塔里木沙漠公路位于塔里木盆地,纵贯塔克拉玛干大沙漠,集沙漠特征与温带大陆性气候于一体,不少地段曾因流沙较为严重,造成了工程施工的难度,通过对沙漠公路塔中段两侧不同下垫面进行小气候分析,比较其差异来说明自然沙面、草方格、低矮防护林带、沙石路面等的不同防沙能力。从几种防沙效果来看,沙石路面短期内有一定的压沙作用,但长期效果不好;草方格短期效果较好,但随着时间推移,防沙效果逐渐减弱;防护林带体系随着林带的逐渐长成,效果将会越来越好,属于生态型防沙,意义重大而且深远。  相似文献

提出了一种基于应力波反射波法判别基桩桩身完整性的BP型神经网络模型。该模型以桩身应力波波形曲线、桩的几何尺寸和桩身混凝土波速等为网络的输入信息,预测作为网络输出信息的桩身完整性特征,如正常、缩径、扩径、离析和开裂等。通过采用多种运算改进技术,提高了网络的可行性和计算速度。对天津市软土地基中的数十根灌注桩的实测波形等资料学习和预测,取得了令人满意的精度。  相似文献

多年冻土区路基路面变形及应力的数值分析   总被引:12,自引:3,他引:9  
针对青藏公路路基下发育多年冻土融化盘的实际情况,选择两种模型,应用ABAQUS有限元分析软件,对冻土路基从修筑到开放交通过程中的路基路面位移及应力进行了分析.结果表明:冻土路基以融沉为主的变形,一般情况下以路中心下最大,变形呈凹形;当路基下融化盘偏移时,最大变形位置随之偏移;路面层底拉应力最大,对融沉变形反映敏感;路面顶部压应力最大值出现在轴载作用位置,面层应力对轴载反映敏感.计算模型断面尺寸、路基填料、路面结构等对青藏公路具有代表性,在3.6 m路基总高度条件下,无论路基下融化盘偏移与否,融化盘厚达0.5 m时路基顶部(路面层底)拉应力即达基层抗拉强度,显示路基融沉变形可能导致路基失稳及路面破坏,此时路基高度即达最大值.  相似文献

Soil macropore networks are subsurface connected void spaces caused by processes such as fracture of soils, micro‐erosion and fauna burrows. Axial X‐ray computed tomography (CT) scanning provides a convenient means of recording the spatial structure of soil macropore networks. The objective of this study were to (1) based on CT technique and GIS digitized image method, construction a new technique for tracing, visualizing and measuring the soil macropore networks and (2) investigate the effects of farming activities on soil macropore networks characteristics. Our technique uses left‐turning and nine‐direction judgment methods, a combination of the layer‐by‐layer analysis method and the up‐down tracking algorithm. The characteristics for the overall structure patterns of macropores, the spatial distribution of the macropore networks and each single macropore network can be conveniently identified by our technique. Eight undisturbed soil columns from fields with two distinct land uses (under cultivation and not been cultivated) and four different depths (0–20, 20–40, 40–60 and 60–80 cm) were investigated. The soil columns were scanned using X‐ray CT at a voxel resolution of 0.075 × 0.075 × 3.000 mm. Results indicate that farming activities can destroy the initial structure of macropores, and those remaining are mainly small‐sized and medium‐sized networks with lower extension and hydraulic conductivity. The network properties show a significant difference between upper and lower layer. The results can provide beneficial reference to further research centered on non‐equilibrium flow prediction and chemical transport modeling in field soils. In recent years, many approaches have been developed using the artificial neural networks (ANN) model incorporated with the Theis analytical solution to estimate the effective hydrological parameters for homogeneous and isotropic porous media, such as the Lin and Chen approach (ANN approach) and the principal component analysis (PCA)‐ANN approach. The above methods assume a full superimposition of the type curve and the observed drawdown and try to use the first time‐drawdown data as a match point to make a fine approximation of the effective parameters. However, using first time‐drawdown data or early time‐drawdown data does not always allow for an accurate estimation of the hydrological parameters, especially for heterogeneous and anisotropic aquifers. Therefore, this article corrects the concept of the superimposed plot by modifying the ANN approach and the PCA‐ANN approach, as well as incorporating the Papadopoulos analytical solution, to estimate the transmissivities and storage coefficient for anisotropic, homogeneous aquifers. The ANN model is trained with 4000 training sets of the well function, and tested with 1000 sets and 300 sets of synthetic time‐drawdown generated from the homogeneous and heterogeneous parameters, respectively. In situ observation data from the time‐drawdown at station Shi‐Chou on the Choushui River alluvial fan, Taiwan, is further adopted to test the applicability and reliability of the proposed methods, as well as provide a basis for comparison with the Straight‐line method and the Type‐curve method. Results suggest that both of the modified methods perform better than the original ones, and using late time‐drawdown to optimize the effective parameters is shown to be better than using early time‐drawdown. Additionally, results indicate that the modified ANN approach is better than the modified PCA‐ANN approach in terms of precision, while the efficiency of the modified PCA‐ANN approach is approximately three times better than that of the modified ANN approach. Reproductive migration is an essential phase in the life of many fish. During this process, swimming behaviour and gonad development are key factors related to the migration quality, and both factors are strongly influenced by water temperature and flow velocity. Many studies have explored the separate effects of these variables on fish swimming ability or gonad development, but researchers have seldom investigated the simultaneous effects of low flow velocity and water temperature on the fish swimming behaviour and gonad development. To provide that knowledge, we conducted laboratory experiments that explored the coupled effects of low water temperature and flow on warm water fish swimming behaviour and gonad development. At five temperatures (16, 18, 20, 22, and 24°C), we observed the movement of migratory warmwater grass carp (Ctenopharyngodon idellus) at seven flow velocities (0.15, 0.2, 0.25, 0.3, 0.35, 0.40, and 0.45 m/s), then explored their gonad development by comparing the level of plasma 17β-estradiol and testosterone in fish travelling through a simulated fish way (flow stimulation) and in a fish tank (no flow stimulation). We used Bayesian networks to explore the acceptable hydrological condition for fish migration. We found that the minimum flow velocity for acceptable migration quality is a function of the water temperature, and that increasing water temperature improves fish movement success and increases the movement distance, especially at a low flow velocity. In addition, increasing water temperature (between 16 and 24°C in this experiment design) can enhance the effect of flow stimulation on gonad development. Overall, our results can broaden the understanding of reducing water temperature and flow velocity in fish swimming behaviour and gonad development, provide basic data to support hydrological process controls and the development of measures to protect fish migration.  相似文献

黄铁矿是金矿中普遍存在的金属硫化物,其微量元素含量信息可以揭示出矿物形成时的相关矿物和流体组成与结晶特征,因此不同期次与金矿有关的黄铁矿及微量元素信息可以被用来预测矿床的类型。且相关研究历史已久,积累了大量的研究资料,然而由于研究思想和手段的局限性,传统方法往往存在无解性或多解性问题。随着大数据思想的发展和推广,研究人员试图采用机器学习算法来解决此类问题,已取得不错的效果。本次研究根据深度学习思想建立黄铁矿微量元素数据集并进行深入研究,采用“成分数据图像化”和“数据增强”等手段,解决了前人采用深度学习方法进行此类分类任务时遇到的数据不平衡问题和卷积神经网络无法直接读取数据的问题。本文对比分析了基于四种卷积神经网络模型(Mobilenet V2、Resnet 50、VGG 16和VIT)采用黄铁矿微量元素成分数据进行金矿类型分类任务的精度与效果,发现采用卷积神经网络算法可以基于黄铁矿成分数据对不同类型金矿进行较为精准的分类任务。此方法比传统图解法具备更高的精准度与泛化能力,通过对金矿类型的预测可以为找矿勘查和深部预测工作节省成本,也为深度学习在地质矿产研究方面的应用和推广提供全新思路,具...  相似文献

地震灾后救援时间宝贵,有效利用灾后数据,快速对救援路线及居民情况进行准确的评估,能有效避免地震带来的进一步损害。地震并不是一次即停止,灾后余震同样威胁灾区群众的生命和财产安全。因此,根据灾区地质及居民分布制定后续可持续救援方案,也是灾后救援的重点,这不仅能使救援稳步进行,也可进一步规划安置居民。本文通过比较神经网络和传统机器学习方法,提出了自适应方法的地物分割算法,根据航拍影像的复杂程度使用神经网络和传统算法相结合的方式,通过比较识别出地物与原有测量数据的差别变化,判断灾后道路扭曲和地质变化,为救援工作提供准确的科学依据。  相似文献

Increasing rates of climate migration may be of economic and national concern to sending and destination countries. It has been argued that social networks—the ties connecting an origin and destination—may operate as “migration corridors” with the potential to strongly facilitate climate change-related migration. This study investigates whether social networks at the household and community levels amplify or suppress the impact of climate change on international migration from rural Mexico. A novel set of 15 climate change indices was generated based on daily temperature and precipitation data for 214 weather stations across Mexico. Employing geostatistical interpolation techniques, the climate change values were linked to 68 rural municipalities for which sociodemographic data and detailed migration histories were available from the Mexican Migration Project. Multi-level discrete-time event-history models were used to investigate the effect of climate change on international migration between 1986 and 1999. At the household level, the effect of social networks was approximated by comparing the first to the last move, assuming that through the first move a household establishes internal social capital. At the community level, the impact of social capital was explored through interactions with a measure of the proportion of adults with migration experience. The results show that rather than amplifying, social capital may suppress the sensitivity of migration to climate triggers, suggesting that social networks could facilitate climate change adaptation in place.  相似文献

以三峡库区界垭小流域内不同交通荷载土质道路为研究对象,通过自然降雨观测研究其侵蚀规律和污染物流失特征。研究结果表明,交通荷载大的干道产流率和侵蚀率均高于交通荷载低的支道,对产流率影响显著的因子主要为降雨量,对产沙率影响显著的因子为降雨量、雨强。雨型对污染物的流失特征影响显著,前期集中型降雨下,污染物流失过程线与降雨过程线同步性较好,泥沙、总氮、铵态氮、泥沙结合态磷和溶解态磷均发生了较强的初始冲刷效应;中期集中型降雨下,污染物流失浓度峰值优先于雨强峰值,且氮和磷等初始冲刷强度低于前期集中型降雨,泥沙无初始冲刷效应。  相似文献
