一种结合四元数与直方图的多光谱图像自适应边缘检测方法

针对图像自适应边缘检测的难点和传统多光谱遥感图像边缘检测方法的局限性,提出了一种结合四元数与直方图的自适应边缘检测方法。该方法在四元数空间,利用矢量旋转完成了多光谱图像的边缘检测,并通过直方图统计的方法获取自适应阈值,实现了边缘图像的检测。利用陆地多光谱遥感图像和水域多光谱遥感图像分别进行实验,验证了方法的有效性。     

基于批判地缘政治学视角解读经典地缘政治理论

大国间的争霸与兴衰更替,无不受地缘法则的支配。地理学者应紧跟时代的步伐,准确把握国家利益之所在,抓住机遇为民族伟大复兴做出贡献。但是,缺乏对地缘政治学的历史和哲学的批判将不能准确理解和有效实践地缘政治理论。本文简要介绍了批判地缘政治学的发展,总结了批判地缘政治学的3个特点,据此对4个经典地缘政治理论进行了解读。为了简化解读过程,首先提出了一个解读4个经典地缘政治理论的分析框架;其次根据这个分析框架重点解读了麦金德的"历史的地理枢纽";最后对4个经典地缘政治理论进行了批判性总结。通过批判性解读,得出经典地缘政治理论既有科学性一面,也有假说性和理念性的一面。经典地缘政治理论构建是基于国际地缘格局、国家利益空间分布、国家间空间冲突而构建的,并展现了理论建构者的身份,体现了地缘政治理论的历史性、社会性、情境性和地理知识—权力结构。     

Evaluating the feasibility of multitemporal hyperspectral remote sensing for monitoring bioremediation

In recent years, several studies focused on the detection of hydrocarbon pollution in the environment using hyperspectral remote sensing. Particularly the indirect detection of hydrocarbon pollution, using vegetation reflectance in the red edge region, has been studied extensively. Bioremediation is one of the methods that can be applied to clean up polluted sites. So far, there have been no studies on monitoring of bioremediation using (hyperspectral) remote sensing. This study evaluates the feasibility of hyperspectral remote sensing for monitoring the effect of bioremediation over time. Benzene leakage at connection points along a pipeline was monitored by comparing the red edge position (REP) in 2005 and 2008 using HyMap airborne hyperspectral images. REP values were normalized in order to enhance local variations caused by a change in benzene concentrations. 11 out of 17 locations were classified correctly as remediated, still polluted, or still clean, with a total accuracy of 65%. When only polluted locations that were remediated were taken into account, the (user's) accuracy was 71%.     

高分辨率遥感图像道路分割算法

为了提高从高分辨率遥感图像(high-resolution remote sensing image,HRI)中提取道路信息的自动化程度和准确性,发展了一种HRI道路分割算法,主要包括光谱合并、边界合并和基于形状特征的道路区域提取等3个步骤。其中,前2个步骤是基于区域生长的图像分割算法。光谱合并综合考虑了区域的均值、方差等统计特征量,以提高分割精度;边界合并采用了基于矢量梯度的边界计算方法,以准确提取多光谱HRI中的边界强度;结合全局最优合并算法实现光谱和边界合并,以得到最优化的分割结果。在道路区域被完整分割出来的基础上,利用形状特征提取道路,采用圆形度特征区分道路和非道路。利用2景Orb View3多光谱图像进行道路提取实验的结果表明,该方法的道路提取结果总精度和Kappa系数分别在97%和0.8以上,明显优于SVM监督分类方法。

绿洲边缘夏季小气候特征及地表辐射与能量平衡特征分析

利用“绿洲系统能量与水分循环过程观测试验”加强期(IOP)在甘肃省酒泉市金塔绿洲观测的资料,分析了夏季金塔绿洲边缘的小气候特征及地表辐射收支和地表能量平衡特征。作为绿洲沙漠相互作用的界面,在白天绿洲边缘的垂直运动仍然是以上升气流为主,并且其小气候主要受土壤湿度的影响。中午前后绿洲边缘的总辐射最大值在1000W.m-2左右,净辐射>700W.m-2;在白天,仅有个别天数的感热通量超过100W.m-2,最大值仅为150W.m-2左右。在整个观测期,有超过70%的天数出现负感热通量。而Bowen比在±10-1量级,地表能量不平衡的差额较大,约28%。     

通用电子政务平台开发及其在“数字城市”中的应用

本文系统地论述了目前电子政务和"数字城市"的建设要求,提出了开发通用电子政务平台来快速构建各类城市管理部门的电子政务应用系统,形成"数字城市"各专业应用的思路,并介绍经过多年开发和应用的通用电子政务平台NetOffice特点,最后以地房籍管理信息系统为例来阐述了电子政务平台在"数字城市"的重要组成部分———国土资源和房产管理的应用情况。     

Grain-size spectra maps of beaches in W. Peloponnese, Greece

Grain-size spectra maps of sands from beaches of the western Peloponnese are related to statistical parameters and can be used to infer characteristics of the sedimentation process involved which were unresolved by previous statistical analysis. On the basis of similarities in spectral patterns, the studied beaches fall into four groups: A, B, C, and D. The periodicity observed on the sinuous pattern of the spectra map of groups A and B is interpreted as indicating edge-wave activity. Regarding group D, the gradual W—E increase of particle size along the coast suggests a W—E increase of wave energy, which is also reflected by the inclined trend of the spectra map. Lack of periodicity on the contour pattern of group C probably reflects intensive sample-to-sample sorting variation.
