地图数据库研究

本文在分析地图数据特征的基础上,针对如何提高地图空间查询效率这一难题,从多种地图索引方法中选择了Ｒ＋＿树索引方法,实现了Ｒ＋＿树索引的算法,最后给出了一个包括地图数据存储和索引、查询功能的地图数据库实例。     

Local co-operation, ethnic diversity and state territoriality – The case of Haparanda and Tornio on the Sweden – Finland border

The neighbouring towns of Haparanda and Tornio, separated only by a narrow strip of grass and wetland, are divided by the only inhabited land boundary between Finland and Sweden in the southern part of the Torne River. The population represents four different groups in relation to linguistic and cultural backgrounds. In the daily lives of the inhabitants, the state boundary is probably of less significance than linguistic, social and ‘ethnic’ differences. On the local government level there is a strong will to unite forces to make the total area a viable region in spite of its peripheral location, but state legislation makes co-ordination difficult. This may be seen as a necessity, but in the daily lives of the populations, the state boundary defines an area of unequal access, sometimes working in favour of and sometimes barring contacts and co-operation. The media consumption reflects a clear ‘national’ interest with a strong local bias. In their attitudes, Finnish speakers and bilinguals show a greater appreciation of ‘the other’ than unilingual Swedes. This may reflect the actual possibility space (reach) in the local area. 基于扩展SQL的GIS模糊查询的表达与实现

模糊查询通常包含模糊单词和３种算子──语气算子、模糊化算子和判定化算子。通过模糊集合论，可表示这些模糊概念。在此基础上，介绍了一种扩展ＳＱＬ表达模糊查询，并将其转化为标准ＳＱＬ加以实现的方法。     

Internet-based applications for interrogating 50 years of data from the South African national water quality monitoring network

ABSTRACT

National and regional water quality monitoring networks have been operated in South Africa since the early 1970s. These originally had text-based inventories that were convenient for specialists who were familiar with the national networks and knew the locations of their sites of interest. However, within two decades the networks had expanded in geographical extent and variables monitored to such an extent that users needed spatial context in order to locate sites that fitted their information requirements. Mapping applications running on the Internet, such as Google Earth and Leaflet, form the foundation of a system for providing online inventories and summaries of the data available on the water quality database. The interfaces were constructed using available software, mainly ArcInfo and R. A recent concern is a decrease in the collection of water quality data, which is reducing the value of data summaries for water resource management.     

大庆采油一厂GIS数据查询与维护模块的设计与实现

利用VB在GeoStar地理信息系统开发平台上进行二次开发,实现大庆油田采油一厂水泡子地理信息系统的3维数据查询与维护。介绍了系统的模块组成和功能,以及实现各项功能的关键技术。该系统灵活实用、功能较全,通过实际生产应用,反映出在地面水域地理信息数据计算与管理、直观显示等方面具有很好的实用价值。     

ADO．Net编程模型在测绘保障管理系统中的应用

本文主要介绍了基于ADO．Net的数据管理系统的开发研究。它从数据库的构建，系统的具体开发引入到其中几项关键技术的研究，如多数据格式的处理，参数化查询等等。最后对基于ADO．Net的Web型分布式数据库开发作了展望。     

网络中移动对象的二维时空索引

基于2DSTMON(2-Dimensional spatio-temporal indexfor moving objects in network)二维时空数据模型,提出了一种新的二维网络中移动对象的时空索引2DSTI及其时空查询算法。这种二维时空索引机制简单且易于实现,支持当前轨迹数据和历史轨迹数据的大量时空查询操作。在此基础上,通过实验实现并验证了二维时空索引机制及其时空查询算法。     

语言的体验性与英语词汇习得研究

从语言的体验性的角度,探讨了第二语言习得中词汇习得的体验性特征,并以《大学体验英语》中词汇学习为实证进行了分析。认为语言的体验观为第二语言词汇习得研究提供了一个新的视角,有利于二语词汇的理解、把握和运用。     

卫星定轨软件的移植与测试分析

为改变卫星定轨软件对Unix平台的依赖性和Unix平台命令式操作等因素制约后续的开发和应用的状况,进行了将精密定轨软件从Unix平台移植到Windows平台下的工作。阐述了卫星定轨软件移植的步骤,主要包括根据2个平台下软件的差异,对卫星定轨软件程序进行删除、追加、修改等。对卫星定轨软件移植前、后得到的有关数据进行了比较,结果表明移植工作是成功的。
