Web墨卡托投影及其性质分析

Web墨卡托投影是目前网络地图服务广泛采用的地图投影方法,但是该投影在使用之初便引起广泛争议,而且关于该投影目前仍缺乏统一的理解与认识.本文以Web墨卡托投影的定义为基本依据,推导了其变形公式,深入分析了该投影的变形特点,并从变形差异、坐标值、等角航线投影后形状等3个方面与墨卡托投影进行比较分析,在此基础之上归纳出关于...     

世界地理结构与美国的全球战略及军力设计

本文旨在阐明世界地理结构在大国战略制定及军力设计中的基础性作用,以助于认识中国全球发展道路上面临的地缘安全风险和机遇。由于世界陆地、人口和经济活动相对集中于东半球特别是欧亚大陆,欧亚大陆历来是世界大国逐鹿的中心舞台。美国作为人类历史上第一个非欧亚大陆上的霸权国家,一直把防范欧亚大陆上出现区域性霸权作为国家安全的最高目标。本文从世界地理结构及其动态变化的角度,分析东半球尤其是欧亚大陆孕育世界大国和人类文明的地理优势,解析美国的地理区位对其早期崛起的影响,以及在这一地理条件下其全球战略的形成,并重点探讨美国基于防范欧亚大陆出现区域性霸权的全球军力设计。文章最后指出,在中美战略博弈中,位于欧亚大陆东缘的中国具有天然的地缘优势。     

海洋板块蛛网裂缝的粘弹性球扁壳模式

由于所考虑的大洋板块直径为10~3公里数量级,故必须考虑其曲率的影响。又因以百万年计的地壳演变所具有的应力松弛和应变蠕变对造成此裂缝的作用,必须考虑此板块的流变性质。本文是在文献〔9〕的基础上的进一步工作,因大洋海水深度不同,故简化板块上的分布海水荷载为一偏心受压的集中荷载,得到问题的精确解及渐近解。     

MIDTOWNS,MEGASTRUCTURES, AND WORLD CITIES

ABSTRACT. “Midtown” is an important but understudied component of the morphology and historical evolution of North American and, to a lesser extent, European cities, and landmark buildings have played a notable role in giving midtowns identity and prestige. Especially significant are the recent diffusion and expansion of the twinned “midtown-skyscraper” concept to the major cities of East and Southeast Asia. For a variety of reasons, it is likely that massive midtowns anchored by famous buildings will become most evident on the western fringe of the Pacific Rim. Western architectural, engineering, and planning firms are playing major roles in this diffusion and illustrate nicely the importance of exporting the service component of the global economy. Buildings and midtowns provide (reinforced) concrete examples of the impact of the new global economy on the landscapes of major cities.     

中国花岗岩类和世界花岗岩类平均化学成分的对比研究

中国花岗岩类的出露面积,约占我国陆地总面积的10％。依据12265个样品求出中国花岗岩类的总平均化学成分;并结合Daly,Nockolds和Beyc等花岗岩类样品,近似地求出世界花岗岩类的总平均化学成分。以此为背景,显示出中国花岗岩类富SiO2、Na2O和K2O的区域特征。     

万维网上地球科学信息源的搜寻

信息时代呼啸而至,给科学工作者带来了极大的机遇和挑战。能否及时掌握最新信息,能否以最快速度得到所需的特殊信息,成了能否取得前沿成果的关键之一。本文主要根据Ｓｃｈｉｍｍｒｉｃｈ的文章［１］作一些补充,简要介绍在万维网上搜寻地球科学信息源的一些知识。
