温度、光强和盐度对鹧鸽菜幼体生长发育的影响

从野外采集鹤鸪菜Ｃａｌｏｇｌｏｓｓａｌｅｐｒｉｅｕｒｉｉ（Ｍｏｎｔ．）Ｊ．Ａｇ．幼体，在室内控制条件下，以温、盐、光等不同条件进行模拟培养试验。所获得的数据经生物统计检验表明：鹧鸪菜幼体生长最适水温为２３℃；光照强度为４０００ｌｘ；海水盐度为１８。此结果与我们多年来在汕头港内观察鹧鸪菜的生长及其季节变化相似。

２１世纪将是全面开发利用海洋的时代，许多沿海国家将把海洋开发作为国家战略。我国是世界上人口最多的国家，陆地资源人均占有量少，更应该重视开发海洋，建设临海工业带，发展海洋农牧化，开发建设海运网络等。发展海洋经济必须走科技兴海之路，抓科技储备，改造传统产业，发展新兴产业，不断提高海洋开发生产力水平。     

地震作用下的导管架海洋平台结构动力优化设计研究

把导管架海洋平台看作钢框架结构，并把优化方法用于结构的抗震设计中；以结构的总重量最小为优化目标，导管的平均直径和壁厚作为设计变量，考虑强度、刚度和稳定等约束条件。通过渤海BZ28—1油田储油平台为例进行了计算，计算结果表明，此方法对海洋平台的设计具有一定的参考意义。     

雌雄比对海带雌配子体发育的影响

本实验进行了不同雌雄比对海带雌配子体发育的影响。结果表明：雌雄比(鲜重)为1：1及2：1，实验组出现排卵时间最早，且发育率高，实验第20天，发育率超过70％，孢子体正常。5：1，10：1，20：1实验组随着雄性比例的减少，发育率逐渐降低，随着培养天数的增加，三个实验组均出现未受精卵及畸形孢子体，雌雄比越大，未受精卵数目越多。     

双壳类软体动物精子发生及其在系统演化研究中的应用前景

综述了双壳类软体动物精子发生及精子形态结构方面的研究进展，指出双壳类软体动物精子发生过程中精细胞分化具有种、属特异性，精细胞分化的细节是区别个体外部形态很近的物种的依据；精子的形态结构具有种的特征，精子结构的比较研究将成为双壳类软体动物系统演化研究的重要方法之一。

A dynamic response analysis of tension leg platforms including hydrodynamic interaction in regular waves

A numerical procedure is described for predicting the motion and structural responses of tension leg platforms (TLPs) in waves. The developed numerical approach, in a TLP is assumed to be flexible instead of rigid, is based on a combination of the three dimensional source distribution method and the finite-element method. The hydrodynamic interactions among TLP members, such as columns and pontoons, are included in the motion and structural response analysis. Numerical results are compared with the experimental and numerical ones. The results of comparison confirmed the validity of the proposed approach.
