Voice Under Scrutiny: Feminist Methods,Anticolonial Responses,and New Methodological Tools

“Giving voice” to participants has been an important element of qualitative feminist research projects in geography. In this article, I explore scholarship that has questioned qualitative research's reliance on voice, arguing that implicit connections between voice, authenticity, and empowerment are beginning to be unpacked, particularly by scholars engaged in anticolonial work. I draw on anticolonial scholarship to build on and extend feminist debates centered on voice and participation. Feminist attention to voice must be situated within the colonial frameworks and histories of social science research. Scholarship focused on ongoing settler colonial relationships highlights methods both for cautiously proceeding with and consciously refusing incorporating voice within qualitative research. I draw on anticolonial approaches to frame research decisions, voice, and the ethical and methodological dilemmas of its use.

遥感数据与土地资源在时空特性方面具有高度的一致性,土地资源研究长期是遥感应用的主要领域之一。过去数十年来,国内外开展了大量的土地资源与环境遥感应用研究,遥感技术为土地资源研究提供了丰富的信息源和实现手段,拓展了土地资源的研究内容,强化了土地资源的研究程度。随着遥感技术的发展和应用研究的深入,针对日益多样化的实际需求,创新研究方法,加强与传统学科的有机结合,在提取系列化专题信息基础上,开展不同时空尺度的综合性分析与评估,切实满足全球变化研究和实现区域可持续发展的需要,仍然是土地资源遥感应用研究应该关注的主要发展方向。

《大德昌国州图志》是舟山市一部较早的县志。作者考释了《大德昌国州图志》中记载的水产动物共59种,其中鱼类36种(海水鱼32种,淡水鱼4种),贝类12种,节肢动物10种,腔肠动物1种。

本文主要从渔业资源学中数学方法的应用起源，渔业资源评估学，数量分类学，统计生态学，种群营养动力学等数学分支在渔业资源中的应用发展及其动因分析等几个方面论述了渔业资源学的数学化趋势。     

Emergence of multi-stakeholder-driven cooperative research in the Northwest Atlantic: The case of the Northeast Consortium

The past 50 years in the Gulf of Maine and Georges Bank is marked by a growing divide between fishermen, scientists, and managers. This paper tracks the scientific, regulatory, social and political evolution of fisheries management in the Northwest Atlantic, culminating in a distrustful and adversarial climate, a convergence of diverse policy needs, and the emergence of a multi-stakeholder cooperative research program—the Northeast Consortium. The institutional structure and activities of the Northeast Consortium are presented and we conclude with a discussion of the role of cooperative research in building mutual understanding and respect, trust and scientific legitimacy.

白沙河平原区为青岛市蔬菜基地，农业为主要用水户，根据本区未来菜粮比例进一步提高、城乡生活水平不断提高、乡镇工业迅速发展、节水意识有所提高等特点．设计了包括工业、农业和生活需水的需水预测模型，预测结果表明，工业及生活用水比例将不断提高，农业用水仍占主要地位，但增幅不大。预测结果为管理模型设计提供了信息．

Policies governing the distribution of by-products from scientific and small-scale coastal whaling in Japan

The Japanese government is committed to resuming sustainable commercial whaling, both on the high seas and along the Japanese coastline. To this end scientific whaling programs are supported with public money and the byproducts of the catch are distributed to the public and utilized in a variety of ways. Here we review the policies which govern how these byproducts are disseminated within Japan, as well as how the population as a whole makes use of whale resources. Possibilities for the future, if and when the international moratorium on commercial whaling ends, are also discussed.     

Investigation on the Performance of Articulated Buoys

Articulated buoys become more and more popular by the marine management departments as a new type of aids to navigation, for they possess an excellent hydrodynamic performance with small static heel angle in wind and current and small rolling in wave and accurate position. The structure of articulated buoys and calculation method of their hydrodynamic performance are introduced in this paper. A scries of experiments has been conducted in the State Key Laboratory of Ocean Engineering of China and useful results achieved for providing a design optimization basis.
