Quality evaluation model for map labeling

This paper discusses and sums up the basic criterions of guaranteeing the labeling quality and abstracts the four basic factors including the conflict for a label with a label, overlay for label with the features, position‘s priority and the association for a label with its feature. By establishing the scoring system, a formalized four-factors quality evaluation model is constructed. Last, this paper introduces the experimental result of the quality evaluation model applied to the automatic map labeling system-MapLabel.     

The uncertainty of seafood labeling in China: A case study on Cod,Salmon and Tuna

Exotic marine fish products are increasingly appreciated in China. In this study, 100 samples of Cod, Salmon and Tuna products were collected from supermarkets in Shanghai, Nanjing and Hangzhou. First the information reported on the label were assessed in the light of the Chinese legislation, paying particular attention to the fish names and the geographical origin. Then, a comparative analysis of the official trade denominations adopted by five European countries (Italy, France, Germany, Spain and United Kingdom) for Cod, Salmon and Tuna was performed. Finally, the Chinese names of the species considered in the EU list were verified consulting the available international lists. Overall, 95% of the samples employed just generic names. In particular, 98% of Salmon and 100% of Tuna products were generically labeled while the labeling of Cod products was more diversified, even though 80% reported misleading or fake denominations. The results of this work highlighted the lack of a mandatory legislation on seafood traceability and of an official naming system. In particular, this study propose the introduction of a detailed Chinese naming system based on the Chinese Latin Dictionary for Seafood Names, following the EU approach. In fact, inaccurate labeling can have both economic and health implications for consumers as well as it may distort the true abundance of fish stocks. These drawbacks can be particularly serious considering the pivotal role of China in the global fishery industry.     

基础地理信息数据库的快速出图技术

针对当前地图制图自动化程度较低以及工作强度大的特点,通过分析国家基础地理信息数据编码特征以及制图工艺流程,依托基础地理信息数据库,本文提出基于地图专家知识模板的快速制图解决方案,解决注记自动配置以及符号复用等快速制图关键技术,最终服务于应急出图以及大批量的工程化出图,并在1∶250 000公众版地图出图中得到了推广应用。     

Excel、Word与CASS(AutoCAD)在测量绘图中的应用

将常用的办公软件:Excel、Word等与CASS绘图软件相结合,提供了解决绘图中常见的批量标注、插值和参数计算等问题的方法,改变了传统的纯手式输入的方式,较好的提高了数据处理的效率和准确性。     

Preparation,Characterization and Pharmacokinetics of Fluorescence Labeled Propylene Glycol Alginate Sodium Sulfate

A rapid and sensitive fluorescence labeling method was developed and validated for the microanalysis of a sulfated polysaccharide drug,namely propylene glycol alginate sodium sulfate （PSS）,in rat plasma.Fluorescein isothiocyanate （FITC） was selected to label PSS,and 1,6-diaminohexane was used to link PSS and FITC in order to prepare FITC-labeled PSS （F-PSS） through a reductive amination reaction.F-PSS was identified by UV-Vis,FT-IR and ^1H-NMR spectrum.The cell stability and cytotoxicity of F-PSS were tested in Madin-Darby canine kidney （MDCK） cells.The results indicated that the labeling efficiency of F-PSS was 0.522%±0.0248% and the absolute bioavailability was 8.39%.F-PSS was stable in MDCK cells without obvious cytotoxicity.The method was sensitive and reliable; it showed a good linearity,precision,recovery and stability.The FITC labeling method can be applied to investigating the absorption and metabolism of PSS and other polysaccharides in biological samples.     

散列式面状注记自动配置技术研究

参照国家标准图式规范,结合格式塔心理学,总结了散列式面状注记的配置规则,提出了一种新的自动配置方法。首先,用凸包格网法计算注记的候选位置;然后,用影响注记位置的格式塔因子对候选位置进行质量评价;最后,依据冲突规则得到全局最优解。该方法有效地利用了散列式面状要素周边的区域,扩充了注记的可调节性,并被成功地应用于1∶5万地形图的数字制图中。     

基于Gestalt原则的汉字注记配置规则与形式化表达研究

以汉字注记配置规则为研究对象,借助Gestalt原则,从读图者心理认知的角度对以往的经验型注记配置规则从接近性、连续性、相似性以及共同性四个方面进行分析和解释,在此基础上,使用形式化表达方法对这四个方面进行了定量描述。采用这种方式,不仅能够尽量减少各种因素对地图图解质量的不利影响,而且能为今后汉字注记自动配置知识的形式化、科学化、系统化表达提供基础。     

基于改进DeepLabv3plus算法的遥感图像海岛建筑提取方法

目前海岛经济快速发展,为避免海岛建筑无序扩建,了解海岛建筑分布特征尤为重要。机器学习方法是从高分遥感影像提取地物目标的常见方式,然而建筑物遥感特征复杂,机器学习方法出现鲁棒性差、难以充分挖掘深层次特征的弊端。文章提出基于DeepLabv3plus网络模型的深度学习语义分割方法提取海岛建筑,并对网络结构进行改进,使用组归一化（GN）方法替代批归一化（BN）以适合小batch size下的语义分割操作。针对海岛建筑数据量较少的问题,采用迁移学习策略,设计基于多源数据的国内城市建筑数据集的预训练样本智能采集和标注方法,再人工标注中国部分海岛建筑进行算法实验。结果表明,在batch size较小时,基于GN的DeepLabv3plus语义分割算法的平均精度和mIoU均得到提升,能够获得更为精确的像素级海岛建筑提取结果。     

面向嵌入式GIS应用的地图标注算法设计与实现

本文提出的一种基于栅格的地图标注算法,应用于嵌入式G IS系统中电子地图标注的自动配置。该算法将地图中各要素标注的自动配置作为一个统一的整体来对待,从而避免了一般局部标注配置算法可能终止于一个局部最优解的缺点。通过实例证明,利用该算法进行电子地图中标注的自动配置,数据计算量小,通用性强,速度较快。
