应用高光谱图像进行异常目标检测是高光谱遥感最重要的应用之一,而异常目标检测算法最为关键的是对背景的描述。rx 等经典算法受制于对背景分布的高斯假设,因而在复杂背景条件下不能有效地提取出感兴趣的异常目标。本文提出了一种新的异常目标检测算法,不仅能够有效地检测出亚像元的异常目 标,同时以新的方式描述背景。算法首先针对异常检测先验信息不足的问题,采用盲分解方法建立描述背景的冗余字典,该字典是根据像元的纯净性定义估计的背景类端元束构成;然后采用稀疏回归计算每个像元的重建误差,以误差特征作为异常指数,误差越大越可能是异常;为了增强对可能异常目标的描述能力,应用了局 部近邻分析来增强目标在图像邻域的离群表达,从而获得最终的异常检测特征。算法将字典构造的全局性与地物的局部连续性结合,提高了异常目标检测的可靠性。采用不同混合比例模拟的亚像元数据和两幅真实数据进行实验,结果表明,算法不仅仅获得了比 rx 等经典算法更高的精度,同时在不同信噪比条件下表现稳健且抗噪能力强。  相似文献

This paper presents a u‐p (displacement‐pressure) semi‐Lagrangian reproducing kernel (RK) formulation to effectively analyze landslide processes. The semi‐Lagrangian RK approximation is constructed based on Lagrangian discretization points with fixed kernel supports in the current configuration. As a result, it tracks state variables at discretization points while allowing extreme deformation and material separation that is beyond the capability of Lagrangian formulations. The u‐p formulation following Biot theory is incorporated into the formulation to describe poromechanics of saturated geomaterials. In addition, a stabilized nodal integration method to ensure stability of the domain integration and kernel contact algorithms to model contact between bodies are introduced in the u‐p semi‐Lagrangian RK formulation. The proposed method is verified with several numerical examples and validated with an experimental result and the field data of an actual landslide.  相似文献

The variability in the long-term temperature and sea level over the north Indian Ocean during the period 1958–2000 has been investigated using an Ocean General Circulation Model, Modular Ocean Model version 4. The model simulated fields are compared with the sea level observations from tide-gauges, Topex/Poseidon (T/P) satellite, in situ temperature profile observations from WHOI moored buoy and sea surface temperature (SST) observations from DS1, DS3 and DS4 moored buoys. It is seen that the long (6–8 years) warming episodes in the SST over the north Indian Ocean are followed by short episodes (2–3 years) of cooling. The model temperature and sea level anomaly over the north Indian Ocean show an increasing trend in the study period. The model thermocline heat content per unit area shows a linear increasing trend (from 1958–2000) at the rate of 0.0018 × 1011 J/m2 per year for north Indian Ocean. North Indian Ocean sea level anomaly (thermosteric component) also shows a linear increasing trend of 0.31 mm/year during 1958–2000.  相似文献

目的 初步探讨P16INK4A联合HPV L1壳蛋白检测在宫颈鳞状上皮内病变诊断中的应用价值。方法 选择在温州市人民医院就诊患者,收集69例宫颈鳞状上皮内病变标本,行P16INK4A、HPV L1壳蛋白检测,分析P16INK4A、HPV L1壳蛋白及P16INK4A联合HPV L1壳蛋白在各级宫颈病变中的表达差异。结果 P16INK4A在LSIL组、HSIL组、SCC组中的阳性率分别为45.5%、85.2%、100.0%。同LSIL组比较,P16INK4A在HSIL组及SCC组阳性率明显升高(P<0.01)。HPV L1壳蛋白在LSIL组、HSIL组、SCC组中的阳性率分别为63.6%、18.5%、0%,HPV L1壳蛋白在LSIL组中阳性率明显低于HSIL组及SCC组(P<0.01)。随着宫颈病变加重,P16+/L1-阳性率有升高趋势(P<0.01),P16-/L1+阳性率有下降趋势(P<0.01)。LSIL组中P16+/L1-阳性率明显低于HSIL组和SCC组(P<0.01),SCC组P16+/L1-阳性率较HSIL组有明显提高(P<0.05)。LSIL组中P16-/L1+阳性率明显低于HSIL组和SCC组(P<0.01)。P16+/L1-较P16INK4、HPV L1壳蛋白单一检测筛查HSIL+特异性明显升高(P<0.01)。结论 P16INK4A联合HPV L1壳蛋白有望成为诊断宫颈鳞状上皮内病变的有效指标。  相似文献

K-Ar ages of illite-muscovite and fission track ages of zircon and apatite were determined from various lithotypes of the Bükkium, which forms the innermost segment of the Western Carpathians. The stratigraphic ages of these Dinaric type formations cover a wide range from the Late Ordovician up to the Late Jurassic. The grade of the orogenic dynamo-thermal metamorphism varies from the late diagenetic zone through the anchizone up to the epizone (chlorite, maximally biotite isograd of the greenschist facies). The K-Ar system of the illite-muscovite in the < 2 m grain-size fraction approached equilibrium only in epizonal and high-temperature anchizonal conditions. The orogenic metamorphism culminated between the eo-Hellenic (160-120 Ma) phase connected to the beginning of the subduction in the Dinarides, and the Austrian (100-95 Ma) phase characterized by compressional crustal thickening. No isotope geochronological evidence was found for proving any Hercynian recrystallization. The stability field of fission tracks in zircon was approached using the thermal histories of the different tectonic units. A temperature less than 250°C and effective heating time of 20–30 Ma had only negligible effects on the tracks, whereas total annealing was reached between 250 and 300°C. Apatite fission track ages from the Paleozoic and Mesozoic formations show that the uplift of the Bükk Mountains occurred only in the Tertiary (not earlier than ca. 40 Ma ago). Thermal modeling based on apatite fission track length spectra and preserved Paleogene sediment thickness data proved that the Late Neogene burial of the recently exhumed plateau of the Bükk Mountains exceeded 1 km.  相似文献

The large Area Detectors (LADs) of the BATSE experiment aboard the Compton Gamma-ray Observatory have been used recently as the first hard X-ray all-sky imager at energies between 20 keV and 300 keV. The Earth occultation process is formulated in terms of a curved Radon transform convoluted by a step transform in a selected field of view (FOV) ranging from 5°×5° to 40°×40°. The Maximum Entropy Method is then used to reconstruct an image in the hard X-ray sky. Multiple images of different regions of the sky can be produced simultaneously. The standard E – model generates aplanetary boundary layerthat appears to be much too deep. The cause of theproblem is traced to the equation for the dissipationrate () of turbulent kinetic energy (E), specifically theparameterization of dissipation production anddestruction. In the context of atmosphericboundary-layer modelling, we argue that a part of thedissipation production should be modelled as the inputto the spectral cascade from the energy-containingpart of the spectrum, with a characteristic length , while the equilibrium imbalancebetween local production and destruction ofdissipation is modelled as proportional toE2/E, as in the standard model. Wepropose an E – – turbulence closurescheme, in which both the mixing length, m, and are prescribed. The importance ofthe equation is diminished, though itstill determines the dissipation rate in the Eequation.  相似文献

母乳中p,p’-DDE浓度是监测母体短期内p,p’-DDE的“静态”蓄积水平,估算婴幼儿每日摄入量的重要技术手段。本文旨在通过监测北京女性两个相邻哺乳期内母乳中p,p’-DDE浓度及变化,估算两次分娩间隔期母体内p,p’-DDE的“动态”富集速度,并根据每日摄入量掌握人体p,p’-DDE的长期变化趋势。在2009年至2019年期间,收集了43名女性首次分娩后六个月内和18名女性第二次分娩后六个月内的母乳样本,并采用气相色谱法检测了母乳中p,p’-DDE的浓度。实验结果表明,母乳中p,p’-DDE浓度在哺乳期持续下降。年龄和分娩次数是母乳中p,p’-DDE浓度的影响因素,p,p’-DDE浓度随母亲年龄增大而升高,随分娩次数增多而降低。18名母亲两个哺乳期内母乳中p,p’-DDE平均排泄速度计算结果表明,排泄速度从18.9μg/kg lipid/month降低到16.8μg/kg lipids/month。而母体两次分娩隔期内p,p’-DDE年富集速度估算值为正,分布在10.9~14.9μg/kg lipids/year之间,每日摄入量分布在29.8~40.8ng/day/kg.b.w.之间。因此北京女性哺乳期母体内p,p’-DDE月排泄速度与母体年富集速度数值相当,母体p,p’-DDE每日摄入量远低于世界卫生组织(WHO)建议值,北京女性是低风险暴露人群。  相似文献

下蜀黄土是我国区域性分布的一种特殊性土,是在干旱气候条件下由风力堆积而成。单一地采用塑性指数(Ip)对其进行分类是显进管于简单而不能反映其特征。本文综合其活动性指数及粘粒含量进行分类的新方法,有利于对下蜀黄土进行评价。同时因其粉粒含量超过50%,受“袜度效应”影响,不能简单地套用粘性土公式,笔者总结了以往下蜀土分布地区采用的粘性土,新黄土公式,注意到Ip,Ps与fo,fk的相关性,提出了fo=100βPs 40α经验公式。  相似文献
