无人机航摄视频的全景拼接算法

针对无人机在灾害区域应用时单张无人机影像往往无法覆盖整个受灾地区,而生成正射影像拼接又需要耗费大量时间的问题,对无人机视频全景拼接算法进行了研究,总结出一套快速生产巡检区域全景图像的流程和方法,并进行了实验验证。实验证明结果可靠,可达到准实时的速度,应对紧急情况的适应性强,可用于各种灾害区域的全景图像生产。     

Application of Active Contour Model in Tracking Sequential Nearshore Waves

In the present study,a generalized active contour model of gradient vector flow is combined with the video techniques of Argus system to delineate and track sequential nearshore wave crest profdes in the shoaling process,up to their breaking on the shorehne.Previous applications of active contour models to water wave problems are limited to controllable wave tank experiments.By contrast,our application in this study is in a nearshore field environment where oblique images obtained under natural and varying condition of ambient light are employed.Existing Argus techniques produce plane image data or time series data from a selected small subset of discrete pixels.By contrast,the active contour model produces line image data along continuous visible curves such as wave crest profdes.The combination of these two existing techniques,the active contour model and Argus methodologies,facilitates the estimates of the direction wave field and phase speeds within the whole area covered by camera.These estimates are useful for the purpose of inverse calculation of the water depth.Applications of the present techniques to Hsi-tzu bay where a beach restoration program is currently undertaken are illustrated.This extension of Argus video techniques provides new application of optical remote sensing to study the hydrodynamics and morphology of a nearshore environment.     

基于视频监控图像的环巢湖蓝藻实时动态监测

蓝藻的防控与治理是湖泊水环境、水生态管理的重要内容,实时获取蓝藻的空间分布信息对于降低蓝藻灾害风险具有重要意义.针对地面调查费时费力、卫星遥感监测粒度较粗且时效性不强等问题,本文提出了一种基于视频监控网络的湖泊蓝藻实时监测技术.基于环巢湖视频监控网络的33个功能摄像机,研究如何从视频图像中实时、准确提取蓝藻的分布信息.为克服不同摄像头的观测角度不一致、光照强度和背景条件不一致等诸多挑战,在视频图像蓝藻表征分析的基础上,通过多尺度深度网络进行图像粗粒度分类,区分蓝藻与浑浊、阴影水体;基于随机森林进行蓝藻精细化识别,克服蓝藻的强异质性.最后以渔政站沿岸水域的日均蓝藻覆盖率和月均蓝藻覆盖率为统计单位,开展了巢湖沿岸蓝藻的动态监测.研究成果可为科学制定蓝藻治理方案提供技术支撑.     

TDA9965在面阵CCD相机视频信号处理中的应用

为了在大面阵CCD信号处理电路中获得高质量的图像信号,就必须对电路中的噪声进行适当的处理。针对面阵CCD输出噪声的特点,提出了基于CCD信号处理芯片TDA9965的面阵CCD相机视频信号处理方案。TDA9965内置了视频信号处理电路的功能模块,只要正确设计其外围工作电路,就能完成视频信号处理功能。最后,简单总结了视频信号处理外围电路设计中应注意的问题。     

一种改进的UAV视频序列影像镶嵌方法

视频序列影像自动镶嵌是UAV视频影像处理应用中的基础环节和重要研究方向。针对序列影像镶嵌过程中,由于配准精度不高、误差累积所导致的拼接错位严重,镶嵌结果不理想的情况,从提高特征匹配的精度和准确度出发,提出了一种改进型的UAV视频序列影像自动镶嵌方法。通过对特征匹配结果的精细化处理,保证了影像配准的正确性,取得了较好的镶嵌结果。

Zonation of the main volcanic hazards (lava flows and ash fall) in Tenerife, Canary Islands. A proposal for a surveillance network

The island of Tenerife is volcanically complex, and its eruptive history predominantly reflects the processes and products of two different eruptive styles: (1) non-explosive effusions of basaltic lavas from fissure vents mostly aligned along two ridges; and (2) less frequent but explosive salic eruptions from central vents associated with the Las Cañadas volcanic edifice and associated summit caldera. We have taken into account this fundamental distinction to develop a volcanic-hazards zonation (for lava flows and ash fall only) that includes: definition of the principal hazards; identification of the areas that have higher probability of containing emission centres; and numerical modelling of the vulnerable areas to be affected by volcanic hazards. Not only does the volcanic-hazards zonation map provide emergency-management officials with an updated assessment of the volcanic hazards, but it also represents a starting point for the preparation of a volcanic risk map for Tenerife. Finally, the hazards-zonation map also furnishes the basis for the design of a proposed volcano surveillance network.
