测绘师的职业素养和成长进程研究

要实现测绘强国,一要有先进发达的测绘科技,二要有规范繁荣的测绘市场,而二者平衡发展的关键就在于人才。测绘师在测绘行业中起着至关重要的作用。测绘师的能力通常可以反映测绘事业的整体水平。作为一个合格的注册测绘师必须具有测绘职业道德、素质修养和专业技能,才能胜任功能社会的需要。注册测绘师的成长需要经历学校培养、见习锻炼和执业发展3个阶段,从而逐步形成测绘师自身和测绘行业的社会地位和专业魅力。     

A Review of the IAG GeoPT™ and Certification Programmes,their Protocols,and the Differences between the Original and Potential Modifications to the Certification Protocol

The IAG conducts two programmes, the GeoPT ^? proficiency test and a certification programme that are closely interconnected. Both support the quality control/quality assurance activities of geochemical laboratories. Each derives an estimate of ‘true value’ for a number of samples, but arrives at that estimate, and its uncertainty, differently. This review discusses the history of the two programmes and compares the ‘true values’ and their uncertainties obtained through each. It then considers ‘fitness‐for‐purpose’ issues related to both GeoPT ^? and certification uncertainties. Issues related to potential modification of the IAG protocol for certification are also considered.     

黑龙江省中尺度数值预报业务系统

黑龙江省气象台于2001年8月引进了MM5模式，并结合业务和服务的实际需要对其有关参数进行了确定，建立了黑龙江省中尺度数值预报业务系统。已经在黑龙江省气象台实时运行，并应用到短期预报的业务工作中。系统运行稳定，预报结果有一定的参考价值。

随着经济的发展,农村新建房屋以及人口流动,宅基地情况较为复杂。农村宅基地确权登记发证工作投资规模大、技术含量高、组织协调工作重,作业周期时间长。本文简要介绍了农村宅基地确权登记发证工作的重要性、该项工作的工作内容以及工作方法、项目生产过程中容易出现的问题和解决方法。农村宅基地确权登记发证是一项事关农村长远发展的基础信息工程,将农民与土地物权相联系起来,可进一步激发农民保护耕地、节约集约用地的积极性。     

地信产业卓越工程师培养模式探索

针对目前地理信息学科教育培养模式缺乏工程实践,人才可获得程度低,与地理信息产业高速发展不适应的现状,该文探索并提出高等院校应根据产业人才培养目标、专业知识体系需求,以及高校自身特色,适当调整学科布局和培养方案计划,制定卓越工程师培养模式,并提出培养模式可与地理信息企业人才的再教育与培训计划衔接,充分利用国内外企业、机构与其他高校的优势资源与成功经验,实现产学研用融合。以武汉大学为例,阐述面向地理信息产业的复合型卓越工程师培养模式、方案及实施。     

测绘内外业一体化及相关问题研究

随着测绘信息化时代的到来,测绘生产模式发生了重要的变化,改变了流程长、分工细的传统工艺,转而向内外业一体化发展。本文主要探讨了测绘内外业一体化出现的背景和它带来的影响,同时重点讨论了在测绘内外业一体化下,职工业务素质和教育、测绘队伍改革和布局两大问题,为新时期测绘地理信息队伍建设和整体布局提供一些对策建议。     

The Decentred Firm and the Adoption of Sustainable Office Space in Sydney,Australia

As the social, ecological and economic benefits of green buildings become more established, firms, especially professional service firms, are responding by adopting sustainable office space (SOS). Accelerating this uptake demands a nuanced appreciation of firms’ understandings of and motivations for adopting SOS. Through a qualitative study of professional service firms in Sydney, this paper brings together a decentred understanding of the contemporary firm drawn from the ‘new economic geographies’ approach and theories of corporate social responsibility to trace and interpret the diverse and overlapping motivations shaping the uptake of SOS amongst these firms. The firm is shown to be a site of plurality and agency, governed by multiple logics. Whilst motivations informed by economic logic remain persuasive and pervasive, the adoption of SOS is simultaneously informed by a wider palette of logics, including environmental and social logics. The paper argues that a decentred conceptualisation of the firm brings the multiplicity of firms’ orientations towards SOS into view and, in so doing, has the potential to inform a politics of intervention for steering firms towards more socially and environmentally sustainable behaviours.
