卫星导航运营管理系统的研究与实现

在卫星导航系统稳定运行的基础上,提出了运营管理系统的设计理念,介绍了该系统的功能组成、工作原理,以及各功能模块之间的工作流程关系,以实现卫星导航系统值班与维护工作的规范化、智能化,提高值班人员的综合业务素质和快速解决系统突发问题的能力,确保卫星导航系统的正常稳定运行,该运营管理系统对所有卫星导航系统的运营管理具有重要的应用价值和借鉴意义。     

新型二进制走时表文件的编制与查询

为将新型二进制结构走时表文件实际应用到测震分析软件,利用Matlab软件编写二进制结构综合走时表文件的通用程序,给出查询震相走时的算法,并成功配置到地震分析软件中用于地震定位.使用者只要仿照该通用程序的结构框架,根据需要适当修改程序,就能快速生成适合地震台站定位的走时表文件.     

Organizational issues in the development of geographical information systems: a case study of UJS. Army topographic information automation

Abstract

This paper is a case study of issues that have frustrated and slowed the development of a geographical information system for automation of topographic information processing within the U.S. Army. The findings, which are universal to all large organizations attempting to develop an initial capability, reinforce the notion that today most problems in the development of geographical information systems are rooted in organizational rather than technological issues. An iterative prototyping approach is suggested as a means of preventing similar situations when introducing such technology into large organizations. This ‘hands-on’ approach allows the organization and the people to adopt and evolve in parallel with the technology and improves the chances for success.     

Building the distributed geographic SQL workflow in the Grid environment

Over recent years, massive geospatial information has been produced at a prodigious rate, and is usually geographically distributed across the Internet. Grid computing, as a recent development in the landscape of distributed computing, is deemed as a good solution for distributed geospatial data management and manipulation. Thus, the Grid computing technology can be applied to integrate various distributed resources into a ‘super-computer’ that enables efficient distributed geospatial query processing. In order to realize this vision, an effective mechanism for building the distributed geospatial query workflow in the Grid environment needs to be elaborately designed. The workflow-building technology aims to automatically transform the global geospatial query into an equivalent distributed query process in the Grid. In response to this goal, detailed steps and algorithms for building the distributed geospatial query workflow in the Grid environment are discussed in this article. Moreover, we develop corresponding software tools that enable Grid-based geospatial queries to be run against multiple data resources. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed methodology is feasible and correct.

介绍了一个基于Java的Web通用查询模板组件设计及应用.该组件将根据用户的需要选择相关数据表及字段,并可在此基础上定制查询的静态条件和动态条件.将查询主题及相关条件保存成一模板,用户根据模板来查询自己所需信息,从而提高用户查询的灵活性.应用本模板组件可大大地缩短开发Web项目的周期,提高工作效率.     

基于GIS的热带气旋相似路径检索系统研究

本文应用GIS技术建立了热带气旋路径检索分析系统。我们首先以ESRI的Shape模型为基础设计了热带气旋路径的空间数据模型,并建立了热带气旋的空间数据库,从而实现了热带气旋的空间查询工具,提高了系统的检索效率;其次提出了热带气旋路径空间相似的概念,定义了可测度历史路径和实时路径相似程度(相似系数)的面积指数方法,并最终实现了基于空间相似性测度的相似路径检索工具。     

基于MO的城市地理信息公众查询系统的研究与开发

基于面向对象的地理信息系统技术,介绍利用组件技术及控件M apOb jects(MO)进行二次开发的特点与优势。结合城市地理信息公众查询系统原型的开发,详细阐述了运用高级程序语言C#和组件MO开发G IS应用系统的方法。该系统除具有一般管理系统的功能之外,还具有G IS所特有的空间查询和分析功能。用同样的技术和方法可以推广到建立同类型的信息系统,对扩大G IS的应用范围和应用领域具有现实意义。     

基于XQuery的GML查询语言研究

随着GML规范的不断完善及GIS软件厂商的广泛支持,越来越多的空间数据以GML格式存储,GML空间数据的查询已成为GIS研究的热点问题。传统的关系数据库查询语言SQL是针对平面的二维关系数据而设计的,并不适合XML/GML半结构化数据的查询;商品化GIS软件的查询系统只能查询自身的空间数据而无法查询其它GIS系统的空间数据;XML查询的研究为GML查询奠定了一定的基础。首先针对GML查询存在的问题,提出了扩展XQuery是GML查询语言实现的最佳选择;结合XML查询语言和空间数据查询语言,提出了GML查询语言的特征和GML查询语言系统框架;并根据GML空间数据的特点,以XML标准查询语言XQuery为基础,提出了XQuery空间扩展的内容;开发了GML空间数据查询语言GMLXQL,实现了GML空间数据的本原查询。
