,which are basically coincided with the regional tectonics division.The crustal thickness decreases from southwest to northeast along the profile,that is ,from62km in the region of the Jinshajiang River to 52km in the region of the Yellow River.The Moho discontinuity does not obviously change across the Xianshuihe fault basesd on the PmP phase analysis.The crustal average velocity along the profile is lower,about 6.30 km/s.The Benzilan-Tangke profile reveals that the crust in the study area is orogenic.The Xianshuihe fault belt is located in the central part of the profile,and the velocity is positive anomaly on the upper crust,and negative anomaly on the lower crust and upper mantle.It is considered as a deep tectonhic setting in favor of strong earthquake‘s accumulation and occurrence.     

气象观测环境变化对气象记录准确性的影响情况分析

揭阳市气象台观测场现已处于闹市中心 ,周围的楼房已越建越接近围栏 ,并越建越高。已对观测场形成包围态势 ,严重破坏了观测环境 ,对气象观测记录的准确性、代表性、比较性造成严重的影响。为了了解环境变坏对记录的影响情况 ,特对揭阳市气象台 46年的部分气象要素观测资料作一次粗浅的分析。1　观测场外周围环境介绍　　现在站在观测场向四周眺望 ,已见不到绿野。周围障碍物都是水泥楼房 ,障碍物最大仰角分别是 :方位 32 0～ 30°,仰角 36° ;30～ 1 5 0° ,仰角 2 9° ;1 5 0～ 2 2 5° ,仰角 32°;2 2 5～ 32 0°,仰角 5 1°。观测场外围…

硬盘一旦出现故障，对每一个使用电脑的人来说简直就是一场灾难，因为硬盘里的数据比硬盘本身的价值更大，如何将其损失降到最低限度，这是非常值得研究的。     

地面温度记录高于0．5℃时霜的记录

霜是由于近地面空气中的水汽直接在温度低于 0℃的地面或近地面物体凝华而成。对此 ,按理说 ,只有温度记录低于 0℃ ,霜才会出现 ,否则不会。但是 ,在秋末冬初及冬末春初时 ,笔者却多次在地面最低温度记录高于 0 .5℃的情况下观测到霜。究其原因 ,主要是温度观测记录方面的问题。一方面 ,由于下垫面状况不均一 ,造成地面或近地面物体表面的实际温度不均一 ,从而观测到裸地上的温度表的地面温度高于 0℃ ,而周围如草层叶面地表的实际温度低于 0℃的情况。另一方面 ,与地面温度表的安置与测量方法有关。因为要准确测定地面温度是一件非常困难…     

使用AHDM—4．11预审自记风时应注意的问题

2002年4月初,我局EL型电接风向风速计出现故障,风速记录器笔尖不跳(划平线),但风速指示器正常。考虑到这套设备使用不久,加之风速指示器又正常,故初步判断故障出在室内。检查步骤如     

慢地震慢前兆的机制研究

通过岩石高温高压破裂实验与有机玻璃破裂试验的应力—应变曲线对比、地震波形记录(观测资料)与试样破裂波形(实验资料)对比、地震前后定点应变与主破裂前后应变形态变化的对比，认为慢地震是临界或亚临界破裂或预先滑动所致，是低频应变波动。它是材料屈服、弱化或塑性变化的必然结果。而慢前兆则是临近大地震(大破裂)前出现的诸如形变、低频地震波(破裂弹性波)等的短期及临震前兆现象，它比较可靠。但由于许多岩石主破裂前并无明显的临界破裂或预滑动现象，也并非所有岩石都一定出现明显屈服，所以也并非每个地震前都有慢地震，因此，也就不一定都出现低频波动。从而，也并不一定都出现相同的短期、临震前兆现象。

用两段法挑选和订正日最高、最低值

根据《地面气象观测规范》第 33页“日最高、最低值的挑选和订正”方法 ,从自记迹线中找出一日 ( 2 0～ 2 0时 )中最高 (最低 )处 ,标一箭头 ,读出自记数值并进行订正。订正方法 :根据自记迹线最高 (最低 )点两边相邻的定时观测记录所计算的仪器差 ,用内插法求出各正点的器差值 ,然后取该最高 (最低 )点靠近的那个正点的器差值进行订正 ,即得该日最大 (最低 )值。按上述订正后的最高 (最低 )值如果比同日定时观测实测值还低 (高 )时 ,则直接挑选该定时实测值作为最高 (低 )值。在实际工作中 ,当 1 4时换仪器或换纸后 ,有时自记记录跳跃比较…
